She also explained other products that were sold out at the moment, but that they might be worth me trying when they come back in. Stephanie was super nice and made my visit enjoyable.

This is our go to store in Kingston and now Brookville will be too. The staff here are as friendly as the staff we have at our Kingston store.

Really dissapointed. Placed a pick up order for some 1964 sour cookies and they ended up giving me 1964 comatose.only realized when I got home because the bag was sealed. The receipt itself said sour cookies but it was the wrong product in the bag.i live 30 minutes away and called the store they told me to come back and the best they could do was offer me 10% off any additional purchases I make when I came back (great sorry for the mistake please spend more money for a 10% off like come on). When I came back The person at the cash gave me the correct product and just told me sorry it happens and that was it.great good to know this store can make a mistake waste an hour of my time to have to come back and simply be told mistakes happen.
Well I'll be going to a place in the future where mistakes like this aren't considered normal.
