IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INEXCUSABLE UNCLEANLINESS, ESPECIALLY IN THE LADIES WASHROOMS!
WILL NOT BE STOPPING HERE AGAIN!
GET YOUR FRIGIN ACT TOGETHER AND CLEAN THE BUILDING!

Last service station before entering Windsor. Not much of shops. Just Freshii, Tim's, Burger King and a convenience store. There is gas staton too. Washrooms are clean. We enjoyed stopping here as our dog had a little walk.

Old grumpy guy running the Market needs a talking to.

Debit machine kept putting in the wrong pin (kept adding digits)

And I told him and explained and he gave me a dirty face the whole time, told me whatever he doesn't care and just stared at me til I left because my card got locked.

I'm sure everything else there is nice but that guy seriously needs to learn some humanity

Came here 3 times lately between 7pm and 8pm and burger king closes at 7pm. There is still truck drivers that drive after 7pm and would like a burger or a meal. Highly suggest staying open longer than 7pm

Men's washroom is extremely dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned for days.
Not too busy though

Popeyes chicken- order chicken strips/tenders they were awful and I got left over fry. Not a good service at all.

Very clean, bright, pleasant staff and room to eat-in from Tim Hortons, Wendy's and circle K. Money exchange machine. Lots of clean bathrooms. These OnRoute stores in general always seem to have nice souvenir clothing. This particular OnRoute has a nice picnic area with a road encircling it which is great for a quick walk to stretch your legs. Nov 6th today and it's chained closed. Maybe for the winter even though it's a balmy 13°c today? They even have a designated grassed pet area (thank you for cleaning up after your pet). All in all, a great place to stop.

Today is 24 October and weather is nice but picnic area is closed. Inside the building is all ok just restroom need be clean more often. Overall is good.

Excellent stop on your travels highly recommend to take breaks, bite to eat or charge up your coffee.

Good rest stop. Tim Hortons inside. As well as washrooms. Gas station with a store.

Two stars for a great Ev charging experience but terrible everything else. Tim’s was a bust, Burger King had no burgers. Yep! You read that right! The bathrooms were dirty. The marketplace was a saving grace, though! Great customer service.

This is not on employees because employees are just told what to do. This is an ownership/management issue. This was the dirtiest most unorganized Restaurant I've ever been to. I would consider closing the doors

The place needs a proper cleaning. The men's room looks like it was last cleaned a couple months ago. Nasty!

Avoid the Burger King franchise here at all costs. Really @&#* quality food and service here. The staff don’t know how to make a simple burger without burning it to a crisp (see photo). The customer service people give you the runaround to get a refund for a burnt and charred meal and waste your time with fake assurances. Stop here by all means to relieve yourself but avoid the Burger King franchise here at all costs.

The young lady that took my order was very pleasant. And did everything to sell me other stuff which they are told to do. Very clean and coffee was hot.

Unimpressed with the restaurant but big props to the young girl who didn't lose her cool in an impatient and frustrated crowd.

On routes are advertised as24 hrs.
NO ON ROUTES RESTAURANTS ARE OPEN PAST 9 OR 10 PM.
TIMMIES IS THE ONLY ONE, WITH COOKIES N DONUTS.

Honestly just wanted a m al at Burger King, a simple order but the cashier (heavy set) was so difficult. She acted like you couldn’t have anything but fries in a combo so I ordered everything separate (I wanted onion rings and a side of moz sticks. And when my order was done she put it on the counter without a word, I pick it up and still no onion rings. I brought this to her attention and she acted like I never said I wanted them and was going to make me re order. Considering customer service is all that we can do during this pandemic hers was sorely lacking.

I have been visiting this place frequently and buy coffee at this tim hortons on this ENROUTE.

This exceptional lady BONNIE. What a marvelous exceptional and a high end customer service. I havnt experienced such warm welcome by none.
She doesnt just do her job but she cares about people.

Tim hortons management should look onto her and this review and should be awarded acxordingly.

Clean, efficient stop over for a quick break off the highway 401. Pick up food there at the Tommies or Burger King.

Not bad. They need to clean them damn washrooms though I found sum needles on the floor. Come on now

Clean. Well lit. Safe. Masks in effect. No inside dining available. Takeout only. Washrooms available for use and clean. Social distancing in effect. Every other washroom stall and sink for handwashing was closed to allow for safe distancing. Husband and I felt very safe stopping in for a washroom break, coffee at Tim's, and filling the car with gas. Thanks!

It wasn't too busy, while we were getting a coffee. The washroom was very clean. The woman that served us was very pleasant.

Quick restroom and lunch break. No indoor seating at this time, but clean and quick. Not very busy when stopped in at 1PM.

I had order coffees at tim Horton but there was white lady I asked her I’m gonna swipe my tim Horton reward card she was get mad at me I dont know.she was soo rude all the stuff was rude they dont care

ONroute needs to join Petro Canada and install EV Level 3 Charging Stations like Petro Canada. Shame- ONroute has the 401 rest stop contract for the 401. Cmon get with the program folks.

A nice rest area on 401 W. It is the last rest area on 401W. Lot of parking space for cars and trucks. There is a gas station for cars with a convenience store. No commercial Diesel available for trucks. OnRoute has a Tim Hortons, Burger King and a convenience store. It also has a CIBC ATM. Clean washrooms. Very nice staff.

Another good rest area, washrooms were clean and well stocked. A cleaning lady kept all the tables cleaned and sanitized.

These things are super convenient! They really help you stay "on the road" so you don't waste time getting off the interstate to refuel and grab a snack.

I probably stop here every day of the everyday of the week. I travel through Ontario Canada almost every Day from the United States.

Gets 3 stars because the restaurants are not 24 hours. The only thing that is along the 401 for trucks to get food is the Tim Hortons in each EnRoute, which is pretty sad, considering it's the busiest highway with 24 hour traffic in Canada. Combine that with the constantly dirty bathrooms, and I will give you why I'd rather be in On Route. The added French pronounciation of a rest stop in spelling makes me wonder who profits from the rent and being one of the few stops on the highway.

I Stopped here often doing the Toronto Windsor run, in my trucking days and personal travel now. Clean washrooms, hot coffee, safe place to rest on long trips.

Good pit stop but disappointed with Tim Hortons. They seem to don't have to abide by the franchise terms as they didn't carry what my 7 years old eats.grilled cheese or beyond meat.

Its takes less than a minute for a timmies coffee to be from the till to your hand and a donut to be in your hand in less than 30 seconds man best quick stop on the 401

It's fine but truck parking is limited and useless drivers park along the curb instead of backing up

Place wasn't too busy at the time we stopped by, so it was quite a pleasure to go in and be served quite quickly.

The place is clean and has a Tim Hortons and a Burger King along with a convenience store. There are also microwaves if you have your food or even milk to heat up. The wifi was working with decent speeds.

For truckers: Limited parking spots full most of the time.

Otherwise it's clean, has a Tim Hortons and a Burger King. The convenience store is way too expensive (almost 50% more expensive than a normal c-store).

Tim Hortons didn't have the kids meals which are advertised. Would have been the ideal thing for a family on the go.
