I bought a cup of tea. It was broken after only 1 time for tea.
When I came there the cashier told me because of the stain so they won't do any exchange or refund. It is only $5 but the girl's behaviour is very bad.
I would give minus stars if I could. Very bad customer service. Never buy from that store again and let all of my friends know not to buy from them.

I bought Linen for my father who was going into a nursing home. When the home told me I didn't need it because they provide it I tried to return the next day. One's tells me you cant get your money back.only store credit. DON'T ever buy from places like this. This is immoral and bad business. Listen One's.you think you won because you got my 30 dollars? I will never buy anything from this chain again. I will also tell all my friends and family to steer clear of all One's stores going forward.
