Followed trailer/rv sign all to find no where to park! As a result we had to keep going. Not set up properly at all. You need to go where buses go to get a parking spot.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. They think they are better than everyone and dont go by Tim Horton rules. They set there own prices and do not participate in Tim Hortons reward programs or promotions. Please take the extra second and go to another Tim Hortons

Stopped for gas and washroom break, washrooms were clean

The lady at the Tim Hortons was fantastic, great service!

Very good just like the one in cambridge but this one is smaller but otherwise they still have good options I visited here in the summer and I hope I come back

My review and 5 Star is based on two significant things. Aaron who made my day. Helping me with internet and also was so busy cleaning. He has been there 5 years and is a super star in my opinion. You can tell how much he enjoys his job and talking to the Guest. Also excited to follow his you tube videos

The prices in this place are absolutely insane. They charge 15-45% more than other stores. A large timmies coffee is. 30 cents more.

Not my favorite Enroute out there. No Starbucks! The coffee I bought wasn't good. But the other amenities are fine, bathroom, gas and food.

Washrooms are plenty and clean has Bus Parking except truck drivers don't seem to be able to read the pavement so they should put in some other signs maybe that these people to see or understand just like Innisfil

Called ahead with a large pizza order for the bus. They had great pizza ready for us exactly on time and thought of many small helpful details for us like plates and garbage bags. I am very impressed.

Honestly the best ONroute I’ve ever visited. Smells really good! Super clean washrooms. Good variety of restaurants. Great customer service and a lot of room to relax and lounge. The only thing missing is a Starbucks and massage chairs. Overall a great ONroute location. Check it out!

If you pull up to the full serve be prepared for no one to come out and some person on the intercom tell you to go over to the self serve because they don't want to.

A great rest location offering plenty of spots to buy food and just relax before hitting the road again.

The staff, while often very busy and quick to serve you and move onto the next customer.are still quite polite and quick to get your meal to you.

These franchises say they are NOT Burger King or Tim Hortons even though they display the exact same signs and logos. That is why all the prices are about 10% higher. Another scam to rip off the general public.

While we are driving to long distances through this route, this is best place to stop. It really relief's us from the pain while driving.

Great concept of relaxing chairs which one dollar at minimum

Fast service at Tim Hortons,

My grandmother left her coat inside. They do have a lost and found and I was shocked. After a week we finally went back and asking about it on our next visit, they still had it. I don't believe anyone called to let them know that she forgot her jacket. I am truly amazed and very appreciative. It wasn't after I realized she also had $200 in the purse in the pocket which was still there. Very very honest and friendly staff.

You gained a loyal customer for life and thank you Soo much.

Mostly ok but last time my dark roast coffee it wasn't fresh and wasn't hot enough the English muffin sandwich was good.
Until next time I stick with 4 stars rating.

It has what I need when I'm heading up to the cottage: food, gas, and clean bathrooms. I miss the old one with the McDonald's from back in the day, but this is just as good, really.

Service is slow and it will cost more. Bathrooms are usually clean. There should be a directions terminal for local business and attractions.

This place is always welcoming and friendly. I feel calm when i enter this establishment after hectic driving conditions. Great place for a break.

Clean lots of parking. Washrooms were cleaned at stocked. 4 fast food places to eat.pizza pizza. A&W. Tim Hortons.snacks in a shop such as patati chips sandwiches.
