They constantly give false advertising on thc amount, it will say 30- 35% thc you buy it online go get it and it's 28%. This has happened 7 out of 10 times going.

Only reason they are not getting a 4 or 5 star is because most of the counter staff are rude AF very unhelpful. However if you ever get approached by a woman named Jax, she is the best! Great service. Both friendly and knowledgeable. There was a line but I never felt rushed. I explained what I was looking for and he quickly provided thoughtful options for me to choose from. One Plant is my personal preference for weed. Customer service is great and prices are attractive. There are always deals especially when you are signed up with them. Definitely recommend.

It is with great pleasure that I write this, my experience at Smok was exceptional. For somone who suffers severe pain from Osteopenia and Fibromyalgia, the good doctors could only prescribe what they know best which is pharmaceutical (poison). Their prescriptions would only mask the pain and create more side effects leading to more prescriptions which only created gut rot, wear and tear on the liver, anxiety, depression and 3rd degree burns to my wallet. The staff at Smok were so knowledgeable, it's like they had my medical file and knew just what to prescribe me. They have taken the shackles and have freed me. I am now free from pain and back to the person I was meant to be. Young, vibrant and clear minded. To those still on the fence, there is no better option.

Just got ripped for a preroll be cause of all your packaging. 2nd visit. I expect better and I'll be getting refunded for it on my next visit. I get a ride from Oshawa to the only legal supply in Durham just to get mcdonald's services. I don't think so. Fkn bull

A second call was made after looking at my receipt and talked to the right guy. I got back and saw Arianna. She looked some video over and confirmed, settled up and I received a lighter for my troubles.

1) ask for what was advertised as being in stock, they said its not in stock.
2) got something different and im afraid to grind it cause it will turn to dust

Went twice first order sucked paid $39 for 3.5 of dry small pop corn bud brand was woodstock 2nd order was God bud still toodry but the buds were decent paid $34 for that brand was redecan Christ for the price you're paying why can't they throw a Boveda in the damn container

Love the bud and pre rolls. Been there many times now and have never got bad product. Prices may be a bit high but ur buying from a legal store. Give em time.

This place is sickening. The green is garbage not to mention way over priced! Weedmaps offers 100$ for 28oz kush deals weekly delivered to your door with in two hours. Not to mention the bottle says I have 8.9%thc when your in the store they tell you that your buying 21%. I didn’t realize until I got home I was lied to! Not only are they false advertising but they are legitimately ripping customers off charging them higher prices for kush they state is so high in thc when it really isn’t at all, one thing I can say I can gladly say I will NEVER order from smok again! I suggest people do the same and make a account on Weedmaps and try I can promise you will not regret it, cheers!

I bought a jar of Synr.g Blueberry Kush today and the packaging date is all the way back in August 2018. Very dissapointed. They are charging full price for product that is over 10 months old. That's unacceptable. I'm not sure how they can claim it's the governments fault when the dates are clearly printed on the jars and they continue to keep adding old product to the menu. The very least they could do is inform the customer before purchase that it's an older batch and give them the option to choose something else. Just throwing the blame on someone else is childish

This place isn't terrible, but next time I visit I hope to speak to more experienced staff members. Now don't get me wrong, everyone I spoke to was friendly and polite. But all of who I spoke to described themselves as "lightweight" and doesn't take much to get them high, which is disappointing. As someone who has smoked for several years now, I'd like to speak to an adult *ahem* aka the really stoned guy in the back, I want to talk to him. Another thing I don't like about government provided weed over the black market is that you can't actually see the bud before purchase, so you usually just feel buyer's remorse. The bud I purchased was on the "hybrid" display table, and the bud on display IS NOT THE BEST REPRESENTATION OF WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY GETTING (disclaimer), and the strain I got was mislabeled as hybrid, when it was actually indica, very disappointing.

Definitely would like to see some improvement on Smok's side of things.

Serious disconect between touch pads, tvs and counter, I've noticed a few times that some of the products that were advertised on the touchpad said something like 18 to 26% THC and then one of the employees told me that the potency level on the TV's is the actual correct number that said 21.45 and when the weed showed up at the counter it said 14.71 and they still wanted $38 plus tax for that half quarter when I got home I weighed it and realized it was only 3.2 grams and pulled out several stems that weren't attached to any bud at all, this is not just one brand this was several brands that I have purchased that do this I don't understand why they charged the same amount of money for lower quality cannabis, the government needs to put some kind of regulations in that set a certain price for a certain potency level because if you don't pay very close attention you can get screwed over very quickly. With the exception to a few especially potent containers that were about $28 per half quarter usually I find that you will get better prices and quality cannabis from the skatepark than you will from any government store

The black market will thrive thanks to stores like this! First of all don't let the fancy store fool you. They sell old dried out weed and they then have the nerve to blame the government instead of taking responsibility. The government isn't forcing you to sell old weed! You can clearly see the date as to when the weed was packaged. Overpriced, poor selection. Good luck if you are trying to purchase a high cbd strain you won't find it here. They also have the most uneducated employees working there. I feel scared for users who don't know much about cannabis and thinking the employees there know the difference between an indica and sativa. You also can't look at the cannabis before purchasing it.

