Another great experience with the staff. Answered ALL my questions / concerns and pointed a few things out (labelling) that I needed to be aware of.

Tatum is super knowledgeable and so helpful! Always a wonderful experience with her! She always takes the time to ensure that I’m leaving with what I want and she’s super pleasant to be around! One plant in Georgetown has such a friendly, and amazing staff.

Store was well laid out. It felt like they had the most selection of everyone in town, including my seemingly hard to find favorites. I loved the support Cayla gave me. I'll definitely be coming back.

Prices are okay though you are highly incentivized to become a member - as prices are not good enough for a lot of products without being one. For example - even with the member discount, $24 for a 3.5g of Spinach is not worth it. Same predatory practices as Canna Cabana; sign up for our system or don't get fair prices.

Selection is solid, but you can find the same selection for lower prices elsewhere in town. Service was friendly and efficient - though the volume of reviews make me believe that either some are fake or incentivized (again) ; no other dispensary in town has this many reviews at such a frequency.

It's a fine spot if you know what you are looking for; but you can find similar products cheaper, without having to be almost forced to sign up (due to prices) at other dispensaries elsewhere.

Such a great place and my favorite go to. Always great service and never disappointed. Cayla is awesome and always hooks me up with what I need.

Been coming here now for a few months and have had great service from the night and day staff. Female manager is great and really always helps me get what I want.

I’ve been buying my cannabis products online for years, because I’m not the most knowledgeable, and have always assumed I’d just look like a n00b if I went to a cannabis shop. Recently, the online company I frequented went out of business, so I decided it was finally time to take my awkward self to a shop. I went to One Plant, super anxious and inexperienced, but immediately the staff and Andrej made me feel super comfortable. They were really helpful, answered my questions, and made great recommendations specific to my needs, and helped to educate me, without making me feel the slightest bit stupid (I do that enough in my own head). The experience was amazing and I’ll definitely go back. Thanks One Plant!

I've been to all the dispensaries in Georgetown multiple times and oneplants prices, selection and customer service best in the town.

Review reposted to 1 star because the naiive and unprofessional girl at front tonight asked me to leave the store after my ounce purchase, asked me to take it to my car and then go back in store to purchase anything else. Lol she had the audacity to keep saying I'm not listening! Lmao!

You not listening to me when I said I been coming to your store from Port credit everyday for past 3 months, giving you lots of business.

I understand this must have to do with my skin colour that you treated me this way because I saw other white guys buying way more than ounce and didn't get asked to leave the store and then come back to purchase more

People if you ain't white, don't go to this store as racism is on top of their to do list.

Worse experience ever! Wow what a nightmare. I mean I wouldn't mind going to my car in summer and then back to store but it's frigid cold out here!

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is huge and lots of choice. Will definitely be shopping here again.
