This location is fairly big. There are the typical cute items (stationery and plushies), beddings, home goods, and a small selection of feminine products.

After I paid for the items, I found out that one of them was charged at a different price than what was shown on the price tag. I told the lady that she overcharged, and she said they just go by the computer price regardless. When I politely told her that in Ontario, retail stores have to honor their advertised price on the price tags, and it’s not about that dollar amount difference, it is clearly a mistake on your end. She insisted that there is no such law. Very rude to argue with customers with that attitude.

Listen, I do retail stores too and there is such thing called the Scanner Price Accuracy Voluntary Code. Instead of honoring your customer, I am actually supposed to have it for free of charge when the item is worth less than $10.

We try to support local business and therefore we buy things from you. There are much better deals from TEMU or AliExpress that offer equal or much better products with free shipping. All we need is good customer service and you clearly failed to provide it. I will not visit again, and I do not recommend this place.

Amazing store.wish they still had one in Vaughan Mills. I really like the things they sell and if I lived closer to one, I'd go there everyday

Naruto Rating: Happy Naruto (10/10)

Been to all of their other locations and most of them were great experiences but this is the WORST location I've ever been to previously before! The seemingly ONLY worker there and the name is "Peggy" would GLARE at ALL of the customers who would be paying at the cash register and WOULDN'T even automatically bag their purchase unless if requested to do so and would STARE at ALL of the other customers in the store if no one else is making any purchases at that moment in time! Would've browsed their whole store if otherwise but I just decided to get an item that I intended to purchase and left the store in 15 minutes without ANY intentions of EVER coming back to ANY of their stores EVER AGAIN due to DOUBLE-CHARGING for the item and ESPECIALLY at THIS location that ALSO included a dose of RUDE ATTITUDE on top!

The staff was very friendly and helpful showing me various items and demonstrating how to use. I managed to find a couple of outstanding deals. Recommend.