Great store layout but terrible quality weed! Bought a few of the best strains an all tasted like oregano, catnip or other erbs! Was so disappointed!

Weed is the bunkest I have ever gotten. Bone dry as it was packaged on January 14th 2019 and it is now June. High schoolers get better stuff. Smells like dirt and pine trees. It doesn't smoke nice either. Tablet said 20% THC. Bottle actually says 15.2%.

Save your time and money. Don't go here.

First time visiting last weekend, and I was really impressed. The location is huge and open, and resembles an Apple store in terms of layout.

After your ID is checked in the entry hallway, you proceed into main space which is large and open. There are a bunch of tables with tablets at each, and jars to smell the various strains. The tablets have all the info on the strain out for “sampling”.

The walls of the store have glass cabinets with accessories on display for sale; there’s a big selection to look through.

In the center of the dispensary is another kiosk with tablets where you can order, or you can line up to order with a cashier at the back of the store. When it’s ready, they call out your name and order number for you to pick up and pay. The whole experience was super easy. It was really convenient to browse through everything; the info on the tablets even lets you know what amounts are in stock.

Overall, it was a great experience.

Amazing service and the highest quality. Beautiful store, great for anyone from an experienced connasseur or just someone looking to try something new. Let's get more of these opened ASAP!

Hahahahaha don’t make me laugh. I was in Ajax coming to Toronto for Canada Day & decided to pass by here so I picked up 3.5 g for $35 and some change of some “Balmoral” weed.

1) First of all wat the fuk is this I just bought 2 year old weed, this smells like it’s been in storage since 2016
2) OBVIOUSLY since they let the kush sit for years it’s going to lose moisture & weight so my count was. 2 grams short
3) There is no smell—it just smells like SHlT lmaoooooooooooooo
4) QUALITY was OK (not recommended for seasoned smokers) you can just tell in the aftertaste and headbuzz they let it sit for way too long
5) WASTE of money — overcharging by A LOT just to cover GUV expenses on super heavy duty packaging and unnecessary iPads and bulletproof glass for some old used to be dank bud.

Miss the days when you could just link up with a $5 and blast off but oh well the system R/PES us all

Wow at first I was okay with Smok I bought AURORA BLUE DREAM SATIVA TOTAL THC 21.0% and I went to buy another one the same kind total same bud different 16.7%THC THIS WEEK. What kind of business is this pay this much money and get ripped off total big difference in THC LEVELS OF COURSE GOVERNMENT THEY WILL SAY.

Ordered 7 g's of Fantasy Island which was quoted to be 20% THC. Then I get home and look at the bottle and its a measily 15% which probably won't even get me high due to my tolerance. WATCH OUT for false advertising in this shop as my THC count was a straight up lie. Also, their ordering system needs to be redesigned to sort by THC % and CBD% as well as by price. Cool store but disappointed with my Cannabis.

Why in the world am I picking stems out of product which costs 16 dollars per gram? Something needs to be done about the quality immediately. Completely appalling

Amazing experience! Such knowledgeable staff. Normally just pick based off the THC % but the lovely cashier explained the importance of the terpene Myrcene to me. I got a bud that was only 13%, knocked me right out & didn't hurt my pocket. Will be back very soon thanks Smok!

Nice place, but anyone can clearly tell that no one employed by you has received any training regarding accommodation of disabilities as is required by AODA. Loud pulsating music combined with what might be the meekest staff I've ever seen makes it nearly impossible to hear your name being called. The tiny print on your signage might look sleek and modern but it makes it almost impossible to read without climbing up on the counter. If you are disabled visually, hearing impaired or use a mobility device Smok may not be an accessible place to shop. On an unrelated note, what's with the owner repeatedly replying to negative reviews by saying that the product comes from the government. Way to shirk responsibility there bud. But when you're literally the only game in town I guess you can have a return policy that consists of "caveat emptor"

Not impressed. As being the first dispensary in Ajax, yes it is beautiful & yes it is modern.but it is not modern in price. 10.80 minimum a gram? That is a little excessive. Quality of bud is good, but if they still want to be able to compete with dealers they need to really fix their prices.

Wow! This might just be the secret of getting rid of the black market. I've been to 7 of the current legalialy operated dispensaries now open with mixed experiences both good and bad but this was the first where I overheard everyone entering saying (Wow) I'm desperately trying to come up with some constructive criticism but unfortunately the only thing I can come up with is they didn't open sooner. Let's just say that the bar is now set and it's VERY high.

Had the BEST experience today. Walked in to two handsome gentlemen checking ID at the door and then through the doors is a smokers paradise haha. Very clean! Professional, aesthetically pleasing, simplistic! It’s an Apple store for Cannabis. Fiona helped me at the cash out and she is a freakin Gem! I wish more retail people were like her. Eager to help me and took the time to go through my wants and needs. Had a big smile on the whole time and was genuinely interested in helping me. LOVe this place! Prices are wonderful and great location next to all the munchie location haha. 10/10
