I've had a pleasant experience everytime I have gone into one plant. Your staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about most products you hold. I've had repete great interactions from all of your staff.

Was able to answer every silly little question I had with patience and a smile.
Very comfortable purchasing here, and appreciate staff knows the product.

Cant order online card declined by risk management department even though all info is correct.not my banks problem either. Awful website. That's all I wanna say

Actually a fun, educational, little experience.

Ashley was very knowledgable and personable and helped me with exactly what I wanted in a timely manner.

Staff are very helpful but the system repeatedly refuses to give me the Plant Perks price. This time I didn't notice the error until I got home. The difference was only $2 but I'm a senior and every buck counts. The staff have been good and offered to make it good! All in all, a pretty good experience regardless.

Lucy is always great for advice as are all the employees at One Plant. Keep doing what y’all do!

Awesome & friendly staff, one of my favourite things to do is to ask for recommendations each time I make a purchase. I’ve got to try a great variety of strains without the stress of using my own brain!

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always answer all your questions and give advice as much as allowed by regulations and local laws. Honest and decent prices and lots of great deals. Membership deals are pretty good too and always great discounts for members. New and returning customers are always welcome and are treated with respect. Don't go in there jonesing, because if they tell you something you may misunderstand it or misrepresent it in your head and get all upset for no reason. I have no monetary or other gains from doing this review. All of this is an honest review of my experience and observing experiences of multitude of others at this store.

For some reason the second location has a different selection from time to time.stuff I'd rather try is sometimes at the Essa location over Cundles location which is easier to get to

Fast and easy shopping. Great, helpful staff ensure that you have everything you want and that you are properly educated on the products that you buy.

Very disappointed. I placed my order online for the first time not aware of how their curbside pickup works, and the girl directing vehicles in the parking lot was extremely rude. Won't be ordering through them again and won't be recommending their store.

Store is big, and clean. The tablets you have to use are a little cumbersome to use, but they get the job done I guess. Store gets really busy on weekends, so I suggest getting there early or you have a little bit of a wait to get your product.

Clean atmosphere and very large store. Friendly staff. Prices are kinda overpriced for some strains but also have good deals on other strains. Good selection as well — they have a strain for all types of smokers.

This place is very friendly. The people even the atmosphere in there is nice don't have to wait long and the staff are very quick to ask if you need anything. No uptite looks no people looking g down on u its a great place the shop for your stash

Both my girlfriend and I have broken health cards here more then mine yet they accept her and refuse me. Worst place terrible weed way over priced

Got ripped off on a 3.5g order. There was so little inside the box it was actually funny, I wish I had taken a picture. Most times it's good though.

Update: The manager reached out to me and help me out regarding this issue. I would definitely recommend this store.

Great service, kind, superfast with a self serve computer for easy ordering to beat the line, and good prices.

Good if you need some quick ganja or run out or your dealer takes long af to reply lol but too expensive if you smoke daily

I visited this place three times while visiting bc. It's a great store huge. They had someone able to help me place my order and go over products. They have a line to order at the counter or on the computer or the guy help e the tablet. I did get grilled about my ID and I showed four pieces of ID twice but I understand being out of a province and having funny-looking ID. Also in Ontario they only sell half-gram distill it that are not refillable. The store and staff is wonderful. They also said the gov changed something about cbd oil and I couldn't get any from my pain

Reasonable prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ask for a recommendation every time to try something new and so far have enjoyed every single one.

Been to this place a few times - GREAT PLACE! Clean, organized, well managed business and friendly staff, even when they are busy!

I have gone here a few times now. It's been basically the same every time. ; Order at the kiosk and you're out the door in about 5 minutes or so. I haven't needed help, but my sister did and they helped her choose which CBD oil she should buy. The employee seemed knowledgeable and my sister is enjoying it so far. I like that I can see the product in the little jar before I buy it. I will say that, yes, I do find the product on the dry side, but this isn't the fault of the store, it's the producer. I've tried a couple different brands and it's pretty much the same across the board for dryness. The prices are the same as on the OCS website, or at least they are for everything I've bought. I'll keep going here, it's way more convenient (for me) than ordering online.
