Gagandeep was one of the best cashiers I’ve experienced at OnePlant. I have been buying “Big Bag O’ Buds- ICC” for months now, and unfortunately they were out of stock. He really listened to what terpenes I liked and didn’t like and what I use marijuana for, and he came up with a few different options that he thought I would like. He didn’t rush me, took his time with me and even checked the back for an extra pack of ICC that could possibly be laying around, which I REALLY appreciated!

Denajah was excellent. For some reason the inventory was out of everything I was requesting. But she always came back with solutions and a great smile. Walked out with great alternatives! Great customer experience

Today was my first time visiting your store. I was greeted and helped by Stephen who's customer service was awesome. I explained that It was my first time there and he was really helpful with helping me select and purchase something. I will definitely be back.

He is so helpful, caring and knowledgeable about the products and just such a wonderful person.

Service is generally okay. But there is this one employee there with face tattoo white guy about 5’8”. If you are not white I would avoid talking to him as he is extremely racist and rude.

Tom is an absolute tank. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and overall provided me with nothing short of a great experience. If service is always that good and friendly I’ll be back.

Very happy with product and goes almost everyday and gets best service. But guess what today I met MR JACOB H this guy has so much attitude acting so smart for no reason. It wasn’t even busy at all and still he was in hurry. Other employees are best, but had worst experience today with him.

Absolutely love this place. When i first walked in it was like heaven, tons of products on display, and the staff wow its like family, they are so personable and helpful!

Had a problem with one of my carts clogging up or not hitting at al, didn’t know. Took it back the next day and got immediate help, very kind staff. I’m the end got a refund on my cart, very satisfied never had a problem with this store!

First time in this store. I was looking for a specific preroll that a friend had shared with me the past weekend. The lady at the counter told me they didn't stock that item. When I asked if they could, she laughed and said "not just because one person asks". She then went on to say if I want that product I should go elsewhere. So I went to one of the MANY other cannabis stores in Brampton and even though they didn't have it either, they agreed to order the product from the ocs and even to call me when it arrived.

Great location, very nice store, employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Online ordering is very fast to pickup, and they have a large selection of products.

Staff always rushed to the door and I always found that a bit odd. I’m more of an introvert, so it makes me uncomfortable but other than that it feels like you’re waiting to go into prison with the door and you have to get buzzed in. They always have sales, I’ve gotten glass from them and it’s sturdy, I use it everyday. I have a tray and one of their dab tool kits, smell proof bag, the butane is small but I switched to an expensive E-nail because of it. Didn’t get from here I don’t know if they have one.

Come here for the deals but it’s a quick in and out thing

Was there yesterday with a friend that had been coming to this location quite often, but not sure if everyone was new or staff just do not care about their customers because it was the worst service I have ever received and my friend also agreed as he compared the last couple times he had visited. The girl working just looked at us and ignored any opportunity to assist us.we did not even buy anything. It was as if they were having a staff meeting and customers were not suppose to be in the store

By far my favorite dispensary, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They also have the best prices in the area and a wider variety.

The supervisor is soo rude and act like she's on crack.poor customer and leadership at the stor. And they don't know what they selling, can't recommend nothing to no one

A dispensary worth visiting!

I was there the evening Jan 24 and was greeted by a very knowledgeable young lady. She helped me go through my order offering her suggestions based on vendor, product, concentration and experience. She even went to the back to retrieve the product so I can physically see it and sort through which ones best suit my needs. She was patient and made me feel comfortable and relaxed especially when she said “Don’t worry, I got you”.

So far my 3 experiences at this store have been nothing but professional and very pleasant.

TLDR: Check your bag before you leave!

I usually order from the OCS but stopped by here to check it out. The store is nice enough but the staff don’t know what they are doing sadly. I purchased some flower & edibles and they put it in a bag for me so I didn’t see what was inside until I got home in Barrie. They gave me a 3.5g instead of 7g of flower that I ordered. They didn’t give me a receipt but I checked my statement and I was charged for the larger amount of bud. I guess I should’ve looked in the bag and checked everything out but I learned my lesson. I called and they said I needed to have a receipt for them to do anything… Do yourself a favour and check the bag!

Poor management service.the manager of this branch should be fired.not a good representative of the branch. Very poor customer client relation

On December 23, I bought some products and when I got home I find out that the container of one of the flowers was empty, I call back to the store but they refuse to reimburse or give me a new product, they told me to contact the producer, Edison Cannabis CO, but also they refuse to reimburse or give me a new product, so avoid those 2 companies, or at least open all the packages before you pay, because if you ended up with an empty package, neither of them will replace for you! Be aware!

I'm a 60 year old man and was forced to show I'd to enter the store. The young guy working said it's his job to id everyone. With that being said I agree if you look underage but when your old and grey I don't think I look underage. I will never shop at this store again because of the attitude of the staff working there. This is the Brampton store in Trinity Mall.

Usually the experience here is pleasant, on Friday Aug 20 evening not so much. Lady at the counter has attitude towards customers for no apparent reason. People come with questions while buying THC/CBD products; rushing them and cutting them off while they speak is never good customer service.
