Very well designs, not a long waiting time, workers are very kind, i personally had i great experience!

Absolutely amazing. First time here and Cindy did my nails amazingly. I have a unique curve to my fingers and she adapted beautifully to it. 10 out of 10 will be back!

I'm going to this nail salon last couple of months. Always do gel and different nail designs, everything looks good! The ladies who do my nails are always nice and polite.

Before my daughter moved to Halifax, we enjoyed going here together. I now go alone but they all make u feel welcome & comfortable.
My daughter so much enjoyed it. She started taking her friends there also.
Sometimes they can take you as a walk in & be done with you in an hour or so which is really nice. My daughter usually got some fancy design she seen online or she would want each nail a different colour, the staff here always listened to what she wanted and did it accordingly.
I've been getting my nails done for many years now and I had yet to find one that I really enjoyed going to or wanted to make my go to place!
I have found it!

I came in for a pedicure today. They are attentive, friendly, and made the overall experience was comfortable and efficient as possible. I absolutely love this place! 10/10 would recommend going to their!

Honestly pretty disappointed. The staff is very friendly, but my shellac manicure has lasted less than a week. One of my nails chipped within 2 days of having them done, and within 5 days all of them have chipped. For the price they charge, your nails should last longer than regular polish. I won’t be back.

My sister got her Bio Gel nails filled with shellac and I got a full Set of Bio Gel Nails with Shellac and we are totally satisfied with the service that we had received today. The employees were very friendly and greeted you when you walked through the door.

They got me in a chair as soon as I came in. Love my nails there always gentle and professional an awesome results each time they're very creative you will not be disappointed:)

Always welcoming. It would be much better if when they are working on your nails they wouldn't leave for almost. 20min in stand by to go and do someone else nails. This is not pleasant.

This is my place for shellac mani and pedi. I've always been able to get in with no wait and the staff are friendly and do consistently good work.

Very poor customer service.
I went for french Manicure and they product after I wash my hand with soap turned to blue. They never refundthe money and werent willing to fix it for me. I wont go back to them.

I have hesitated for a year to come back, but now I am so glad I gave it a third try. The staff was great, they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Will be back.

The ladies were very lovely. I had a moment where I could not stop coughing because of nail dust & they got me water & a candy.

Have been there twice and both times was a wonderful experience. My technician was Lee and was very friendly and very meticulous with her work. I will definitely be going back to see her on a regular basis!

My daughters and I went in for shellac nails and I told them several times shellac only on my daughter's nails. We were seperated because of lack of seating and my daughter was about 6 people down from me. I saw they started shellac so proceeded to get my nails done. When I was finished I went over to check and my daughter had acrylic nails half done? I questioned them saying that's not what I asked for and their response was "oh she changed her mind and wanted acrylic"? I said I'm sorry but I'm the parent and you never even asked me, nor did I say it was ok for acrylic nails. They refused to change the nails as well as charged me 60$ alone for her nails! I tried to reason with them but they insisted she wanted them.they looked horrible, all lumpy and mishaped.my daughter is 10 years old.lesson learnt I guess But I will never use this place for nails ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone eles. Also, my other daughters shellac nails peeled off the next day.

I booked an appointment for noon, was standing there for half an hour after coming early to my appointment before being sat down. The table was disgusting there was dust and clippings everywhere and even human nail clippings on the table. After finally being sat down nail polish was spilled all over my clothes, brand new shoes, as well as my friend. They handed us a paper towel and told us to just wash it, I called again later to tell them the nail polish hasn’t come out and they needed to compensate me for my shoes and they yelled at me on the phone saying “we don’t do that here” repeatedly until they hung up. Then, they gave my friend nails that bubbled up and charged her over $50, I asked them to change her nails since they were thick, chunky and were too small for her nail bed since her real nail stuck out the side and she said “it’s supposed to look like that”. The guy there also glued my fingers together and ripped them a part full force and I still have the skin ripped off.

Booked appointments for 3 girls, we arrived separately because of traffic and my daughter was left out from her two friends, I was sad for her until after when her one friend was visibly upset, her nails crooked and the design she asked for was very noticeably different. Her other friend said that the technician was rough. My daughter also said that it hurt and when her hands were under the UV light it felt like it was burning … this was all told to me after we had left I do believe the girls were all charged different my daughter was charged 65$ for a full set and her friend was charged 53$ For a full set.

