I can't speak for everyone cause over-all they seem to have good customer service based on other reviews. HOWEVER, that was not the case for me.

I needed my mini 3 pro repaird, the gimbal had completely broken. I had brought my drone in on August 16th, and was told it would take a few days to repair but I'd have it back pretty quickly.a week went by and they never contacted me or anything so the following week I call for an update, they tell me they havent gotten the part back but it'll be in by the end of the week and I'll have it back.

I was fine with that, until the end of the week came on Friday - nothing. I wait until 4pm the following Monday to hear back and I still got no call, no email, nothing. So I call, and they still don't have the part and now it's going to be another week.

I finally ask if they have a rental I can use because I use my drone for work and needed it for an upcoming job, to which I'm told there isn't one available BUT the worker was going to figure something out with his manager and get back to me - never got back to me.

I again, wait the whole week PRAYING I get my drone back, and it's not back AGAIN. I then started complaining a lot because they know I need it for work, they don't update me at all, the part hasn't came in and I've been kept in the dark the entire time. I was basically told to deal with it and they couldn't offer anything to help or compensate for the wait.

I ended up just buying another drone somewhere else, which I would have done in the first place if I knew it would have taken so long.

Extremely disappointing and really terrible communication the whole way through. Definitely something that needs to be improved on in my opinion - I'm sure with things that are quick repairs or easy fixes they're great because it's fast, but if you ever get something that may be backlogged, beware of how terrible it can be and how little communicaton to expect.

Poor customer service. They don’t trust you with anything. Went to buy a drone case, which the person said cannot leave it in the front when I asked I want to compare to another one. He showed them one by one, like I am going to grab it from his hand and run. I spent a lot of $$$ at this place few years back, used to be good. But now it’s terrible and non welcoming place.

I spoke with Danny before deciding if I wanted to get my drone repaired. He convinced me with friendly attitude and honesty.

I repaired my drone and got assessment from them. I was in control of what I wanted or not.

They are the only store I came across that has almost all parts for DJI drones

I've been dealing with omniview tech since I started flying drones and have bought 3 drones from them, the most recent being the mavic 3. Their customer service has been outstanding so its my go to shop for everything drone related.
Huge thanks out to Vlad for taking the time to answer questions and for taking the mavic 3 demo out for a test flight. Super stoked with this purchase!

Poor overall customer service. High pressure sales tactics. Calls and email not returned or ignored after multiple attempts. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Rented P1 Camera and when it did not work, staff and support were not helpful, difficult to understand, and did not follow up with issues and requests.

I'm stoked on the service from Omniview Tech. I was in a rush for a replacement drone charger, and although I paid for expedited service I definitely did not anticipate receiving the item as fast as I did!

I had mentioned in the checkout notes that I was in a bind, and I feel like they might have prioritized getting it out asap. From Ontario to BC in a day or two, right before a holiday, you guys saved my butt!

I had a great experience at omniview tech. Jairo and his tech team did a great job with my broken drone. It now looks and fly's like brand new. The whole process was smooth and Jairo was great with the way he handled my repair case! Definitely will be coming back for all my future drone needs.

Purchased my order online (DJI Mavic MINI) on Wednesday May 26 2021. Shipping the next day and arrived the next morning Via Purolator. It was nice to see they overnighted the shipment and got to me quickly. I am glad I went with this company and I am sure to do business with them again. Amazingly friendly people working there to meet my needs and fill my order to my specs. Love this place, 5 Stars for everything.

I highly recommend this shop! Mark at the store went above and beyond after I had almost given up hope in fixing my drone. I spent all week looking online and calling various other stores, including the drone manufacture, for a specific part on an older discontinues drone, and no luck, except frustration and stress! However, Mark had the part it in the store! As a new drone owner, Mark went over all of the info, and made me feel relieved and excited to get into the sport/hobby.
More than that, Mark and his staff actually care and want their customers to be happy. Imagine that concept. A very rare business practice in Toronto, and one that speaks volume for his and the store's integrity. I do not have enough kind words for Mark's help today. Five starts are not enough for how grateful I am for his help. OmniView Tech is awesome!
I am an honest customer and just really stoked on their ability to help me.

