Good choices are poor. Very little healthy food available and only contributing to the decline of people’s health. In today’s age it’s pretty sad to see that this is the options available. (NY fries, Popeyes, Subway, burger King, Tim Hortons)
Tim hortons staff have 0 customer service skills and found them to be rude and arrogant. Quite frankly, they dgaf about you having a positive experience.
Very good ENroute location. It has good selection of stores, Starbucks, Timmies, Burger King, New York Fries and a Market place. Full gas service also available. Clean washrooms and Free WI-FI. Comfortable seating area.
Slowest tim hortons I've ever been too. Might as well drive a bit further south to the next on route because by the time I get my coffee I would have been there already
ONroute locations are not that convenient. Got here at 10: 30am, only Tim Horton's and Starbucks are open and of course they have massive line ups because there's nothing else available. All the other establishments are closed and when they do open, their hours are very limited. Subway is supposed to be open at 10am according to the website but when I went to the counter the lady who would not show her face but sit behind a pillar said "we won't be open for a while" as to when they would open she could not give me a clear answer! Gas is also more expensive, at least 5 cents more than in town, so overall, I would pass on these ONroute locations and just drive into a regular exit for gas or food.
I was at the tim Horton’s and it was horrible there were bugs all over the food behind the glass and they were mocking customers and they gave me the wrong drink
I stopped at the On-Route for a coffee and was impressed how quick the service was at the Starbucks. Unknown to me at the time, I forgot my wallet there. The general manager of the On-Route, Ryan- was so kind to contact me and help me get my wallet back. This On-Route is a model in customer service.
During a pandemic it’s the one place to stop and know you’ll be able to use the washroom and trust it’s fairly clean. Building includes Burger King, NY fries, Tim’s, Subway, Starbucks, Onmarket and Seattle’s best kiosk for quick coffee. Of course, gas station too.
3 to 5 dollars more expensive than anywhere else in the world because I guess trucks are rare in those parts to bring supplies. Should you be so expensive just because you can? The store prices are ridiculous
Tim Horton's is brutally SLOW here. No matter the day of week or time of day you can be assured of at least 15min wait for service. The staff seem to have no sense of urgency. They doddle around and take their sweet time. I'm telling you it's super annoying.
Pretty nice place to stop on a long road trip has plenty of options which is nice. It's also very neat and tidy very clean place and good food options.
Very clean washrooms glad to see that since this is one of our frequent stops if going through this area.restaurants are very fast most of the time unless you pit stop him during one of the lunch rushes, then expect to see quite the lineup.there's a store in there called market most people don't consider it a place to go get food but if you do go through on a lunch rush it is definitely easier to go through that store pick up a pre-made sandwich and eat than to wait 20 or 30 minutes in line at one of the other restaurants.
Long gone are the days of McDonalds and/or a washroom with a covered vending machine area on the highway roadsides. It is a welcome change for most. It's nice to have the choice of Starbucks or Tim Horton's plus a few large chain fast food restaurants. I swear there was a new york fries at this particular location, but not no more.
The restrooms are always clean and the staff at the various restaurants are efficient. Bonus - many napkin dispensers to restock your dwindling supply in the glove compartment.
Managers are very rude, talk behind your back. I worked there and ended up getting fired a month later for absolutely no reason. Didn’t tell me what I did wrong, nothing. Ended up finding out the person that did wrong (who was a porter) didn’t want to get fired so I got the blame for something I never did wrong and I never talked to anyone at my work. Just so much drama there constantly. I was only there to get my job done and have money for my child to get her things she needed.
I was hungry. This OnRoute at 7pm offered 2 coffee shops (Tim Hortons & Starbucks) and New York Fries and Burger King. Healthy choices were very few indeed. Frankly, I found it a bleak gastronomic offering.
I like this on route, it's new and well design, well built, it should have more traffic stop by, take a break on the way to Toronto need exactly a place like this to take a break.
The other day I made a rest stop at ONroute Innisfil, Highway 400 Southbound, and I was impressed in so many wonderful ways: The young ladies at the Starbucks were delightful The dining area was immaculate, and there was a nice young man who was working SO hard at his cleaning The washrooms were pristine (nice!) Lots and lots of parking available ~ no problem for trailers, etc. Nice long merge lane back on to the 400 ~ So I would not hesitate a moment about stopping in again ~ plus, there was a sweet little gift shop there that I have yet to explore. (LOVE to shop!)
Great accommodations and parking is excellent. Unfortunately lines for food were incredibly long but that's more due to heavy traffic than the fault of the establishments. Good to be aware though.
This Tim Hortons is rude, slow and poorly staffed! Only ordered two drinks. Took a total of 10 minutes! I could see that my coffee was ready and had to knock on the window to inform the girl to pass out my coffee. Furthermore, the lady was very rude and my coffee was cold and sat there for an additional 5 minutes! Poor service! This place needs better staff!
Great place to stop. Best parking lot lighting ever. Great sunset view! If you got the runs, don't worry. ONroute got yo back! Rush to the stall and you don't even have to wipe the seat it's so clean in there. Tons of food waiting for you.poutine is the best road food from NYFries.
None of them make sense to me. Sure, update things with the times but WHY make things less practical and a slower setup. Bigger is not better.better is better. I'm not against variety but why not a variety of "on the road" food.
Great place to have a break from travelling. Lots of different foods and a Starbucks as well. Staff seems to be like a family so the atmosphere was amazing.
Prices much higher than local places. I understand being competitive but the prices were robbery. Their price was 1.38 /litre and found local places at 1.28 / litre (on average).
Clean bathrooms and fast service, all you can really ask for when on a road trip. Also, decent selection of food choices. ONroute's are generally good and reliable.
