This company call and solicits me non-stop- I have asked them 100 times to remove me from their calling list and it never happens.

I have used them for about 2 years- that is where the below review came from- because they were working for me, and I was making money from their leads they generated. Then they fell off the face of the earth. I paid for some extra leads and boom they were gone. I heard from other referrals I made to them that they did something similar. BEWARE- they are not consistent and they definitely owe me money. I will not refer they again to anyone.
One Touch Solutions offers you warm prospect leads for what ever personal service you offer. What you do with those leads depend on your phone abilities and overall interpersonal skills. I have made money off their leads, and I am assuming people with negative reviews have not. You should conservatively expect 5-10% conversion on the leads. For myself an overall good return on my investment. Michael or Ted will take care of you. I look forward to doing more business with them in 2017.

One Touch Solutions Inc, 1155 North Service Road West, Oakville, ON L6M 3E3 do not deserve any rating but I had to give one star to post on google!
I placed an order for lead generation services even after seeing negative reviews. I thought the bad reviews were related to unrealistic expectations of the purchaser. I placed what I hoped would be my first order of many. On qualifying/approving the telemarketing script I advised changes were required (as explained to the sales person prior to placing the order) due to the script and my expectations of what was and was not a qualified lead and this is when everything went very wrong.
In my opinion, once they realized that the qualified lead would need to be "robust" and in line with my expectations (as explained verbally and confirmed by email to sales person prior to order placement) and not just as wanted by the operational team, I was then ignored. My follow up on the script was ignored - emails as well as phone calls - contacts did not return calls or emails - phones rang out or went on hold automatically - no one returned calls/emails. I was given the run around many many times when I finally got a person on the phone. I finally cancelled the order and then silence - nothing - they fell off the planet. I tried to get my refund - no reply. Nothing. This went on for weeks!
Ultimately I had to call the business references that I requested and called prior to placing the order (due to the poor online reviews posted everywhere) and explained the situation to them so that they called their contacts and asked what was going on. This finally resulted in my refund primarily (IMO) because my references were a few "bigger" names in the industry whom I had contacts with directly and indirectly. I was jeopardizing future business with these companies and they did not want me talking to their existing customers.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They operate out of a Regus office center and you will find it impossible to rectify a situation when it goes bad - and it will go bad. There was only one person whom I would give credit to and this was the one operations person who called me back a couple times - the sales person, directors and others ignored many many calls and emails and they did not do as they said they were going to do numerous times (when I finally reached them that is).
Please do yourself a huge favour and do not place telemarketing business with them. In my entire working career I have never dealt with such a poor organization and I have never seen a business owner and senior staff act in such an unprofessional manner. Totally unacceptable behavior. You have been warned.place an order at your peril. I swear my blood pressure has gone up just typing this review.

While the first run I had with them ultimately proved quite profitable. Most of the leads paid off after 1.5 years. They were horrible in terms of providing the leads in the timeline they promised and didn't honor their warranty for 30 bad leads out of the 100 I paid for. When it was time to "renew" they wouldn't make good on the warranty and wanted 20% more for the same service. What is interesting is that KVP Consulting Services LLC in Illinois seems to be affiliated; same service style, same excuses almost verbatim and same format lead sheet design and email template design. Be careful out there.

Terrible leads, we spent over $2500 on their lead program with a promise of high quality leads, we purchased 50 leads at $50 a lead, the vast majority of them were dead leads, wrong numbers, people who were not looking to sell, did not benefit my business in the least bit, not one lead converted.

I would put zero stars if I could. This company solicited their services and provided inferior quality leads. They promised a refund (documented) which I have not received. I had no choice but to sue them.

This company calls continuously. Regardless of how polite you are in asking them to remove your number, they will not. Thank you for proving to me another reason I would never invest money for your guidance. You cannot follow the simplist instructions rather you choose to annoy me weekly with calls.

I have asked this company 4 times now to take me off their calling list, and yet they continue to call to solicit my business. What do you think the odds are I would put any of my business in the hands of a company who cannot listen to simple directions like this?
