Rarely open. Out of the 8 weekend days (over the course of 2 months) I tried calling them, they were open just once. The one time they were open, the food was solid. Not worth the hassle of trying to order from them and almost always getting their answering machine, however.

The best family owned business for all your Malaysian cravings! Pretty much tried everything on the menu but my go-to are Curry Laksa and Wat Tan Hor. The curry puffs are very similar to samosas and you could never go wrong with their Nasi Lemak. The portions are also very generous (pictured is only half the portion size)

This place is busy but the food is cheap and good! They have a special menu for the weekends too!

Right now it is takeout only.

The person at the front explained that they were really busy and was booked till 630 on Sunday which normally closes at 7. This was at roughly 4pm. He was nice enough to squeeze us in and I got the curry laksa and curry puffs for me and my friends. It. Was. Excellent. Portion wise one laksa could feed two people moderately or one person with a huge appetite. Curry puffs were also great. My friends and I loved it. Though note it's take out only. I WILL come back again and I'm from Mississauga.

Being a Malaysian, it is hard to find authentic Malaysian food. But this place comes really really close. I love all the kuih muih (deserts) and char kway teow. The nasi lemak is a favourite too.
The staff is superb! Very polite and Malaysian mannered (everyone is auntie and uncle). The place is very clean which is always a plus.

Super yummy! Got the Char noodles and took me back to Penang. Curry puffs were delicious as well. Will be back for sure

Authentic Malaysian cuisine, with a focus on hawker food. The curry puffs took 15 minutes, but the wait was worth it as the puffs were crispy and the flavours were amazing.

The customization options for the laksa was worthwhile to note: choice of vermicelli, egg noodles or a mix + spice levels for the soup base (there was 5 levels to choose from!). Not pictured in the broth was the chicken and shrimp.

Totally worth the wait. Both items were under $10 (rare to find these days). Can't wait to try other items on the menu.

Recommended by friends and tried, the nyonya kuih is really good and impressed me a lot. It is family owned business and the food is affordable.highly recommend to give a call or email them in advance to order cuz take out only.

We went to One2Snacks on a weekday early dinner time and they were busy with takeout orders. They are actually always busy because they are only open Thursday-Sunday (11am-7pm). There is no dine-in, just take-out and you need to call in advance. Their line was unfortunately unable to be reached, so we went to the store to order and we waited quite a bit around 15-20 minutes.

We got one dish, the Char Kway Teow ($9.95) and it was honestly SO DELICIOUS and worth the wait. There was a lot if meat including pork and shrimp, the portion was big, the noodles were not overcooked, well seasoned and not too salty. Just the perfect noodle dish at an affordable price. I don’t know what else can beat it, I understand why this place is so popular. The only downside is their order system, hopefully they can make a more efficient system for customers to order. But I can’t wait to come back and try other dishes!

Great experience as first time diners to One2Snacks! Our family were accommodated last minute even though Emails are generally required to order a day before. Food was hit, fresh and tasty! And very authentic (I am Indonesian but have a great appreciation for Malay food!) The best was the portions and the prices though, more than fair. Will absolutely be back to try other dishes (our fave was the lasksa).
23 July 2022 18:33
One of the best Malaysian restaurants I’ve been to in Canada. Great prices for huge portions and the service is amazing. I’d order the whole menu if I could.
12 April 2022 0:57
Food is really tasty with a nice air of the wok flavour. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is made fresh to order and the curry puffs have a great crust. The one downside is the wait is long (and can also be fully booked even though it is takeout!) so you have to email your order a day in advance to not be disappointed.
03 April 2022 18:41
My wife and I just tried this place for the first time tonight. We both had the laksa and shared an order of the curry puff. WOW the food was amazing perfectly spiced and just absolutely delicious. We ordered a day ahead and it was ready when requested. We will definitely be back.
27 March 2022 2:18
Great service! I sent an email with my order, got a call back to confirm the order and time. Easy peasy. The Curry puffs were also great as well as the noodles!
08 March 2022 21:55
Highly recommended: Stunningly good char kway teow, wok hei galore, beautiful balance, bursting with flavour. Kind, welcoming service. IMPORTANT: you must place your order by email in advance, cash only.
08 February 2022 15:43
My favourite place for laksa, mee goreng, durian cake, Pullet with coconut rice, and pink dessert as well as the green ones highly recommended but be sure to email them to make sure your order is confirmed ahead of time of when you want to pickup the food!
18 January 2022 23:58
Delicious food in every aspect. We ordered ahead mid afternoon and Brian was incredibly helpful navigating the menu. This was exactly what we were looking for. The food couldn’t have been better. The food was made with such care and was worth the drive. Probably the best bang for buck we have eaten out in some time. Can’t wait to go back again.
01 January 2022 0:33
Amazing eats with amazing prices! Recommend to order ahead by email with type of noodles and level of spice included. They will confirm they received your email order.
31 December 2021 9:18
Authentic food and unbeatable value. They always sell out for the day by dinner time, way before closing. Do yourself a favor and email them to order your food a week in advance to avoid disappointments.
16 October 2021 0:11
Great food with friendly service. The best Malaysian noodle dishes I’ve had and I look forward to trying the other menu items.

