Good selection and fair prices on some items. However some items are not accurate on tags such as sizing, brand and description. Today was very tidy and organized.

Been going to this location for years, great selection of clothes, jackets, shoes and toys for great prices especially items out of season.

To everyone selling their items and complaining about the return. It’s a business, they need to make money to keep people employed and pay for a space. Some clothing articles sell for as low as $4-5/piece so getting a return of $1-2 isn’t a bad return considering you walk into a store and drop off your articles. Don’t like it then sell it on Kijiji or FB Marketplace. As customers my wife and I appreciate being able to walk into a store and browsing. Our kids are entertained by the toys and clean up after themselves but we see many children who leave a mess and the poor staff need to clean up after them when this place is not a daycare.

Staff have always been nice and courteous in the 6 years that we’ve been going to this location and we’ve only seen it get busier as demand grows.

A great place for gently used children’s items. There was lots of selection for clothes and a great promotion at the time we went where we got more than we bargained for at an affordable price! Only downside is the store is quite small and can be difficult to browse through when it gets busy.

Great way to share gently used baby and toddler items, while recouping some of the expenditure from the original purchase!

Lots of product here! Found a few gems for my little one. Will pop by again when I'm in the area. Note: the store is a little small, so keep that in mind if you have a massive stroller like me lol.

Had two items (toys) to sell and they said it would be a one hour wait to process. Riduculous! I could maybe understand if I had a large bag of clothes, but two items? Could not be bothered to wait. They are not business people. Easier to sell on FB Marketplace.

Very nice staff but the toy I bought my child had batterys left in it and they leaked battery acid. I live a hr away so I dident check until I got home but the toy never ended up working. My son is so sad.

Regarding selling baby items, horrible experience. I dropped by today to sell like new Peg Perego stroller and bassinet. I thought I can get little less than half the price or even quarter of it.they offered me 6% only.it’s so funny. I will rather keep it for memory better than selling it.customer service so unwelcoming and the store smells bad and packed with stuff. I don’t recommend to anyone

Pretty grimy location compared to other ones. The selection is not the best either. However, the prices are comparable to other OUAC locations so I don’t mind it, you just have to dig for longer and try your luck. The staff are a bit weird, they chat loudly (which is fine) but it’s usually a bit gossipy in content. Slightly annoying, but very unprofessional, gives off an unwelcoming vibe.

Ok we are post a pandemic situation but staff is not nice at all! I don’t recommend to go there!

Good deals on Baby items, when I went they had a yellow sticker sale 70%off. I bought a few things here. It's my go to for baby items

It is a nice concept of making second hand store just for kids, but the execution is very bad. The stuff make you feel Unwelcome, Unwanted and annoyed. The store should considering giving discount coupon like 10% off for donation or 5$ with purchase of 25$ like talize and value village do and accept everything.

With current policy they upset more customers. You bring some kids stuff. They check them for an hour and then they accept one or two items, give you 1,5$ and tell to take back the rest.
It makes me feel bad, I do not want to shop in this place, nor spend my money there.

I took all the none accepted articles to value village next door. I was accepted with smile, thank you and 20% discount coupon. Totally different experience.

Not a great experience. I asked what the yellow stickers mean on clothes and was told it means they are $1. Spend a great deal of time choosing items and at checkout I’m told it only applies to certain items not all yellow tagged Turns out it was the owner that misinformed me and then refused to stand by his word. Very unprofessional.

Cons: Don’t recommend bringing your kids, as there is very little space. Service is extremely slow, expect to wait at least 1 hour if you are selling, since there is only 1 person going through your items and offering you a quote. Expect to get less than $1 per clothing; and only 10% of the cost for other used goods. If you have new or lightly used goods, you will get a better price selling online. Pros: they will take almost anything, so if you can’t sell your heavy used goods online, going here is worth it. Staff is friendly and are doing the best they can to service the vast customers that come in to buy/sell.

I think it’s not worth selling your baby stuff to them because you basically get nothing back in return. I brought in a $90 boba wrap and they Wanted to only give me $5 for it. I also brought in a dress set and coverall set, for the dress set they only took the dress and left the sweater and underwear for it, for the coverall set they only took the coveralls and left the shirt even though each set was all together. Feel bad for the person that buys these items cause they will be missing pieces.

Really nice selection. The prices are really good too. They only loose a star because when I usually go I have to wait at check out much longer than I like. Also they should rent a bigger place as it's cram packed on EVERY shelf and rack. Stuff is on the floor all the time near the kids section, so try not to fall and break your body.

If you have anything to sell them you might as well give it to charity. At least you won’t have to wait for an hour for someone to offer you a tiny fraction of its value.

They have great staff, ready to help and warm. The collections are good. The place is small and cramped, especially when there are too many customers.

Have brought almost new and even brand new, unopened, tagged stuff in to sell and they give you the LEAST amount possible or tell you that the clothes are outdated when they're not. I brought in 2 medium sized bags full last year of mint condition items that my kids NEVER used and got back $35 when in total all the stuff cost over $250. Smh Better to just sell online. DON'T waste your time. If you're buying, you can get the SAME quality of stuff at Value Village for waaaaay cheaper and that's saying a lot.

Staff are usually busy on weekend but otherwise good service. You don't get much for your baby stuff though, if you have things in mint condition, you'll usually get more money for it by selling it on your own.

Great prices. $200 and i outfitted both my kids with 5 new pairs of pants and shirts each AND coat and snow pants.

Receive modest pay for your used children' clothes. Paid cash.

Toys are wrapped in such a way, that uou csn not see what's inside.

You can buy toys/dhoes/clothes for kids for a much better price in Value Village next door. Although, some brands are better in Once Upon A Child.

Update: Staff tell you they don't buy clothes one week then you bring in toys and they say no and too bring clothes and vise-versa. Store does NOT live up too their own motto and dosn't even follow their own buy policy.wasted my time carrying boxes and bags there 3 or 4 times now you Iguys have completely lost my business and I will be sure too boycott your store too all my friends and associates! Run your business more professionally don't have policies that you guys don't follow it's ignorant of the customers time you guys continue too waste time after time again

They sell high quality second hand stuff, but everything's overpriced. Also, the staff are not friendly.

Super rude and slow staff.l waited over an hour for them to sort through my clothes and they still hadn't looked at them so I left. I would give zero star if I could and I will never go back to this location, they're very unorganized. Also, I've found a lot of their clothes to be worn out and some with holes. Their processing method is a joke.

I love this place. Would've give 3-4star if this girl Hanna so rude on costumers. Do you ever have costumer service training? I bought a slide 3 months ago and a table set yesterday and this girl doesn't change her way on treating costumers.

This place is worse and worse month by month. Rude staff. Guest service 0. Clothes are 0. Stains, and bad quality clothes. If you want second hand good staff go to the Value Village or the other Once Upon a Time store on Titan rd.

Terrible place! Brought 4 huge bags of clean (no staines or ripped, not even washed out the colores) very good condition of baby’s stuff, they get only 2 items for just few backs! They sad its old fashioned (was explained old its over 10 years) and they take only with zippers not the buttoned items Nevermind my oldest son is only 6 years! And i brought them all cloth only 2 years old! Not 10! Not even 6 years old! NOT RECOMENDED! Not going to sell to that place!
