Great customer service from Devon- she was very knowledgeable, personable & friendly, and provided thoughtful recommendations.

This is the LCBO for cannabis enthusiasts. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The store layout is easy to navigate. They have some Interesting and niche collectables here. You can just walk around like you are in a museum and no one bothers you.

Huge shoutout to @Ross who helped me out when I was in the store. He is very knowledgeable and he gave me his honest opinion when I asked about a few of the devices that they had in the store. I started with the glass rig but could not figure it out in terms of the correct temperature. I called the store the next day and asked for The Proxy, thanks to @Steve for saving the last one for me. Been using it for a week now, its an amazing device. Very easy to use, a ton of vape, you can really taste the terpines, also very easy to clean. Thanks again @Ross and @Steve.

Prices dont beat canna and their selection isn't as good as other places in Burlington staff is cool but i didnt get the best recommendations
