Doctor is nice and all but, scheduling lacks flexibility and some services have very limited hours. It can be difficult if you have to travel far as they seem to prefer doing as much as possible in clinic.

I try to call them thousand times but they never answered even left msg mulitiple times but never get any back call … I don’t know what is the point of nit answering call at a

Manager was supposed to call me back in a few days. It's been a few months and still don't get nothing. I called him and leave the messages and getting a callback they unprofessional poor service.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC! Wasted so much time and money here. The reception staff took months to get back to us. Didn’t answer the phone or voicemails we left. They made us pay for things our new clinic says is pointless and isn’t even normally offered. They just take your money and prey on the misfortune of others.

Ignore the good reviews. They're mostly written by people with one reviews. Hear me out. Run as fast as you can! Worst doctor and clinic. He will waste your money and time. His methods are outdated and useless and isn't even willing to listen to succesful practices. Avoid them

The level of service and care provided to my wife and myself had been nothing short of first class by the doctor and staff. The need for a fertility clinic presented challenges and stress which included understanding statistics and probability, however the clinic made the experience as good as it could be and we're thrilled to have now celebrated our son's 18 month milestone. I still recall the discussion I had with the doctor vividly when discussing our options when hope was starting to fade, and we changed the approach, my family is now forever grateful.

Appointments are always over booked even when they just have 1 doctor to make it to those appointments. You ll end up waiting for 40-60 mins at this clinic, even for the first appointment at 7 am.

UPDATE: Received a call from the Manager to inform us that they expect patients to keep aside 2 hours for their appointment. No regrets what so ever for keeping ppl waiting or over booking. Asked us to look for other clinics if we are not happy with their services. Epitome of empathetic customer service.

We had the absolute best experience at One Fertility KW! This may be bias but we were rewarded with a beautiful baby boy! From the doctor, to the nurses, we were treated with kindness and care from the beginning to the time we were discharged! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during this difficult time!

I was a patient of One Fertility for just over a year. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of fertility treatments. Thank you for everything One Fertility!

I had really good experience. I was struggling with some issues and after seeing a lot of doctors I came to One Fertility Kitchener. And that was my best decision ever. Dr Akinsooto is very patient and highly knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the services provided. The staff is also polite and accommodating. A bit of a wait time is understandable when you want to see the best fertility expert of this area.

Clinic overbooks their appointments so bad that if you have a set appointment time, expect to wait at least 1 HOUR past your BOOKED appointment time. It's sad that we spend thousands of dollars and this is how we get treated.

Here are the FACTS with PROOF: This company only cares about their status. You don't have to scroll too far to see employees are making multiple accounts to give themselves a high rate review. What does this tell you about their priorities? Even if people end up choosing this place, it won't take long for them to see the truth. If you don't see it, consider yourself privileged. Discrimination at its finest.
