An absolute disgrace and disappointment to our health care system. On Dec 26 an email and voicemail was sent to Omni Healthcare about the lack of heat and neglect to help residents at Woodland Villa. A reporter for the Cornwall Standard Freeholder wrote an article about the incident on Dec 30 and requested to speak with them …. No comment was their response. Not acceptable, our elderly and loved ones deserve so much better.

Worst company I have ever worked for! Work through a pandemic and no raise, actually refused to give it. No new positions added for frontline staff. Instead create 4 new management positions. We have more managers than offices in the building. Corporate greed! Thanks for nothing. Crooks!
