Terrible service, they can't judge the estimate time when waiting for your turn, gives you a time and you end up waiting almost couple of hours beyond their time.

Extremely rude, unprofessional receptionist. It's disappointing that I have no choice but to come here and tolerate this poor service as my family doctor practices here, and he's amazing. The receptionist should be replaced with someone with more compassion and understanding. You're dealing with people who are not feeling well. It's clear that the patients are not the priority.

Please don’t come to this clinic, I called to ask if I could come see a doctor if I arrive by 7: 15pm and the receptionist said yes.

I arrive and the receptionist goes to the door with the key in her hand saying no to me and another lady at the door.

Last two people who took the time to come and see the walk in doctor.
They post they are open until 8: 00pm, understandably if they close at 8 no clients check in after 7: 30pm but it was not even 30 minutes before.

Not even a sorry just come back tomorrow

When I first went here I thought the walk in Doctor was great. Big mistake. I seen the decline each time after. Firstly, he only helps you with one issue which is absurd. Secondly, he gives you medications that are not even for the issue. Lastly, i was hospitalized yesterday due to a medication he had given me that was no good for a diabetic. With that, he told me I would be ok to go back to work with this medication. I almost went into a diabetic coma because of Dr. SAMMY. He knew I was a diabetic and still gave me this medication. He has the audacity to charge absurd prices for doctors notes and the receptionists are rude disrespectful people. I had to go to another clinic to get a real proper note and have a real professional help me. Please take your loved ones to a professional clinic. This clinic just about money and not the patient. Please don't waste your time to go to this clinic. I walked in around 6.45pm there was only one lady waiting to see the doctor, I asked the receptionist to see the doctor she said they can't take anymore ppl because the have to close 8pm. Very disappointed the receptionist had no idea to deal with the patients.

Today I went in and waited at the receptionist right in plain view of all three of them might I add. I stood there with absolutely no acknowledgment from any of them. One of them looked right at me and went about whatever she was doing. Two people came in and got greeted and served ahead of me. When they were done then she greeted me. I let her know I was there ahead of the folks that were served ahead of me. No apology was offered, she just stared at me like a deer caught in headlights. Rude! What made me write this review was another patient came in few minutes after me and was acknowledged! It doesn’t hurt to acknowledge when someone arrives at the reception desk, that’s why it’s called reception. You are to receive patients, especially when they’re just standing there waiting to be served. I refuse to leave because my doctor works out of this clinic and has for years. Staff come and go and with it the service is declining. Very sad.

Does not even deserve 1star, all 5 star reviews are paid. I wish & pray there clinic gets closed forever. No humanity, why are they even operating in this community. Govt.should do something about it.

I brought my 2 kids today and I got fast service, a very nice doctor who took his time and explained everything to us. Check in is also easy with the front desk. You can call in advance to see the wait time so you are prepared or come at the right time.

Clinic is nice and spacious. I went for walk-in today for my wife and very fast service even though it was pretty busy, not a long wait at all. Front desk receptionist was okay, pretty nice and we seen Dr. Jai Jayaraman, he was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice for out issues. 4/5 stars.

Really young immature Indian female receptionist literally laughed in my face after reading my prescription made me feel so uncomfortable. She should be fired that was incredibly unprofessional, insensitive and rude.

3 receptionist when you get there to check in.however no one answers calls. Unbelievable place.

I made the mistake of choosing this clinic for my daughter. In person appointment times are not at all respected and I have always waited over 1.5 hours. The clinic also doesn’t respond to phone calls, voice mails, and very rarely, to emails. One of the secretaries is extremely rude; she clearly doesnt want to work there and is blunt, unapologetic about her failures and seems to have a hatred for sick children. Phone appointments are not easily available. For urgent matters, the doctor is supposed to call at whatever time, and she doesnt. Medical care is NOT accessible here. You have been warned.

