The service was brilliant from start to finish. Our company decided that working from home is the future and we therefore no longer needed the office space. Within a few weeks, all of the filing cabinets were gone and we could access all of our old office files on our laptops

I had a long and complicated service request that PWE handled EXCELLENTLY for about 4 months while I was outside of Canada. I highly recommend them! Jennifer was the person that serviced me and it was as if I had a family member handling my very sensitive documentation. She guided me in processes of different kinds that they offer on their website, plus she handled mailing things around and tracking them to the dot, again as if my documents were their own. PWE gave me a sense of high trust and responsibility that I really want to help them with this review and I will not doubt recommend them to canadians abroad (in expat groups) for whenever they need someone in Canada to process highly important documentation. Also for whatever PWE can do for people in Canada, I am sure they will be excellent!

I called to get my fingerprinting done. I had already used their service before for an application which expired. I asked if they could possibly give me a discount and the guy literally replied with “Do you want to wash my car for it”. EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOUR. AND TOTALLY MANNERLESS. NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF AN EXPERIENCE. I was a customer here but not anymore.

Amazing customer service. I had an appiontment booked elsewhere that was cancelled on the day. When I called up On The Spot, they couldnt have been more helpful and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and made the whole process seemless and went out of their way to accomodate my schedule asap.

While they were very busy with fingerprints, they took the time to answer all of my questions and they were very helpful. I appreciated that they asked me wait in my car until it was my turn for everyone’s safety. They are working hard to keep everyone socially distant and it very clean environment for all of their clients. They did a great job and I won’t hesitate to refer anyone who needs to be fingerprinted.

I am really disappointing with the services provided by this agency. Zero on customer service. He doesn't even know how to talk with clients. Very unprofessional.

Very very bad experience with them especially with a male person.i dont know his name.he is very rude to talk on the phone.looks like he does not wanna help the people.i was talking on phone call and they just cut my call.this is ridiculous service and behavior.i told them that i called them on monday for fingerprinting and one lady talked to me and said she will have my phone number and on wednesday they will call me to book appointment.but i waited all the day nobody called me.i was busy in last day and today i called them and tell them all that story and that male guy was very very rude.and i also have call recording of today 7 may 2021 and also for 3 may 2021.

The team at this office was amazing at helping me with my fingerprints for my new job. Even before I arrived John was very thorough on the phone explaining the process even when I didn't quite understand. He was very patient and funny.
When I arrived Jennifer at the front desk greeted me. She followed all the Covid rules to make me feel safe in their office. There was only 1 person ahead of me. The woman that did my fingerprints was so sweet and it went quicker than I expected.
Overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent service. There is a Same day booking policy because of the latest express entry draw but It’s all worth it.

I needed a rush on items to send to immigration i was in Jamaica and I was so worried the rough raw fingerprint I sent off would take long. That wasn't the case, the staff was very polite and efficient. Very excellent service!
