Lauren is a wonderful osteopath. I go regularly and I take my daughters here as well. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I have had two visits with Dr. Myles Wardrope for vertigo and I cannot say enough good things about how much he has helped me. I was very skeptical that a chiropractor would help my situation however desperate for relief. I am so thankful and happy to be able to be able to stand without dizziness and getting back to normal life. After 4 weeks of absolute misery my only regret is that I did not go to him sooner. He is absolutely wonderful. I am looking forward to another visit as I am already about 90%. The clinic staff are all absolutely lovely, kind, organized and professional. Best pedi/mani that lasts! Ruxandra does such a beautiful job on my toes, and nails. I love the touch of essential oils in the water (optional, she always asks first), and how particular she is during my treatment. I also appreciate the tips and tricks she gives me for keeping my feet, and nails looking healthy, and gorgeous. I have also noticed how much faster, and stronger my nails have become over the sessions, and how long the pedicures last. Thank you Ruxandra!

Excellent clinic. Clean and relaxing environment with very kind, experienced and knowledgeable staff. I have had two massages and one osteopathic treatment so far - all great. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Had a wonderful experience with Jo-Anne! I was referred to One Wellness by my dad, who had wonderful things to say about their services. Went in for a Ion Foot Bath and it was phenomenal! I felt so much better afterwards and will definitely continue to book in the future. If you are feeling under the weather or generally sluggish/unwell, I HIGHLY recommend this! Jo-Anne is lovely and accommodating. The general atmosphere of the spa is beautiful and relaxing. Parking available out front and it is also located next to several major bus routes. Definitely recommend!

I was actually really nervous as I had never had a massage before but Monica C made it so comfortable! She is so down to earth, my nerves quickly melted away upon talking to her. I booked a 30 min massage and the time FLEW but what a difference after only one session! The place was spotless and staff all seemed very lovely! Looking forward to becoming a regular here!:)

Was in to see Lauren for Osteopthy and had a fantastic experience, I know the staff are wonderful and caring and I would recommend for osteopathy, massage treatment or any other service offered.

I didnt enjoy my massage. When I came home I was in more pain then when I received the massage. The man was too hard on the muscles

The massage therapists are fantastic. The chiropractor has helped with severe back pain issues and improved mobility.

I had a 1 hour RMT booked to work out some kinks in my neck and calves. Melissa was fabulous and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

My husband I went for massage therapy here. My hubby had numbness in his fingers due to frost bite and he recovered a lot after the massage therapy sessions with Scott Darnell.
I used RMT Monica and she is an excellent therapist too. Would definitely recommend this place.