Horrible experiences. I bought a phantom 4 pro V2 which stopped working 3 weeks later and had maybe 2 hours of flight time on it. Instead of doing what most decent retailers would do when selling defective products, they told me I had to ship it off to DJI and deal with their lovely customer service. Imagine buying a a $2,000 tv to have watched it for 2 hours over 3 weeks, it breaking and then the retailer saying they are not responsible for it. My latest and greatest experience with this fantastic retailer was ordering ND filters for the Phantom. I placed this order being told it would take1-2 weeks for them to be in stock and guess what? Its been well over 2 weeks now and no filters and no updates as to when I can expect them. Id rather paddle a canoe all the way to the DJI factory in China then deal with these people

Very great website and the only place you can go pickup DJI products that I could find. Also great that it's an experience store so when the pandemic is over you can try out different drones to see how they fly. Pickup was quick and easy, great customer service!

These guys have always been great to deal with and is my go to place for buying all things drone related. I would suggest however, that if having anything shipped, call and insist that they avoid sending via Canada Post at all costs. I live less than 2hrs away and my order took over 20 days to arrive. Not necessarily a bad reflection on OmniView Tech but had I been aware of their preferred shipping methods I would have made proper arrangements or purchased through another supplier.

Saw my fellow droner's positive review on IG about this place so thought I will support a local business as well and order some accessories from them.

Well the experience is not as good as i thought. Ordered the charging hub, battery and strap for the Mini 2 on Jan 12th. Everything was listed as "in stock" when I ordered. The next day got an email saying because the charging hub is a popular item, there will be some delay in shipping. I was fine with it. Waited about a week or so before I emailed them about my order. They told me it was on it's way and they will mail it out asap.

Waited another week before emailing them. They told me they are still waiting for the charging hub but the other 2 items were ready and will send out asap.

Now Feb 5, almost a month after my order. They are telling me they are still waiting for the order from DJI and only the battery is available for pick up. I was willing to drive to pick up instead of shipping to my home but all of a sudden the strap is not available anymore. This got me very disappointed in them so I decided to cancel my whole order.

They need to change their business practice in order to keep customers. If you do not have an item in stock then don't mark it as "in stock". That is very misleading to the customer. I was willing to pay more to buy from you guys than buying from DJI directly. If item is not in stock then mark it as "sold out" or "pre-order".

The only good thing about this whole experience is that they reply their email pretty fast. That's why i give them 2 stars instead of 1.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery. I placed an online order for five different items and inadvertently ordered a cable for a different model of drone. I later received a phone call from OmniView Tech asking if I meant to order that cable because everything else was for a different model. They corrected my order while on the phone with me.

I just ordered a Phantom 4 Pro V2, and the staff at OmniView Tech were great to work with. There were some minor delays importing the drone from China due to the global confusion with coronaviurs, but the staff kept me in the loop the whole time and shipped the drone to me promptly. Very happy, and my second drone purchase from this company.

It was very well packed for Puralator. I got the basic package w/ refresh. I am a pensioner so funds are limited but will be on board in the future for extra batteries & gadgets. Website is not up to date with inventory. I ordered two items; one which was not in stock. They emailed saying they could fulfill the order once they restocked but I had to pay shipping since that item was under the free shipping price minimum. I think for the inconvenience that should have been covered also taking into consideration that the full order was well over the 99$ free shipping min. Very bad experience with their customer service, they even suggested to buy more just to get the free shipping on the second time. I ended up going with the refund instead.

The delivery for the first item was suppose to take 1-2 days and ended up taking 5 days.

I refer to the outlet at 2045 Dundas Street East, Mississauga.
A very well-presented showroom and outstanding technicians. I was very fortunate to meet Danny Saywack when I first went there. He identified and quickly resolved at least 3 problems with my drone, a dji Mavic Air, at a very reasonable price. Subsequently other problems arose which he resolved remarkably quickly as I am leaving the country, a complete factory reset of the drone and re-calibration of the system. Throughout I have received better than excellent service and I recommend them unreservedly.

