Once Upon A Child Cambridge

I frequent this location and am overall happy with my experience! I've gotten lots of cute clothes from here and an satisfied with their pricing. (I've seen the same items at the other children's consignment shop in town for double the price) the $5 for $10 sleeper deal is really great. Ive been to other locations who dont offer it! Only thing I will mention is it isn't the easiest browsing experience. Lots of overcrowded racks and the low racks were really hard to get to while I was pregnant! The shoe bins are a little stressful and disorganized, and it's really tight so navigating with a stroller is tricky at times! But atleast that means there's lots of great options! Overall really happy with the clothing ive purchased and sold here.

This location does NOT sell maternity clothing. Unsure if they buy, but I called in advance (thank God as my pregnancy has been painful) and they don't sell maternity clothing only kids/babies. Rep actually sounded confused, maybe update the website specifying what locations sell maternity clothes!

Otherwise, can't beat the prices for kids clothing.

Doesn't seem like the employees care. Store is a mess, prices are higher than other once upon a child stores. They try to sell deals of 10 for 10 when it's all a dollar each anyways. Place is a tripping hazard, and 50% isn't lightly worn its stained and falling apart. Do better Cambridge.

I went there today twice to sell my baby gear and was treated extremely well. I also bought a few things while I waited as they had an amazing sale on outerwear on. It was really nice to see that some places still have good customer service.

Horrible service rude staff. Said wouldn’t purchase clothes due to stains but when I asked to show the stains on my clothes they couldn’t even speak or respond

Decent shopping experience, however, NO I don't always want to wait in your store, specially since there is no seating. Stop attempting to force people to look around! That is rude. The racks of clothes are ALWAYS packed so tight, it's brutal sifting through them. I love how I am able to consign all my old wear though. The amount they pay has gone down though for the amount they take.

Manager behaviour was rude. Mess in aisles not organized. Instead of acting smart better to learn how to behave with customers politely.