Save your sanity and go somewhere else. Doc is alright but getting to see her is near impossible. Staff never pick up the phone, seriously, ever! And good luck getting a call back. And there's complete confusion amongst doctors as well. I have had multiple call-backs about the same lab results. Feels like it's only a matter of time before something gets mishandled with tragic consequences. I am actively looking for another doctor.

My sister has been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Naran for my 4 year old nephew. He's been sick with a cold since Halloween. 4 days ago he started to sound more congested so she tried to contact the doctor to make an appointment. However, the outgoing message suggests they don't take phone calls, you have to communicate by email.which then states it can take up to 2 business days for them to get back to you. It did, indeed, take 2 days for the doctor to call. During the call she repeatedly berated my sister for not bringing my nephew in sooner. When my sister described my nephew as a "little lethargic, " Dr. Naran interrupted her and said, "Dont say 'lethargic' say 'low energy' because, while she's too busy to see a sickchild, she's got plenty of time for a grammar lesson. The doctor then questioned my sister as to why she's been giving him Children's Advil to bring his fever down. As if she, supposedly a medical professional and pediatric specialist, is not aware of the current, wide spread otc medication shortage. Did she then suggest bringing him by the office and she'd squeeze him in because she was "concerned? " No. She told my sister she'd book an appointment for him at their walk in clinic because she was "far too busy" to see him. The receptionist called back with the appointment information.or so we thought. No, she called back to essentially tell my sister that she and her 4 year old are out of luck and she'll have to take him to their walk in clinic. When my sister said that the doctor indicated SHE would make an appointment, the reception took a turn at berating her for being wrong about what the doctor had said and, besides, the doctor has no idea how the walk in clinic works. The bottom line is that it's ludicrous for a "pediatric specialist" who is "concerned" about her 4 year old patient to suggest the best solution is to take a sick child to a walk in clinic and wait for 3 hours for an appointment as if ANY 4 year old is going to happily and patiently wait in a room with other sick people. We understand that everybody has to deal with walk in clinics and their wait times periodically but, to condescendingly berate a worried mom and then just wash her hands of the whole situation.that's unacceptable.

I had a great experience with this clinic, professional doctors, clean area and fast service. I do highly recommend.

Have been with Dr. Correa and Dr. Lavaroto they are amazing doctors also the nurses are amazing. But since office changed the system, you can never get anyone on the phone. Front desk Staff is very irresponsible. They don't care how sick the patient is. When ever I leave msg or email they never reply the same day. And if they reply its after the doctor has left. By the time they replied we would be on our way to Sickkids with our children. Hope they see these review and work on improving there offices system and care for thier patients how they used to care.

I have seen Dr. Nag for my daughter for her hairfall. Dr. Nag is super awesome, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very experienced. I would highly recommend her for any pediatric dermatologist issues for kids.

THE most inefficient clinic. They will never pick up a phone, nor will they call you back if you leave a voice message, unless you call them back in absolute irritation a 2nd and 3rd time. I'm devastated to have left my amazing mid-town pediatrician to settle for this absolute junk clinic when I moved east, all because of the massive shortage in family and pediatric clinics province wide. Shame on you for capitalizing on human desperation.

I really like my son’s pediatrician (Dr. Naran), but it is SO HARD to even call the office. The call always drops (iPhone call says “user busy”) and when I finally get a ring, it always goes to the voicemail where they ask you to leave 1 message and will do their best to return within 24hrs. Never have I received a return call 24hours later. I always have to try calling back every single day. It is getting frustrating and I might look for a different pediatrician.

I have no problem with my pediatrician. However, this clinic should put more efforts on the front desk management or resource allocation. They put my call on hold for one hour! In the end no one answered my phone. I really have no idea how to reach the front desk to ask a simple question! I have no choice, I think I will go personally to the clinic today or tomorrow to ask my questions.
Really, the clinic management should think about how to improve this.

