Used the text message booking on a Saturday night @ 8: 30pm and was able to schedule an appt for the next day. Also filled out an online appt request because I was unfamiliar with the texting feature and someone called and emailed me the very next day to schedule. Quick to respond. The appointment itself was good. Minimal wait time with my full bladder and the technician was so calm and made me feel relaxed. I’m not sure if there was information provided elsewhere in the clinic and I just missed it but luckily, I had read about portal access to view my results and asked the ladies at reception about it and was given a printout with access and PIN numbers. The web address is showing up as invalid but I’m hoping it’s a weekend appt thing and will try again tomorrow.
Quick response and fast booking appointment! Today, we went to ODC for x-ray and ultra sound, front desk is very nice and it is very organized. Both x-ray doctor and ultra sound doctor are very nice and good. Especially for ultrasound doctor Ali, he did the work very diligently!
An excellent service provided by madam Safia who did my ultrasound on December 23,2023 at 9 am. What a nice lady, I wish all paramedical staff must be trained like her. Thank you so so much
Excellent customer service! From the front desk reception to the ultrasound and x-ray technicians. In particular, Bushra, my ultrasound technician, was extremely friendly, patient, gentle and caring. Her customer service was excellent, she went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and was very attentive to my needs. She has such a sweet personality. Additionally the x-ray technician made me laugh and also gave excellent customer service. I apologize, I did not get his name. I had multiple tests to do (sooo many, lol) and the staff there turned a sensitive experience into a pleasurable one. Thank you.

I am supervised this place has good reviews! I almost report it because I lost my baby and it might their fault.
First time of OB test, there wasn’t heartbeat. I asked about the heartbeat and the young staff (does she have license? Does she speak English?) mumbled its small then nothing. And she spot my right lower belly for a very long time. I thought she was new and a shy person. So I didn’t keep asking. After 1 week, my family doc called me in and said Everything is fine. It was 7 w 3 days and the first ultra was 6w 5days. I got surprised because I thought I was only around 4w. No one mentioned heartbeat. I should’ve trust them.
I started bleeding when I was 12 week. I went there with urgent requisition, but they got confused because my next appointment is supposed to be one week after. I literally called them and booked the urgent one just a couple of hours ago! I needed to explain everything again and they didn’t care. They were worried about how to adjust it on they computer system. Even my boyfriend, a very chill guy said they are not professional.
This time they asked a experienced lady to check on me. I have no complaints about her but I agree with another reviewer: they don’t care you are naked or not, the kept the door open. Treat you like animals or something. No private at all.
Unfortunately, I miscarried and the report shows fatal is around 7 weeks. So I can’t stop thinking about the first ultrasound test, they said 6w5days, and there wasn’t heartbeat. Should they catch something at that time? !
In conclusion, staffs are very unprofessional. Receptions are chatting around when you check in and ignore you. They rush to hang up on you when you book appointments.
I’m sure they are good at their jobs, judging from their reviews. However, my experience with this x-ray lab was anything but pleasant. My mother injured her wrist and needed an urgent ultrasound. I called beforehand to make sure that they had an available time slot for us before coming in. They told me that a patient hasn’t shown up yet for their appointment and would call to confirm that patient was, in fact not showing to their appointment. I was told that if I arrived to the x-ray lab in 10 minutes, they would give my mother the ultrasound she needs. I’m unsure if we arrived in 10 minutes but it was definitely not more than 15 minutes. I spoke to the receptionist and explained the phone call interaction. Then they told me that we aren’t able to receive an ultrasound because we did not have an appointment. I understand that we might have been a little late to the agreed time but they should have clarified the consequences. Therefore, we were gaslighted over the phone about being able to get an ultrasound and made an unnecessary trip to this diagnostic centre. The whole experience was very frustrating.
Booked an appointment online through their ODC app. Arrived on the day of and was told by the receptionist that they don't have my appointment and this location "doesn't do online bookings". Then why is there an app that allowed me to do the booking? Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Misleading website and app. Will not be returning. Please work on your customer service and do better.
Negative experience. This centre is outdated and installations are quite uncomfortable. Most importantly, the technician who did my ultrasound was impolite and really rough while making the procedure.

We had an urgent patient but our schedule was full so we referee patient to them. They took good care of our patient and gave instant appointment. Thanks for your services.
The ultrasound tech was very unprofessional and rude. I don't want to write more about her. Just go to one star comments and read them, most of the people said bad comments about her. Sham on you lady!
The rude lady who performs ultrasound is unprofessional, she talks with patients in rude way and not changing the ultrasound bedsheet and asks the patients to clean the ultrasound gel theirselves. I forgot her name, I not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service. I'm a nurse myself, it's very sham fo a medical member to talk with a patient like this.
Friendly staff and appointment was on time. Had an xray and ultrasound done at this lab. Well organized and staffed. Would recommend this lab. There were labs closer to home, but I opted to come to this lab. Worth the extra travel time to receive a better experience. Thank you
A female ultrasound tech (middle aged) was very rude to my wife. During the process, the communication was managed poorly and the staff showed no empathy at all. I don’t know about others but the experience is very bad for my family. The only good thing was that we were able to book this test on a relatively short notice compare to other places but it should not be the reason for a ruthless service.

