We hired this company to steam clean carpets in our basement and stairs. Todd and his assistant came in with their street shoes. When I requested them to either wear indoor shoes or shoe covers Todd cited safety issues, but assured me that they would clean as they came up the stairs so as to not soil the carpet. I agreed.

However it soon became apparent that they were walking over clean parts with dirty shoes, I objected. Todd then responded that the clean carpet would clean their shoes! WHAT? Defies all logic!

Sensing my displeasure, Todd immediately quipped “if you don’t pay we’ll take you to court”! When I hadn’t said anything about payment? Never met anyone as presumptuous and arrogant. Since when is it appropriate to talk to clients this way? We asked them to leave and hired someone else who was professional and respectful and did a great job.

We also sent payment to Todd. Would definitely NOT recommend him though.

We had two area rugs that our cat had made a mess on. On the Spot was able to take them and clean them right up. They look & smell great now! Great, professional service - highly recommend!

First time using On the Spot. All broadloom and carpets looked like new, after withstanding a renovation and 10 years of use. Todd was very thorough making sure all piping and nook and cranny of the furniture was spotless. The On the Spot cleaner actually removed a wine stain on my curtain which i had tried to remove many times in the past. Would definitely recommend On the Spot.

This team of carpet cleaners are the best. They have done my carpets many times and they are truly professional and always do a great job. Todd and Dan are the owners and both of them take each and every job to make you happy.

I wish I had taken before and after photos but sadly I did not. On the Spot worked absolute miracles with some off-white coloured dining room chairs I picked up second hand that had seen far better days. They were able to remove all trace of any staining, including a very stubborn red wine stain. The chairs came back to me looking like new and the service was very fast and extremely reasonably priced. I have also had carpet cleaning done by the On the Spot (to remove pet damage) and it was a similar experience. Will continue to use these guys for all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
