Cool place to take some rest n have ur breakfast, snacks, lunch or dinniner with hot cup of coffee

Just got ripped off for my large iced capp, charged me five dollars and when I asked about it and confronted them they just walked away without saying anything.

I ordered the bacon turkey lettuce tomatoes on bagel went to eat it once on the highway well guess what no turkey on it also 1/2 piece of bacon was already on the highway so didn't go back really turned my day upside down very disappointed

Meh, could be worse I guess, Hortons staff could be a bit friendlier but the Onroute staff ive dealt with seem to be pleasant and competent.

Today (23 May 2020) at 10: 00pm me and my friend went to the Tim at this ONroute, there was a girl at the contour, had a mask on her face, and we received worst customer service from her. She was very rude and don’t even know how to make tea and coffee, we ordered tea and coffee but had to garbage all. But the other staff was very helpful and nice.

I ordered Small Double Double coffee, when I checked, it was mix of steeped tea and double double coffee, had no choice for u turn as a trucker.

Nice good people. Just look at the prices before you buy food you will be surprised coz its a bit expensive than normal tims and burgerkings. Thanks

Lots of parking available, very clean and the service is very efficient and friendly.and the variety of food available is pretty good!

Signage of social distancing instructions weren’t obvious enough for most folks, so people kept getting extremely close to each other.

All your needs taken care of- gas, bathrooms, food- fresh and prepared. No reason not to stop here! Good clean place

Completely ridiculous they do not accept cash! Sometimes that is all that people have available to them! I will not be stopping at Enroute anymore more! No Happy!

I like A&W but my wraps were sloppily done and I think portion sizes have become smaller. Rootbeer and fries though are still on point, which is why they still get 3 stars.

Went to a&w food was 25% more costly than regular restaurants. There were flies in the kitchen, there were 3 orders prior to ours, all 3 were incorrect including ours. We felt dissatisfied ripped off. Will not return. (F-)

A nice place on 401 for a little rest. They have Gas Station, ATM, Tim Hortons and some more shops for a grab.

A large coffee at Tim Hortons is $2.50 which is ridiculously high considering they sell a lot of it, they don't have the rewards program and line ups are ridiculously long. A&w puts out a decent breakfast which is a good think if your a breakfast person

Plenty of options available in fast food. Washrooms are neat and clean. Best part is the massager to sit and relax.

ONroute was okay. The rest rooms were quite clean. They have a few fast food areas (a&w, burger king) and a small market where you can purchase small items.

Good job maintaining health safety despite the huge amount of travelers going in and out of the building. Perhaps some improvements are needed to accommodate rush days.

This rating applies to the Tim Hortons only.
Having stopped here for a quick brake and a refreshment I decided to have a bottle of water from Tim Hortons. The cashier rang it in a said, that'll be $3.53.surprised by the disproportionate price I said forget it. The cashier then asked if I would like a glass of water to which I replied, yes. One of the other servers took a plastic cup filled it with tsp water and an ice cube. The cashier then said that'll be $2.53, to which I responded, for a glass of tsp water. I said no thanks ordered a coffee and went on my way. I talked with someone who also works at an onroute Tim Hortons about this and she said she'd never heard of Tim Hortons charges like that and certainly no for tap water.
This onroute will be a miss for me from now on as far as Tim Hortons is concerned.

Smaller of the OnRoutes. Also the pricing for snacks and drinks in the 'store' are greatly inflated.

Tim Horton's drive through was out of commission, inside had a greasy chic look and I stopped counting flies when I hit 15!

Clean and quick. Outdoor and indoor seating. Washroom nicely detailed and lots of stalls so no waiting.)

When busy service at Tim's is very slow and when not busy service is still slow. Other concessions are a bit better.

Clean place, the food vendors are also consistent and good. There is a cool live traffic map tv (similar to those in the mall) that you can manipulate via touch which is very helpful.

Deafening, echoingly loud cafeteria, but they do have a number of food options and washrooms. Limited accessible washroom options- designed, I think, by people who've never actually been in a wheelchair. They tried, but could've benefitting from consulting some of the people who actually need those facilities. The old rest areas were better for that. Timmie's drive through, though- that's a plus.

All the onroute stops are great, clean bathrooms, good selection of food & the staff are friendly, parking can be good, depends on the traffic. I usually find a spot as ppl come & go quickly. There are even souvenirs in the convenience store area.

Stopped at this rest stop for a bathroom break. Bathrooms were very clean; there was actually a woman wiping up the counters. Stop itself is nice, with a Tim Hortons, A&W, Pizza Pizza and a variety type store. Eating area was clean and free Wi-Fi.
Family friendly.

The cleaning staff is not good the lady moping floors she talked very rudely with my friends and then we left we didnt buy anything from there she ruined our mood. We left hungry from there

Service was a little slow (granted it was after midnight) but the staff at the Tim Hortons seemed a little lost and foggy

This on route is very clean and modern. Food selection is pretty good. Lines can be long especially during lunch rush but they move fast

Middle of no where completely garbage wouldn't reccomend anyone go to Trenton unless you want garbage food and rude people around you then go for it

Said it before, someone needs to do something about these places. This place, Limited selection of food, pizza place had 1 staff for over twenty people in line and took forever. Tims had limited staff as well. Washroom was a disgusting mess. Information signs were telling me about the next enroute eastbound, even though we are westbound. Two signs had the date as Dec 22 at 552pm when it was 422pm on Dec 29th.
The other digital signs just told me that Emma Stone likes being lazy on her days off and that Ontario has good camping (BTW it's winter). Tables and chairs were dirty although plenty of parking. If you go to the next exit you can find more local restaurants.

Rating specific to Tim Hortons. Horrible coffee and hot chocolate. Everything is watered down.

I'll go to the AW, but never to Tim Hortons again.
