One Park Tower

Recently booked a cleaning service for our house which we’re about to sell. I’m very pleased with the work done since the staff was able to remove the left over debris from the renovation we just did. Really happy working with Brian because he was able to accommodate my requests. Would definitely book them for my regular home cleaning moving forward! Thank you!

I would like to share my experience as a condo owner living on the ground floor at One Park Tower. I have a small chihuahua and the condo is a pet friendly condo. However the rails on the gate is too wide and my chihuahua can run through the gate onto the Main Street. I found a solution which was to put very thin chicken wire at the bottom portion of the gate. This has been up for months and never an issue. It can be barely seen a few feet away. After they sent me a letter stating it is exclusive to the condo, I was recommended by the district manager to send an appeal email to the board. The board did not even give an explanation as to why other then that if they say yes to me they have to say yes to everyone, this isn’t true because that’s the whole point of an appeal. Also the chicken wire especially in the spring and summer will be hidden by the bushes anyways. They also did not send any possible reasonable solutions to show they’re willing to work with me. I’ve since then sent a follow up email further explaining why I need the wire and other possible solutions. I do not recommend this condo as a place to live and honestly I will be moving and renting it out as soon as I can. It seems like this isn’t a home but just apartment units.

We hired them to clean our house before we move in. Their work and attitude was so disappointing! They spent 10hrs cleaning and when we got there, the house was still dirty, many spots were missed, staff was rude and disrespectful. I don't believe Brian should be in the home cleaning business! He has a lot to learn about cleaning, using the right products, customer service, and professionalism! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are a scam!

Absolutely the worst management. The PMs only job as per their own words is to inforce rules and regulations. The current property manager needs to be trained on the job they are in. Customer service skills are necessary, listening to a owner vent on their issue is important and actually trying to find a reasonable solution is not going above your responsibilities. I highly recommend the building company Del reconsider who is running this location. They sound miserable and I am not confident that this manager has anyones best interest in mind. I am a home owner who doesn’t feel like it. If you want to make your house feel like a home I recommend looking elsewhere. Btw my issue is I have some chicken wire on my gate so my small dog can’t get through the gate posts. It’s been there for months and has not effected doors opening, a few feet away and you can’t even see it

Condo is beautiful, amenities are great, security is helpful, elevators need to be updated. Management is not helpful. They take care of the building but don't care about the owners. Fix the elevators!

First No Ac. They turn on the Ac that is for their main office before units (like the security office main lobby) and they say “well the person was able to fix this Ac but not the other” and it took weeks for the Acs to function normal for units.

Second fire alarm. The manager or security of the building seem to not know how to control the announcement audio. For example, the lady will announce that the fire alarm is now over but unfortunately she will forget to turn off her microphone and the audio will continue to make the beep noise around the apartment and we can hear all the back ground sound.

I rented a condo for one month and it was the worst experience in my life. There were moths everywhere. All kinds of insects in my room.

Nice building. Located comfortably. Easy to reach. Great view the higher you go. Have a top community area and library. Not open during covid. Very neqr to square 1

We have worked with your property manager Brad Tooze for the past several months at One Park Tower, 388 Prince of Wales Drive in Mississauga & found him to be very knowledgeable & professional to deal with.

Ever since the new management came in the cleaners haven't really been doing their jobs that well they fail to get stains out the carpet and the carpets just keep getting darker and darker. Great access to the gym and swimming pool, also great golf simulator, but it really irks me that they can't even keep the hallways clean and security doesn't really bother with random cars tailing other cars into the parkade.