Drove 2 hours to their dji Mavic mini event. What a waste of time that was. Poorly organized and the lady running the table was very unprofessional as she was yelling at her coworker Infront of the "customers". As the patient people waited in line for their raffle tickets she would start serving whoever put a ticket stub closest to her face. If you can't handle customer service Mabey find a job not in that field. Wouldn't go back after that experience. Time lines didn't corrospond with the time lines given on the event details.

My P3PRO remote was beeping and not charging; They told me that my P3PRO remote had a dead battery because "it wasn't used in a long time". They charged me 130$ for the battery replacement, right after 1 cycle, the remote started malfunctioning again. They I asked for a repair again. This time around they wanted I higher price for the same battery (180$) then I told them that it wasn't a battery issue through email. They replied back to me and said "oh yeah we just checked and you might be right". Like wth? They're basically inexperienced repairman/very good scammers. Don't let their "DJI authorized" tag to misapprehend you. If you have a problem with your drone, just go to Drones Toronto, the owners name is Danny. He's a good guy that doesn't scam people for a couple bucks.

I can't recommend them more. Great communication, fast service, and above all, professional. I crashed my drone four days before my shoot, and they had it ready for me within three days. Repairs were inexpensive compared to prior drone repairs I've done at other locations. Highly recommend!

Brought in my P4 last week, told them what I believed the issue was (a costly repair). They took notes, but completed a free diagnosis anyways. Their suggestion was to replace another, much cheaper part. Entirely fixed the issue! I'm really impressed by their online system, their customer service, timely updates and work. I would highly recommend this place. The work was done flawlessly too!

They have been selling faulty cameras with a guarantee it works when it leaves their store and it doesn’t. And then they don’t give you a refund or fully fix the device either. We are a small business with limited funds and have now been put in a hole because of this sensor we purchased that doesn’t work.

Omniview Tech is the official DJI retailer and service provider in the GTA, and deals exclusively in DJI products. My first time visiting the store was to take advantage of their Certified Pre-Owned consignment program: I bought a used Phantom 4 that passed their 60 point inspection at a very reasonable price. They were very honest and encouraged me to buy the used P4 instead of a new Mavic Air, telling me that “megapixels are not everything” and that I would get better range, battery life, and image quality from the older, larger, more difficult (and more enjoyable) to fly P4.

Indeed, the aircraft performed like a new P4, and I could not find any problems with it. I was very happy with my purchase! However, I got a little bit too ambitious while flying the aircraft in a snowstorm the following weekend, and I crashed it into a tree. It suffered minor damage: 2 broken prop mounts, and some cracks in the upper shell and landing gear.

Hence my reason for visiting them a second time. Once again, they were extremely honest: they sold me a full set of prop mounts for only $20, which they installed for free, while I waited. They hooked me up with a new set of props as well: they were sold out of the normal ones, so I ended up with P4 Pro high performance / noise reducing props at no additional cost. They also had a look at the cracks in the hull, and advised that they should be fixed at some point, but that it was not urgent. After a discussion on how to recalibrate the device post-crash, I was out the door and flying shortly afterwards.

The new prop mounts and high performance props increased the performance of the drone to the point that it felt like flying a P4 Pro that costs twice as much. I took some spectacular shots from 500m up, despite high winds that would have been the end of a lesser quality drone.

5 stars for selling quality products, and for providing honest service when things go wrong.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the type of service provided by "Canada's largest and highest rated Drone Repair Centre" what in the hell is this? Look at the soldering job that was done! My friend who knows DJI in and out took a look at my Mavic that I brought to Omnitech for 2 back leg changes. I told him that the motors didn't work the same as the way they used to so he opened the drone up and found this. I WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED THAT THESE THIEVES TOOK MY MONEY AND CALLED THIS THING FIXED!

DON'T TAKE YOUR DRONE TO OMNITECH! THEY'LL BREAK IT EVEN MORE THAN IT ALREADY IS BROKEN! I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!
