Strawberry Mochi drink is definitely to be avoided. I mean Don't put Mochi in the name of drink when that white slimey goo is supposed to be mochi. The strawberry didn't even taste like strawberry. It didn't even taste like synthetic stuff. Threw both of the drinks out. Tapioca was ok. I mean there is creativity and then there is down right disgusting.

Great bubble tea and soft/smooth tapioca.

The drinks are yummy and they have event customization. I really like the non-dairy options.

Good service, clean, in a nice neighbourhood. The strawberry mochi niuniu is a recommended drink but personally didn't really enjoy it, the taro drinks are great though!

I recently visited a bubble tea store with high hopes of enjoying a refreshing and satisfying drink. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing due to a major mistake with my order.

To my surprise and dismay, I received the wrong drink entirely. Instead of the delicious and carefully crafted bubble tea that I had eagerly anticipated, I was handed a completely different beverage that didn't match my preferences or expectations. It was a letdown right from the first sip.

Not only was the drink not what I had ordered, but the taste was also unappealing. The flavors were off, and it lacked the signature sweetness and balance that are characteristic of a well-made bubble tea. It was evident that the wrong ingredients had been used, resulting in a drink that was simply unenjoyable.

To make matters worse, when I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, they seemed indifferent and unapologetic. There was no effort made to rectify the mistake or offer a suitable solution. The lack of customer service and responsiveness further added to my disappointment and frustration.

Hands down some of the kindest people there and the drinks are TO DIE FOR. I would go everyday if i could

Not that great.ordered a large brown sugar and they gave me a small.my mom ordered less sugar and they put 50%. It seemed like our orders were not listened to.my brown sugar lacked flavour and was not sweet enough for that to be the default sweetness.i wouldn’t want to come back unfortunately.

Best tapioca I've ever had. I particularly love the brown sugar tapioca/boba with either the oolong milk tea or the taro milk tea. If you've never tried tapioca, go here it's amazing.

Love this spot the staff is always nice with great customer service.its cute, quiet and a great spot to just sit on my computer for a couple hours.i miss the round cups tho <33

One of our favourite bubble tea places in the area. Amazing customer service. Great selection of drinks. Non-dairy option available. Our favourites are strawberry mochi nuinui, totaro tapioca milk tea, and peach oolong milk tea with mochi and purple rice. New management has made nice improvements.

Loved how helpful and friendly the staff was here. I don’t even like bubble tea and i had some of my daughters it was delicious

Great bubble tea! If you go during the day you can see them making the tapioca in the window. It is one of my favorite taiwanese bubble tea stores as they get the tapioca right.

They need to clean the front end of their store, was kinda grossed out by seeing this and it’s the only part of the store that need to be cleaned either. The drink was good at least.

Best tapioca I've ever had. I particularly love the brown sugar tapioca/boba with either the oolong milk tea or the taro milk tea. I'd you've never tried tapioca, go here it's amazing.

Weird experience inside. I walked in and the place was empty. It kind of looking like they were mid renovation, or closing down.

I knocked on the desk and called out a few times. After a few minutes, someone came out to help. The teas were good, but not stellar. We'd go there again if all other bubble tea places were closed (like today), but it is not a preferred place.

They‘ve got variety of different flavors of tapioca which other milktea shops don't have… i have been drinking here for 3years and never got disappointed！try their merona milktea in the hidden menu，it is sooo goood！wish the rose tapioca will be back soon！

This was really yummy Bubble Tea with unique tapioca! We ordered Mango slush, Taro slush and one of the specials- Strawberry with sweet thick condensed milk/cream and smashed strawberry. Customized our drinks to less sugar and less milk. The tapioca too was so good. We loved our drinks and the customer service was great.tThe cafe was nice and was clean, although no dine-in of course right now. Would like to go back here.

Very friendly staff and the hand made tapioca taste much better than other brands. The natural flavor of brown sugar tastes much better than some other artificial ones too. Highly recommended!

Love this bubble tea place! OneZo makes the best tapioca try one of their summer drinks. The honey dew one is to die for. Get it with the OneZo tapioca it's delicious.

Ordered 2 drinks for delivery. I was so excited to try their drinks because I have read so many good reviews about their tapioca. Oh boy was I in for a disappointment! The topioca was hard and had an awful taste, I had to throw away both drinks.

OneZo used to offer high quality tapioca when they first opened in Hamilton, but lately the quality of tapioca dropped and it feels like it’s undercooked. I tried a couple of times but it’s still the same thing, not sure why?

