ONroute Tilbury South

Stood at the Tims for 10 mins, watched the lady worker with tattoos on her phone at the cash then dissapear and we all waited and I finally left without the apple fritter I wanted all morning. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rehire!

Horrible service at the on route today, stopped at Burger King to grab a few burgers for our road trip.ended up waiting 20+ minutes for 1 burger and 1 order of chicken nuggets.there was an additional burger on the order but the guy working behind the counter never added to the bag.this is the third time it has happened to us this year and we are now swearing off the tilbury on route altogether, I’d rather drive an additional hour to the next on route before stopping here again

Place was clean and nicely decorated but could have done without the Tim Hortons cashier messing up my order and when confronting her was told” I don’t have time to deal with this” and “just throw it out so we can CHARGE you for the correct one” personally will be skipping this on route next road trip

Not good experience with this location. Most of the time they are short of something or the other secondly they serve food in so much of hurry that its cold most of the time to my surprise they are not that busy location aswell. So guys plz if you are visiting plz taste your food before leaving

I’ve never left a review anywhere before because I usually don’t care too much about poor service but this was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life! I don’t care to write about the countless things the workers did that were rude and unprofessional but I will never stop at this on route again. Hopefully I just caught them at a bad time and everyone else has a different experience. (Tim Hortons btw)

Wanted to buy lottery ticket - the place was closed. The only open things were the useless tourist guide place with bunch of useless flyers, tim hortons with the longest wait line ever, and a burger king that had 1 staff working. All together, there were like 5 employees in this entire place.

If you use the timmies app, you had better in there watching for your order. They just put on the back counter, and they will not attempt to call you. And when you ask if that your order, they give you a major attitude.

Convenient stop, was very busy and presume that it's a constant stream of people going in and out. Some wet spots on the bathroom floor but otherwise, nice little spot to take a pit stop!

TIM HORTON NEEDS TO BE CLOSED BECAUSE IF YOU NEED TO GET A TEA YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ALMOST HOUR DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME HERE THANKS

I order stepped tea, I asked please make it fresh, but still they mix up the old with fresh, really bad,

My favourite stop when I used to drive truck, ample parking space for cars and trucks. The lady at tim hortons is very nice and helping.

Fyi they so not take cash at the Market Variety Store inside which is totally wrong as it is legal tender

Service was fine. I ordered 10 pcs of nugget and chicken sandwich but got only 6pcs nugget. I don't know why.concerned person must check the footage if it is happening casually or it was an mistake.

Onroute open but we take time to make our own coffee in the rest area. Plus it's quicker and better!

Very disappointed that only one store is open, they didnt have 3/4 of the items on the menu, tim hortons served us cold sandwiches after making up wait 20 minutes. Overall I won't be back at this rest stop.

Clean facility, good sitting area, only thing I would change is making some better restaurant options available in the onroutes.and if going to stick with the aw's and bk's then have them atleast open late.

Burger King.really poor, service slow and order are never correct.i never come back there.
TIM HORTON, people are so nice service fast

I have been here lots of times. It gets 4 stars overall. It would be a 5 star spot but the only thing is after hours some of the services are not fully accessible. It is, however, very clean, has nice staff, and lots of seating area.

Clean bathrooms are nice. Tim hortons coat about 10 cents more than regular non onroute timmies. Good selection of food and products. Fair prices.

Clean eating area, washrooms were very clean. Staff at food stands & "corner store" worked hard. Food was fresh. Great place to stretch your legs & get kinks out of back

Nice and clean, plenty of truck parking, just a shame that the only "food" late night is Tim horton's.

Lots of selection. The tim Horton didn't have a full menu, because it was a quick store. Seating not Great, but lots of space outdoors

On routes are a total Rip off, everything overpriced (but they got ya, what ya gonna do) if u want something to eat & not spend 30 minutes leaving the highway.

Decent service (I went to the Tim Hortons restaurant in the building). The building is clean - easy to get to from the 401 - lots of parking. Staff was reasonably friendly although not particularly enthusiastic about their service levels.

Get what you need along the way. Quick pleasant service and a clean bathroom. I'd give it five stars but it's a truck stop.

Good location for quick stop. Veggie sandwich at Tim Horton and Veggie burger at Burger King available, which is good option for vegetarians. Good friendly staff on day while we had stop.

The bathroom was extremely clean as well as welcoming with the added touches. Tim Horton's menu was too limited. Should make the gourmet grilled cheese as it's very easy to eat while driving. Timmies advertises lemon poppy seed loaf, but claim it is discontinued. Bathroom gets 5 stars, Timmies gets only three. Sorry Tim, but you have room to improve.

Convenient! This OnRoute stop is perfect for a quick stop while traveling. I stopped in the travel information centre to get a map of Ontario and received great help from the employees. There are walls of information about attractions in the area as well as souvenirs. This building also houses a market shop, Tim Horton's, Burger King, and a CIBC atm. Three is a also a convenience store and gas station here.

Excellent place to stop and stretch your legs and grab a coffee. Always clean and maintained location. Lots of tables and large restrooms.
Tim Hortons is always busy here, but the coffee is worth it.

Not clean facilities, everything priced more than other places. Guess that's what you get using the convenience of a highway stop

Our goto for Burger King on way to Windsor. Slow service and food prices are higher than in city restaurants. No deals.
