Was able to get a temp job and was directly hired by the company which came with an increase in pay within 3 months with on demand. Communication was clear and I had little to no bumps in the road with them. Would definitely recommend!

Unprofessional and careless. Seeing they do not respond or care to rectify the other negative reviews that other people have expressed, I’m not going to bother to share the details of my experience. I’m hoping other individuals seeking employment will read this and spare themselves from dealing with this company. People are trying find work to survive and support their families during this epidemic. I’m very surprised and disappointed at the lack of compassion. People certainly do not deserve to get the run around from this company while they’re desperately seeking employment. The good news is there are good agencies out there to help.

On Demand is a great staffing agency. Andrea and John are always available to help and support you throughout the process of finding work to landing a permanent job. They have helped me find work in different industries and permanent full time placements throughout the years. They are very understanding to people's needs and go out of their way to accommodate. Very friendly staff and exceptional service. I would recommend On Demand to anyone looking for work!

On Demand are excellent if you want to work they WILL find you a job. John and Andrea go out of their way to help and are always available to help and answer questions. You are always notified in advance about your schedule and any changes to it and they treat you like a human being. I have use their services twice when I needed work they Always came through. You never have to be concerned about being paid on time because you always will be. I highly recommend on Demand.

Fyi Jhon may seem nice but hes a sneaky person, first of all they only had 2 places open for working at both extremely terrible environments secondly he never called back I literally was homeless and he lied about having work as someone else got a call while I turned to drug and alcohol abuse.

Having moved to Welland (in April) the task of finding work seemed daunting. With the help of OnDemand that task was an easy one.
