No doubt, their samosas are delicious. Now Samoa’s price is 1.25 is ok too. BUT they have decreased the stuff inside samosas and when you open it you will see very small quantity come out of it to eat. NOT SATISFYING AT ALL. Rest is ok.

I asked for 5 samosas and paid for 5 they put it in a bag and I didn’t count it. Got home and saw they only gave me 4 samosas when I asked and paid for 5.
Scammers, got ripped off. Always count your things if it’s coming from the counter.

Go to place for Samosa and veg pakora.should put some effort into cleanliness and organizing the place.

My GO-TO-PLACE for chole bhature and samosas in KWC! Super courteous staff and amazing food. I also happened to try their doda (sweet) once and to my surprise it was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately there is no seating to enjoy your food so I would recommend coming here by car to enjoy your food fresh and hot.

This place is really good. Have needed glasses for two years and just never followed through. The person working here was so helpful and picked out the exact ones I want. Not just that, she prepared my glasses, ready for use, right away. Great place for students!

Has almost everything thing you need from a desi store - thankful to have them in Kitchener/Waterloo

1.groceries are really expensive.
2. Customer service is okay.
3. You have good space for parking

Though I hadn't been here myself before, my friends and coworkers gave it great reviews. I had eaten their samosas many times when my bosses from my work brought them. I picked up some ingredients for making dal and the rajma and then I ordered some hot food to take home for dinner. Everyone there was lovely and the aloo paratha was especially delicious. I definitely will be back.

Not been here in person but I made a call to ask if they carry a herbal Indian medicine I was looking for before going in. The lady I spoke to was in a great deal of hurry, didn't even try to listen and just asked me to call the next day. She just cut my call right away, straight up rude.

Very rude response on telephone by a female worker. I called at around 6: 30 in evening for some food info. She showed no empathy in response. I don’t know about the food but customer services sucks.

Two days ago, my wife and I visited this store with our friend, Vasudha, a Waterloo resident.
It is relatively a small store in comparison to some of the Greater Toronto Area stores; nonetheless, it is a boon to the Waterloo dwellers.
Although I did not like its appearance and size, I was amazed almost everything one needs from an Indian grocer was available there.
The ready-to-eat three samosas we bought to eat at home with homemade tea were, truly, delicious and deeply satisfying.
Check out was quick, and we did not have any unpleasant issues with the staff/owner.
Since the store caters to the need of a sparsely populated city, 100 kms west of Toronto, it deserves five stars, but if it were in Toronto, I would give only a three star review.

I ordered chole bhture from onkar waterloo, it was very useless totally waste of money. I don’t know about other items, but I recommend to everyone don’t waste your money on chole bhature’s. The taste was sour and bhatura was not fully cooked.

Do not buy sweets and chole bhature you might fall ill.

Other products are nice but even smosa is also good.

Find all the Indian spices and grocery that you need. Also enjoy the best Samosas in the town along with other savory veg dishes.

Longtime Customer for more than 10 years, past 2 years the prices are 5 times more, example we used to buy vicco turmeric facial cream from $2 to $3 now it's almost $8. The prices are increased in everything for 2 reasons, one is coz of the food cost and the other one is coz of too much of Asian traffic in that store. You can get everything there, one of the oldest Indian store, but too pricy recently.

I would not give a single star to them. The Food / Tiffin Service is the worst here. Please do not buy Cooked meals here. This is what they gave me after taking $11 for basic Rice and lentil soup.

Good Job Saving. 50 Cents for a separate box and not trying to put rice and soup in different boxes.

Really enjoyed the meal. Felt like eating an authentic Punjabi food. Definitely a must try place. Will be going back.

They have good collection of desi stuffs. I usually go there for veggies, spices and sweets.the price of sweets used to be reasonable but now it's quite high.

A highly unprofessional staff which is not only unskilled in cooking but also illiterate, who doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Never ever I had such a poor service. Worst place to visit in whole Waterloo.

It's a nice South Asian grocery store with some take out food. Their Samosas are very delicious.

Amazing owners, great food, great prices. The family that owns it are always so nice and assist me with choosing the right spices as this is a new area of cooking for me. Both this location, and their Kitchener one is amazing and would definitely recommend trying some of their delicious, fresh samosas.