Only downside is that you have to order a day in advance. I did it via email and the response time was quick. However, I would probably visit here more often they offered walked in service.
30 September 2021 12:11
Omg! I’ve found it! Through my extensive travelling experience, I always remember a saying how “the tongue remembers”. I’ve been missing the taste of authentic Malaysian cuisine until I found One2Snacks! Thank you for this… love everything on the menu. TIPS: Weekend’s Kuihs were delightful! 5 stars all the way.

This little gem of a place omgaaaaash, satisfied my cravings for Malaysian foooooooooood I think I found my favourite Malaysia food spot!

First of all, why so cheap tho (I'm not complaining just pleasantly surprise!), AND food tasted so good, so full of familiar flavours (hello Ikan Bilis and Sambal!), good portions, more importantly this place only take me 10 mins drive to get there

I highly recommend this place! Do give them a call to order if you are interested!
17 September 2021 22:26
There's some preplanning required if you want to eat here, by emailing your order a day or so ahead, specifying your spicyness level too.

I ordered the Hokkien mee (non spicy), which was deliciously saucy with wok hei, and the curry laksa (can specify yellow noodles or vermicelli, or mix).
The food was ready at my requested time and super hot. Each order could probably feed 2. You can see the flames from the kitchen reflected in the doorway

I'll be back to try the weekend-only desserts!

Very good quality tasting food! Great service! Consistent taste and quality! Very reasonably priced. Pleasant people to deal with! Very effective on communication. Well family run business

This place is a hidden gem. I was introduced by my Malaysian boss and is my favourite spot. Two trips to Malaysia this place is the closest you will find in comparison. For 6 years now this have been a regular and the food is always fresh and super delicious and the staff is unbelievably friendly. I do know they have long wait times but call ahead because it’s certainly worth it. The hokkien mee and char kway teow is phenomenal. This place is the best!

I’ve heard a lot of good things about One2Snacks, so I was definitely excited to try their food. As they are always busy, you have to preorder your food by email, and wait for a confirmation (which is usually within a day). But trust me, if you’re looking for delicious Malaysian food that’s affordable, this is the spot!

We preordered their curry puffs and Char Kway Teow, and despite being alittle alittle late to pick up, the food was still hot. We ordered the Char Kway Teow to be mild, and even then there was a slight kick. It was very delicious as you can taste the “wok hay”/wok air. Next time I will order regular spicy the curry puffs were freshly made, and I loved the fillings inside (potato and cumin seeds inside!)

Overall, I would definitely come back again to order their food. Make note that they only accept cash as well!

Not to excited about this place. First off you have to order ahead of time, I mean days ahead. I figured ok, this better be good. We arrived on time for the "appointment", and the food is already there waiting. It was nice and hot. If I didn't show up, what would happen? Anyway, for the hassle, the food wasn't spectacular. And the fish ball is not a ball, its sliced. Didn't feel to well hours later. Sorry guys but I won't be returning.
26 June 2021 17:04
Very tasty Singapore/Malaysian style street food. Laksa and Pad Thai are must try. Opens weekends only for takeouts. Have to email your order first.
07 June 2021 11:25
This restaurant deliberately limit supply so that people believe it is good. One out of sixteen times it is out of food. Food has lots of msg.
25 May 2021 4:12
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AS POSSIBLE! Either I went in person or called over 20 times, each time they are sold out. Seriously? All your food sold out around 5pm, really? You do know you are open until 7pm?

Finally went, I was able to order a food, service was poor and the food taste horrible.

They deliberately limit supply so that people believe the food is good.

BTW, the kitchen is very dirty from what I can see.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!

You know it's a good place when you see line-ups out the door in the cold. While it is restaurant-quality, this place exemplifies good Malaysian street food! Brian's friendly (calls everyone uncle or auntie), respectful, and has the patience of a monk. Great desserts (go early on Saturdays if you want some or order ahead). The durian and dadar are both great. Sadly Angkoo's are not being made anymore.

My go to is the Nasi Lemak with Sambal Ikan Bilis - coconut rice with peanuts, cucumbers and spicy anchovies, yum. It's Malaysia's national dish and its gorgeous in its simplicity - the subtle coconut flavour and aromas of the rice balances the slight spiciness of the sambal together with cucumber slices. Peanuts and the sliced hardboiled egg adds texture. Hookien Mee is unique and hard to find anywhere else. Curry puffs/samosas are a recent addition.