I would recommend Dr. Peri & Dr. Sandhya. Both of them were amazing. Dr. Peri was our family doctor when we used to stay in Scarborough. He is a gem of a doctor. Will listen carefully to your concerns, same goes with Dr. Sandhya. Dr. Keshavjee was also a good doctor.
The clinic staff was also good. The only complaint I had was that I never could reach the front desk staff.it always used to go to voicemail. Will definitely recommend this clinic for these 3 doctors.

Overall good experience here. Can be a long wait for walk in but not bad when you can’t see your reg family doctor or don’t have one.

The doctor is nice. It’s just that they don’t pick up the phone I called 20 times and left them a message. They don’t really get back to you. I wouldn’t really recommend.

The paediatricians here may be great but that does not matter when you’re a desperate parent looking for answers or reassurances only your child’s doctor can provide when there’s actually NO way of getting through and talking to them. I have now left 4 messages on 4 different days regarding my 5 month old daughter’s Illness. I have not ever gotten through to reception on the phone and the answering machine promises a call within 24 hours well it has been 96 hours, not one call, not one message.no response from reception or the doctor whatsoever. What’s the point of finding a good doctor if you can’t reach them when you need them? I’m so disappointed and outright disgusted by the lack of service here. If these were normal times and I could just walk in to any other clinic and have my daughter be seen by a doctor I would have. You would think they’d show a high level of care for literal INFANTS. Management needs to get their act together. You have an average of 2.7 stars and I’m sure you’ll be down to 1 soon enough. Do you really care about your bottom line so much that you can’t hire receptionist staff? Or are you so careless that you can’t hire the RIGHT staff that will show the slightest bit of professionalism pertaining to their job? How can you ignore SO many complaints and negative reviews/experiences?

Parents: please please don’t come to this clinic, I’ve spent 4 sleepless nights worrying about my baby with not one ounce of care from this place. It’s not worth it I promise you. God forbid you ever land yourself in a situation where you need urgent care for your baby, this place will guaranteed not pick up the phone.

Rude reception. I was wanting solutions for menustration and was told to talk to doctor on phone I ask what’s next with my issues.well you can see another clinic.so much of caring for patients!

I called at 10 to get a phone appointment the receptionist called me told me I would be getting a call at 10: 25 from the doctor. I waited an hour and 30 mins. Then called at 12 they gave me another doctor and told me I would get a call at 12: 15 still have not received a call. I usually don’t like writing bad reviews but I would not recommend this place.

My overall experience here has been pretty good. The wait times are pretty short when I had to go in for an appointment and I appreciate my doctor always listening and helping me with whatever I need. The only issue I have and why I’m rating a 4 instead of a 5 is with the reception and calling in to book appointments. When I try to go straight to reception no one ever picks up and when I left a voice msg to be called back, they didn’t and I had to leave a second voice msg a week later and they finally got to me. It was super frustrating.

Dr Perri is my family doctor and he is really very good and knowledgeable. The front desk guys are nice too.

Dr Pamaraguru is our pediatrician and she's wonderful. She use to work at Markham Stouffville before she started clinic work. She's very patient and listens to all our concerns. Never brushes aside any of our concerns. Great with our babies.

Dr. Wu has been very patient and knowledgable for my kids as their Pediatrician and Dr. Dhalasania has been wonderful to me as my family doctor. The other doctors during walks in have been ok. Some more rushed than others.

Walk-in doctors and family doctors are available here. This medical clinic is adjoined with the Physical Therapy One clinic. Desk receptionists vary: some are accommodating, some are rude and not that compassionate. Wait time also depends on the number of people for walk-ins. You have to get in the entrance of The Real Canadian Superstore to gain access to the clinic. The clinic door you see outside is only for exit and not an entry door. Physicians are knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Singh is a great family doctor. Dr. Vohra and Dr. Peri are good walk-in doctors. Runa took my blood works today and she has good hands, and very pleasant.
