Worst, most wet paper towel “poke” i’ve had in my life. Don’t have high standards for poke in the city but not even marinating your fish is a new low. And it’s not fresh with a strong fishy taste. Why even call it poke at that point, it’s just raw fish over some veg and rice. Also made two orders that I know for a fact were ordered after me before mine? Wild.

Smoked tofu bowl was so average.good portion but why is the tofu cold? ! Smoked tofu should be SMOKED and hot. And there wasn't enough sauce. I did not enjoy the bowl

Sooo this used to be my go to for build your own. But today I ordered a torched salmon bowl and selected half rice half greens for the base. None of the basic toppings that shoulda come with this bowl, came with this bowl. There was no option to de-select the toppings, so I would assume that you know, a preset bowl should be, you know, preset? The only ones available were additional for a fee. Very disappointed.

Please bring back the taro chip nachos! Best thing on the menu!

Great poke bowls! Please add more to your menu such as Takoyaki!

Ono Poké

️8.5/10

What we got:
- classic salmon ($15.25)
- spicy mango ($15.75)

A great poké place to visit when in Toronto is Ono Poké! They have a good variety of options and even have daily specials. You can choose to have a base of white rice, brown rice, greens or mixed. The fish is very fresh and of decent quality. One thing to note is that the menu items that are listed as spicy are pretty mild.

Excellent poke bar in liberty Village. I always order on ritual and the food is always fresh.get the seared salmon with rice and salad. They also have a loyalty card so you can get a free meal after some purchases. Small place so not a lot of seating for dining in.

Others reviewers mentioned quantity of food in the bowl. And 4 stars, they don’t skimp on that!
I had a bowl with smoked tofu. I found there could of been more sauce on the rice.
I would not call this poke having eaten it in hawaii. This is just a brown rice bowl.

It is enough food for 2 days.
I’d go back to try the taro chips.

I've been coming here for years and I really enjoy their torch salmon poke bowl and their taro chips with and without salmon.

They give a generous amount of toppings so it's more than a lot of places. The rice was warm and overall a decent bowl of poke.

Visited on a Wednesday and the special was spicy mango which is what I would have ordered anyways so that was great.

The ingredients are fresh and they have all the toppings you'd expect at a great poke place. The regular size bowl comes with a soft drink and the portion sizes are relatively large for the price.

There is no indoor seating but it looks like they have patio seating in warmer weather.

Happily satisfied with poke from here

Love their daily deals, especially Mondays when it’s their classic salmon bowl that’s on special. Great takeout spot in Liberty Village, always very happy with my orders

My favourite go-to for poke bowls. A delicious and healthy takeout spot in the heart of Liberty Village. I love all the custom creations with tuna - so good! Torched tuna bowl pictured here.

You definitely can’t dine in during winter but the food is fresh and delicious.
I feel like the protein portion is getting smaller every year and the price is going up but that’s the price of inflation.
Delicious food regardless. Love a good fresh poke.

Ordered on Uber eats and it looks fantastic. Love the ability to customize. Bowl is huge and very fresh. Spicy mayo is spicy. Portion is massive! This is a custom tuna bowl.

I do not find their raw fish to taste fresh, nor am I convinced that they actually torch their “torched” items. Instead, it tastes like they partially broil their torched items in an oven (or even microwave) before letting them sit for a long period of time in a bin next to the other ingredients.

The problem is that these torched (or in this case likely partially broiled) items age even more poorly than raw fish, at least in terms of flavour. The result often tastes like like cold wet cat food (I have given them multiple chances).

Instead of tossing their partially broiled items in a bin all at once like a batch of chopped peppers or onions, they would do well to consider truly torching their items (or at least searing them in a pan) in smaller batches more frequently if they can’t be made to order.

Overall, improving the quality of all of their fish, raw and especially torched, would make it a much more compelling offer at such a high price.

I tried the torched salmon bowl and was not impressed. First the price is really steep at $25 for a bowl. The torched salmon wasn't done well and got completely cooked which made it taste dry and bland. I didn't prefer the rice being hot either, should be just warm as to not wilt the other ingredients. I added ponzy and spicy mayo sauce and neither was flavourful. Overall, the food was just ok and very overpriced.

This location is managed fantastically. Order on ritual often and it’s always ready in the allocated time, never have to wait and having ordered over 50 bowls have never missed an item or ingredient.

This poke has absolutely no taste, the sauce is super stingy. For $20 the bowl I had was extremely disappointing and very poorly put together. Hopefully its just a one off given the glowing reviews and I will preface that I did order from Uber Eats so that could be the cause… but damn not everyone needs to open a poke spot. <3

Unprofessional, rude service, and not transparent about their prices. My order came up to be way more than I expected and didn't match up with the prices listed on the menu. I asked the cashier why this was as he rang up my bill total. He said "price increase, not yet on menu". All I ordered was a build your own poke bowl (no extras or additional toppings) with double protein and it came up to $27. I was expecting it to come to around $20 with the menu prices. I get it inflation is impacting everyone, prices are increasing everywhere.

However, Ifelt like I was scammed.he hid the fact that the prices were higher than what was listed on the menu when I was ordering and didn't communicate the increase to me until after my order was processed.

Side note - you get a free pop, probably to make up for the bad service.