The BEST! The food here is so good, very authentic, highly recommend everything on the menu but a few favourites are the laksa and the char kway teow. Brian is amazing.highly recommend this place
09 April 2020 8:41
Service with a smile by a family that seems to love their craft. Very busy, be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes especially on the weekends. The laksa is a must try. The me goreng isn't the greatest, I'd stick to literally any and everything else on the menu.
25 March 2020 15:19
Service was excellent- the young man was extremely polite and helpful. Curry Laksa was authentic.
21 March 2020 9:25
Best Malaysian food in Toronto. Period.
Make sure you call beforehand if you don't want to wait. They don't open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays.kuih available only on weekends, frequently runs out, esply the durian one. Love their hokkein mee and wat tan hor
16 March 2020 9:26
I've been meaning to come here for the longest while and I have no idea what took me so long but it was worth it! The space is tiny but the food is big in flavour!

We had Curry Laksa, Char Kway Teow, and Samosas. Delicious!
13 March 2020 22:55
Best place for malayasian, Singaporean, Indonesian food. Anything you choose will be delicious. Seriously! I really like the kueh dadar (green crepe roll with sweetened coconut on the inside) for dessert, their soup or pan fried noodles for entree and pulut panggang (delicious coconut sticky rice roll, wrapped with banana leaf) for snack.
03 March 2020 7:17
The service and food are great. Bryan really knows how to make you feel welcome and valued as a customer. The place is packed non-stop so order ahead! Try the desserts on weekends; it’s as authentic as being in Singapore or Malaysia. I’m a big fan of their Wat Tan Hor and Hokkien Mee (KL style). The flavour of the wok is apparent, but doesn’t overpower the dish. It’s about as close to the South East eats as I’ve been able to have in Toronto.
25 February 2020 8:55
The food is great here. Laksa, fried noodles, weekend desserts are soo tasty. Store is very small, mostly take out, but they have some stools. This place is always busy. I suggest calling before, like the day before, otherwise expect to wait a least an hour for food. Good food requires patience b/c it's so darn busy. Bryan always provides excellent customer service even when it's packed like sardines.
The food is consistently good here since it's always Bryan's parents (?) cooking all the food.
If you come on the weekend, get the desserts! They are about one dollar and change per portion, well worth the price to taste some authentic dessert.
This place is cash only.
19 February 2020 4:37
Char kuey teow was seriously good, yet to sample a better dish.for the kuihs (cakes/pastries) best to call in/email to book early.
17 January 2020 23:21
First time here but it's so busy. Many people coming in and out to pick up their food. Was there by myself and had to wait 35 minutes for a laksa. Small menu and Kuih Muih are weekend only. But the Pulut Panggang was so tasty. I even heard some saying they had to email the night before? Anyway, good price and friendly service.
01 January 2020 4:57
Always take long to order walk in. Serving mostly take out. Prices gone up like most food stores. Taste of food not consistent
16 December 2019 5:27
Clearly the most authentic Malaysian / Singaporean restaurant in Toronto! Tiny place, tiny selection, cooked to order. Just wonderful.
YOU WILL WAIT, but you will not be disappointed. Call and or email orders ahead, days in advance for weekends, and you will be so happy.
11 December 2019 0:20
LOVE THIS PLACE! We are addicted we happily drive 30min each way to pick up food. Char Keow Teow and Laksa are our favorite items.
16 November 2019 22:49
Excellent food quality, above and beyond customer service, the only drawback is too many customers. Need to fight with them for limited amount of popular food. Expect at least 30 minutes wait time after placing order. Brian is very polite and always keeps his customers informed. Their dessert items run out way too soon. Might want to call ahead then go pick up.
15 November 2019 10:58
Food was delicious. Staff was upfront and honest about the wait. Next time I would call in an order.
17 October 2019 3:12
This family restaurant has the very best authentic Malaysian food in Toronto. I have tried many dishes, all are fabulous. So far, my favorite is Mee Goreng. Checked my pictures for other delicious food.

The cashier boy is very friendly. But the place is quite tiny. And the wait time is usually 40 minutes. So better call in to order your food and pick up later.
17 March 2019 23:04
Love this place!
I have tried every item on the menu
Discovered this family run place a couple of years ago and never fails to satisfy me!
All the noodle dishes are great
Especially the Curry Laksa and Mee Goreng
Lots of authentic southeastern Malaysian flavours

Eating in, the place is very small
Literally only a handful of people can sit in there
Meant more as a takeout place
Also best to call ahead for takeout orders as they do get very busy at times
They also do party trays which you have to order in advance like most places
Tho the laksa is definitely best eaten while there, got to have it when its fresh and pipping hot.: D

Prices even in 2019, it is very reasonable for the area and will gladly continue showing my support when i get that craving for some Malay food:)
23 February 2019 5:40
This is part-time restaurant, only open 4 days a week, and few hour a day. Tiny and busy. 3 or 5 seat only, so best is take out. Food is good but please have to patient wait.
17 February 2019 21:57
Authentic Malaysia Hawkers Fare, reasonably good price can't find anywhere else in Toronto
Try their Signature Hokkien style Noodle
12 February 2019 18:50
Compare other Asian food restaurant, the food of one2 sanck is expensive. They only open half day and half week. If you like quite place to enjoy the food please choose other one. They increase the food price this year.
