Both were very patient and guided me in the right direction during our interactions. I've had the monument design in mind prior contacting the company and Sergei helped me to fine tune design details to enhance the monument appearance. He also explained the monument making process steps and that I will be provided with the design draft on paper and the monument full size paper draft on stone for approval (the latter is very helpful to visualize how the final product will look).
The end result exceeded my expectations. I was provided with the date of installation. The installation was smooth and without my involvement at all.
