Amazing work done here! The mechanics really go out of their way here to fix your car properly and not only that they fix up any parts that could use a touch up but don’t need to be replaced, they really try to save your pockets rather then trying to empty them like most shops in Cambridge/Kitchener…

Not to long ago I did my tire alignment and my car was going to the right a bit so they asked me to go back to check it. When I went back I was charged $61 because they check my breaks without asking my permission. Not fair at all.

I posted a review of Ontario Auto Mart a few years ago (see below) and recently had a number of repairs so wanted to update my review. I had the alternator replaced, bought two new tires and had my winters swapped out. They also repaired my passenger side headlight assembly.

Service is always 5 star in my experience. They are a tire/repair shop that operates business reminiscent of a small town, family run, friendly neighbourhood repair shop. They value their customers and never have I been made to feel like I only represent dollar signs to them or that they could take advantage of me because i am a woman.

My children are all grown with their own families and vehicles and the Ontario Auto Mart family now looks after the needs of the next generation of my family with the same care and attention that they have always provided to me.

Did I mention that I would never go anywhere else? I would NEVER go anywhere else!

We have been taking our vehicles to OAM for years and wouldn't go anywhere else for tires or service work. They are honest and accomodating. Our most recent repair is a testament to the company's ethics. The driver's side windshield wiper stopped working. We expected it to cost a bit of money because we thought the motor was shot so expected it to be parts and labour.cha-ching. When we picked the car up the total bill was $16. Turns out it was a loose washer so they only charged us a bit of time to fix and test. They could have easily padded the bill but they didn't. We wouldn't have know the difference. I also love that i have never felt treated 'less than' because I'm not a man!

Had work done on both of my commercial trailers here and the service was great! Prices are more than fair and the staff is very friendly. Nick was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend using their services.

Had an appt to switch tires and oil change. Treated as I am always treated, with respect by friendly, professional staff. The work was done quickly as requested. The only downside is that they have started charging for the tire switch, whereas before if you purchased the tires there or stored them there the switch was free. However, the amount is minimal and I understand the reason for having done so. I will continue to use their services and recommend family and friends to do so.
