ONroute Bainsville

This is the second time recently stopping at this ONroute and I don’t know what has happened to the food service mgmt but both times were terrible and the 2nd time, after waiting 25 minutes, had to ask for a refund and left. Across the board, ONroute is no longer worth stopping in.

Always a pleasure when traveling through Ontario to find and visit a Onroute location

Only negative is exterior property really needs a good general cleaning or parking lot and grounds. Parking lines really need painting
Landscaping is in poor condition

Dirtiest washroom I've ever been in. The Burger King restaurant was closed, the Tim Hortons line up was so long we didn't stay. As usual with these places the corner store was ridiculously over priced!

Bien entretenu et des burgera qui m'ont fait le souvenir de la france (enfin! J'etais heureuse), mes enfants aussi.je recommande.

We got to this stop at about 10 am on a Saturday morning. The bathrooms definitely needed cleaning up.
The Tim Hortons line had about 10 people in front of us. It was painful to watch and we saw people in front of us giving up. There may have been someone newer working on one till and needed the assistance of another worker. There was another till but no one working it. We gave up too and moved on.

Very poorly maintained ladies room. Toilet paper and soap need refills. Very disappointing!

Truckers always park in the live lanes next to the gas station despite there being truck parking available. IVY chargers run slow!

This place isn't bad for taking a slight break from a trip. It's worth the visit

This is a fine rest stop. It has clean and large restrooms, a Tim Hortons, a small convenience store, and a Burger King which is not opened until 10h30am because I guess they don't have breakfast sandwiches? Too bad, we love breakfast in Canada, step it up.

It was ok. Wouldn't avoid it, but would recommend it. The OnRoute in Mallory town had a microwave and free sanitary products, so I think this place only deserves 3 stars.

It was great, I had my breakfast at tim's because Burger King was not open yet, I stop at onroute every time I'm on 401

I recently made a trip to Montreal I stopped at five or six ONroute during this trip I find these places very clean and comfortable and convenient only one major problem too expensive. A large Tim Hortons coffee in any town or city $ 2.00 at the ONroute $ 2.30 and no rewards program. Truly truly this is not fair

Wonderful OnRoute! Nice and clean A big shout out to the ladies working at the Tim Hortons as they are all super friendly and a delight to deal with! My husband is in there often and says they are always chatty and positive. Keep it up!

Nice updated on route. The bathrooms are big and clean, however there wasn't toilet paper in a few stalls in the women's room. It's also a bit cramped, not much sitting area.

Clean and not too busy, pleasant staff. Food choices are limited to Tim Hortons and Burger King.

Had a very bad experience with my coffee. They served me a cold one. I noticed it after leaving on route.

Large rest stop. Inside was very very busy, so I just rested and left. Large parking lot with specified rv and bus parking available as well.

ONroute are great stops for a long road trip to keep you motoring. A lot more people would be taking a dump at the side of the road without them.

Terrible service at the Tim Hortans. Mya just stood there acted like we were not even there. We waited a good 5 minutes before we served and then no apology and the messed the entire order up.we only realized on e we were back on the 401.

This onroute offers Timhortons, burger king, cibc atm, convenience store and travel information centre. Best place to relax and have a coffee and even a body massage!

Relatively clean for the amount of volume but the options are dismal. Travelers shouldn't be limited to Tim Horton or Burger King.

First Onroute coming from QC A20 to ON 401 westbound. Nice selection of fast food chains available. Timies and Burger King.

Washrooms are well maintained and clean. Same like regular on routes gas station and setting area available.

If you plan on eating at the Burger King and its 8: 58pm, don't bother trying. They close at 9 pm.

I was waiting to order, and at 8: 58pm the server tells me they're closed even. I ask if he can squeeze in one more order in if it's not too much trouble. He gave me a hard no. Then as I walk away, the douchebag takes a full family's order right after me. Ridiculous.

The onroute facilities are great and all. But that one douche at the burger king shouldn't be picking and choosing who can order and who can't before they close.

We travel alot and this is one of the cleanes onroute we stop at and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
