One Bedford

Excellent and friendly concierge. One step from UofT, St. George TTC station and Tim Hortons.

The location is busy but the team was making the orders on time and I rate them awesome job.

One Bedford is far more one of the best condominiums in Toronto. Great neighbours, amazing concierge staff and the most responsive property manager. It definitely has the sense of the community even during pandemic.

The road is huge and safe for talking a stroll around or even jogging.

There is coffee shops and grocery store around.
The parking is pay and park on hourly basis and the road has medium to high traffic in the evenings.

Good place to walk around

Huge building however many tenant left the building because of covid 19.

Excellent rental location for university of Toronto student.