I had an 11am appointment. I arrived fifteen minutes early and checked in. The place was packed. I was waiting outside at the door since the ventilation wasn’t good and the fumes were strong. They sat me at a station after about twenty minutes. I left 45 minutes after the appointment without the mani pedi I had booked because I hadn’t yet been seen and was starting to feel sick from the fumes. I used to go there all the time but I won’t be returning.

The staff was very friendly, and nails looked great, however, I felt very rushed despite having an appointment.

I’ve been for many pedicures and this one was very lacking. The woman was nice, but My service was very meh. From the time I walked in the door until my pedicure was done was 24 minutes only. I wanted straight cut on my pedicure and got round, my skin was clipped accidentally and maybe 2 minutes in total to try and take dead skin off the bottom of my feet. (Which is the part I wanted most since I’m 8.5 months pregnant and can’t reach them myself). My feet weren’t bad when I came in, and they look pretty much the same. I am going to have to go for another pedicure elsewhere to get that fresh feet feeling for spring. Disappointed in the rush job.

First time I had Pedicure and Manicure. My wife and my daughter get their nails, pedicure and manicure done all the time. They love this place. Recommend this place

I've been getting my nails done here for 6 times. It's a 25 minute drive from me but it is worth the commute. Everyone is so attentive & sweet. Call and book with their - you won't regret it!

I was so excited for a new set of bio gel nails after not having any for 3 years. Prior to that i had bio gel nails for 4 years. But because of the willy nilly lockdowns I never got them until now.
First, the nail polish that was applied was far too thick. I had to ask for girl to remove the nail polish and do something super basic which is not what I wanted but I could tell I wasn't going to get what I wanted here. Then after she took the shellac off and put new, basic black shellac on, the bio gel bed was not applied right, it was uneven, crooked and just not right. I was so upset as I was extremely excited to have nice nails again. And then, not even after a week I had my thumb nail break off I've NEVER had a nail break so easily as this one. Will not be coming back. Waste of 65 dollars. So upset.

The girl doing my nails was excellent. Wish I had asked her name. I would definitely go back to her.

I have received gel manicure pedis and manis on three different occasions so far and have yet to be disappointed. It's way more affordable than that last few places i had gone to as well.

My tech did my nails and did amazing! I got a acrylic fill with gel all of them were even and there were no bumps in the gel! I totally recommend 100%!

Good quality pedicure in a reasonable time. Salon is very clean with an attention to detail. Good ambiance ie music- not too loud and overwhelming.

The young girl that worked on me didn't speak any english. I told her the medical problem in my foot, but she just paid no attention. She asked "water too hot? " - I said "no, it's cold, could you add warm water. " She smiled but left it cold. She twisted my foot to a painful angle and cut me when I pulled away. I had 4 cuts on my toes before I left and I am still trying to heal them, since Sept 15th.

They left my friend sitting there until she got herself out of the chair. No dryer for her polish and it was banged up putting her sandal back on.

This place is great! Highly recommended! Amazing customer service. So many talented nail techs. The salon is always pristine. I've recommended several of my friends to go here as well. I love going here!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, asked what service I'd like and to choose a color. They have an excellent selection of colors. I had a pedicure and shellac manicure. Excellent work on both.

Really enjoyed my experience at Ontario Nails. Tessa sets the fun vibe where they are up for a design challenge, the staff are all professional and in the business for a long time so the quality shows. Other Asian run nail places make it hard to communicate what you want and make you feel like they talk behind your back in a different language. While they talk their native language here I never felt like they were talking about anything unpleasant.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean and modern place where the clientele and staff are friendly, this is the nail boutique for you. Highly recommended

Yesterday was my second time getting my nails done here, and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I will continue going back!

So the lady did a thorough pedicure, but she was being super rough. She took some skin off my toes and it burned for the rest of the pedicure. However my toes and feet were super clean and the shellac Polish done by the younger girl was the best I ever received. The price was hefty however, the place is clean and they are hygenic with their services.

Honestly the worst nails I’ve ever had. I never write reviews on negative experiences, but this was just awful. They charged me $56 for a set of gel nails, that were ACTUALLY acrylics. I’ve had acrylics on and off for the past year- just putting my nails under a UV lamp, isn’t going to convince me that it’s gel, when clearly no gel was used. So not only was I scammed, one of my nails fell off within the first week. Just terrible, do not go no matter how desperate you are (like I was).

I went to go get a French manicure and I was told they had only one person that does it and no other nail tech can do it.