I bought two cups of Burny caramel pearl milk tea at your house at about 8 o'clock last night (June 28th）. Now my husband gets up to diarrhea in the middle of the night, and he still vomits. I have been sick after drinking ，I didn’t vomit because I didn’t eat pearl!
The milk tea is not fresh! We are both poisoned!

The drink was good. Love the fact there are all kinds of tapiocas available as toppings.

They have a lot of options available for drinks. The staff was nice as well.

Decent bubble tea drinks, but they frequently have issues with having stock at location and technical errors.

My family love bubble tea that's why I joined loyalty program but i got disappointed redeeming my rewards in Onezo tapioca it takes an hour to get my order "buy one get one free" they're not fair to their customer: (

Good drinks, friendly staff! Happy to have bubble tea in this area! The tapioca itself is also amazing, they make it with the perfect texture and is part of what makes their drinks one of my new favourite places!

Delicious bubble tea! The girls working there were very friendly however took a long time to bring out my order. They also only had crystal tapioca available when I went, but it was still very good.

Great place. What sets OneZo apart from other bubble tea places is the customization of the teas. You can pick how sweet you want your tapioca and what type of tapioca you want. Also, the tapioca is handmade in house which is pretty cool.

While hanging out with a friend, we decided to visit OneZo. It's near McMaster University, and it just recently opened for business. I ordered the Merona Milk Tea with OneZo tapioca, and I was happy with my choice. Merona milk tea consists of honeydew melon flavor so it's nice and refreshing. I also like how it's not watery and you can taste the flavors of the fruit and the tea. You can add any kind of tapioca. I went with OneZo tapioca as the rainbow colors caught my eye. The good thing about it is that it's home-made right in the shop. The red color isn't from food coloring, instead it's from a puree of pear cactus. So I like the healthier option. Furthermore, the tapioca is a soft chew, which I like as well.

Fresh tapioca that is comparable (in my opinion) The Alley's deerioca. Good quality drinks, but the tapioca is what stands out!

Worst website ever. Confusing menu. But patient employees so we were able to try out this new location of a chain I knew from RH.

Worth the $. Still miles away from Tea Hut but the service is a big plus.

The drinks themselves are great, but the stars docked off are because they were out of everything in the middle of the day. No tapioca or jelly of any kind except for coconut. No brown sugar dirty milk which is their top drink.

In addition, it took 27 minutes to receive our order. We ordered at 1: 51 pm and received at 2: 18 pm. This is just unacceptable.

Staff is a bit under trained meaning slow service and they are constantly running out of their famous tapioca.
The tapioca making station needs to be tidied up.
The tapioca however is good. Tea on the other hand can be a bit stronger.

Came and ordered 2 simple drinks, took almost 30 minutes to finish our drinks.and we were dissapointed they were out of tapioca which is what makes the bubble tea. My wife ordered what was their “Most popular drink” and they were also out of that.

Better tapioca than CoCo but choices are more limited. "Dirty" tea drink series is good. No food menu.

Love the sesame bubble there! Definetly try that! They process the order a bit slow and the line is often long. But overall, it has a good atmosphere and those boba taste good!

Bubble tea is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s better than other times. Tea is tasteless from time to time and the tapioca is always quite tasteless. But it’s somewhat better than other tea places in Hamilton. And not as good as the onezo in Toronto.

So fresh and lovely! The Tapioca that they make themselves is so much softer and nicer than those from the other places in Hamilton I have tried! The staff was nice and welcoming. My mango green with mango Tapioca was delicious! I hope to try more in the future!

Highly recommend for their boba, fruit tea, especially Onezo fruit tea! Nice environment for hanging out with friends, studying, chilling, etc!

Great experience, but has some downsides to it. Its a bit more pricey compared to somewhere like Coco's, or Teahut, and it also takes a while to get your drink (Shortest Ive waited so far is 10 minutes, longest has been 20), but after all that, the drink is good, and the tapioca is delicious.

Definitely recommend to try.

The service is really nice here, well-made milk tea, and the diverse flavors of tapioca all taste wonderful and natural. Will come back!

Love this place! I've always been a huge fan of OneZo and was sad initially when it was only in Toronto. Now that it's in Hamilton, I have to restrain myself to only come here once a week LOL. The service is great, the flavours are diverse, and the tapioca is always perfectly done. 100% will go again (you'll probably see me there next week tbh)
