My experience with Onsite was great. I had an issue with my laptop whereas it was not starting up. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue despite the busy time in the holidays and was able to help me out weight out my options about how I can go about fixing it.

They were perfect! I broke my touch screen on my laptop and they had in fixed for me in 3 days! Quick, professional and nice! What more does one want!

OnSite Team were super helpful and completed the updates needed to my laptop in a timely way. Always pleased with the service and professionalism of this company.

The wireless network installation at our new building is working excellent. I can't thank the guys enough for getting this done so quickly.

Went there because it was closest to my house, not useful and way too pricey if you planning to get an aftermarket keyboard for your laptop. Got a much better offer to get replaced by another vendor alongwith warranty.

Whoever they sub out for network drops did a heck of a job. They saved time and wall/ceiling damage from what I suggested - with no additional equipment required. So why was the final price well over $200 above the original quote? Nothing in writing to explain either.would not use again.

I was referred to On Site to have a printer examined and determined whether it is worth "repairing". Seldom do you find such a prompt and honest examination! No attempt to sell you something - rare in today's competitive computer/printer market.

I purchased a new Lenovo PC, which includes Windows 10. All data from the trade-in was successfully transferred and, thanks SO MUCH again to Simon, I am getting more comfortable with the new features. I appreciate his guidance and tutoring today. All my questions were answered. We will definitely keep using OnSite in the future.

OnSite was awesome! The staff were super friendly and cared-I was having issues with my keyboard and my computer starting, and they got it up and running the same day I brought it in. They make drop off and pick up directions during this pandemic super clear and easy for customers-I would highly recommend going there if you run into computer problems right now.

I bought a gaming pc online, I was having issues booting windows so I brought the pc to Onsite the next day and they informed me many components were old and won’t be able to perform. Afterword they were extremely professional and generous by essentially tearing down the whole pc and installing a new mother board, ram, cpu. They were very honest and gave me a unbelievably LOW PRICE, given my situation. BEST PC repair in KW 100%.

Took in 2 yr old Acer & got a refurbished computer - turns out it's Levono - it's way faster. I dropped it off Mon afternoon & Tues supper time they dropped it off. Machine works great & they worked with me via phone to get my Office products installed. Will definitely keep on going to them for service or a new machine.