Thanks for your reply. I am complaining that is not due to refuse of CD. I understood the refuse of CD according to your policy. I am only complaining for her attitude and unprofessional. I just wanted to confirm the policy about the photo of CD and she refused to answer me and just keep saying "I already told you" "sorry, I cannot answer". I have called your clinic before with other reception and they are very patient and professional. This time makes me feel very uncomfortable and I would say that this phone call would keep away from here due to the unprofessional reception. I saw you mentioned her briefed to you after my phone call yesterday which I told her I would make a formal complaint. I am sure she would not mention to you that how bad attitude and impatient of her. I hope my complaint for her can be reviewed and I am looking forward for your update. I just want to ask something about the photo of baby as promised before. She just wanted to finish the phone call and kept saying that “Sorry, I cannot answer your question”. Not even try to help me. Great service! Admin staff are very friendly. Very thankful to Ritu and Palak. They are very helpful to me. Highly recommend this centre to anyone who need medical service.
Had a couple concerns during my last visit however the manager of the clinic got in touch with me right away to resolve the matter. He was apologetic, sincere and took action right away. I’m satisfied with his resolution and his urgency to correct the situation.
I was told by my doctor at 4 pm to do an Urgent Vascular ultrasound of my leg. I called many places but no one gave me appointment. I called ODC Markham and talked with the manager. I told him that doctor marked it as urgent, he asked me to hold the phone. He came back on call to tell me that he has requested the technologist to stay little long for me to do this ultrasound. Inspite they close at 5: 30 the technologist and manager stayed back untill 6: 30 pm for me. After the found a blood clot in my leg they called their radiologist right away and he reported my case. As per radiologist's advice I was asked to go to the hospital right away for urgent treatment of the blood clot. It was indeed a life saving experience. Thank you very much ODC for this exceptional service. I will specially like to mention the name of technologist. Thank you SHAYA
My 13 yrs old son had a ultrasound and x-ray done by ODC back in August. They were very good taking precautions and followed Covid-19 protocols. We felt very safe.
The staff was pleasant and professional. I just went back today to pick up a disc of the scans, they were great (even at the end of the day) and quick! I was out of there in 3 minutes flat with a smile!
I would firstly want to write about the few good things about the center- They have a good quality machines, which I got done there and also their center keeps good hygiene. The staff to attend the patients are friendly and give us right timeline to collect the Reports.
All the tests they perform are within normal price range only. The staff is also good and supportive. They gave me a good health information when I ask them my doubts. They did not show any attitude and they are polite.
I took my wife for Pregnancy ultrasound. Though they did't allowed me to enter with her due to Covid 19 protocol, which I completely understand and appreciate. But they gave my wife a picture of the baby nicely wrapped in a cute card. Also gave free gifts sponsored by Nestle. Thank you for taking care of my pregnant wife.
Highly recommended.the staff and services are excellent. The clinic is very clean and follow all the covid-19 cleanliness protocols. I got an instant appointment and there is no waiting time. The results were delivered by next day.
Referred by my doctor to try this place, because markham imaging at boxgrove wait times were longer. The receptionist was on a personal call when I arrived, and after a bit of a wait I was asked to wait. When I was called in, it took less than 10 mins to complete, shorter than my waiting time in the office. When I got the results, it mentioned they were unable to get better images. Stick to markham imaging consultants at boxgrove. They might take a bit longer to get an appointment, but after years of seeing them, they are always professional, images are detailed/accurate, and reports are articulate. I would not return to this place.
Do not go here for pregnancy ultrasound! The technician was horrible - her face was so grim it looked like she found cancer in there instead of a baby. The results were absolutely normal - so there was nothing wrong which warranted that grim look on her face. Throughout the process she did not explain what she was doing. Kept mumbling all her instructions - I had to ask her to speak up/ repeat herself at least 5 times. This was my first time getting an ultrasound and I was very nervous. Her behavior was so deprecating, it added to my nervousness. They absolutely need to train the ultrasound technician better. I left there with tears in my eyes. I will never let any of my friends to go here again - especially for pregnancy ultrasounds.
Had a very relaxing experience at this clinic, though initially was tense for my ultrasound tests. Loved the new look they gave to their place. Highly recommended
This place is really good. Last Saturday Mr Behnam happen to do scan on my arm. I have few scans done at different places in past, but Behnam seems to have scanned my arm thoroughly and in a professional manner. I really appreciate his work
Was taken as a walk in for urgent hand X-ray.received cd within half an hour and results were sent to doc office as well! Was pleasant during a painful hand injury
These people are very insensitive. My previous review was deleted so I will try to stick to the facts and not use foul language. I told the receptionist that i wanted to be there for my wife’s ultrasound they said to take a seat and would call me in. My wife went in for her ultrasound and the technician told the my wife that they could not see the baby’s heartbeat. They said this happens when the baby is not progressing and the baby is not devolving. English is not her first language she left the crying horribly while I waited in the front. No one ever called me in. They should understand that this is a sensitive subject and there technicians should be trained to deliver messages with carefully.
We left and I took my frantic wife to another clinic and they handled the situation professionally offering a different examination. They explained the ultrasound delicately not rudely and abruptly like the ODC.
Had a great customer experience overall, Ioneet and other staff were a friendly and sociable bunch. Also got a copy of my ultra sound and x-ray free of charge!
I visited this place two times, I appreciated the staff kindness and professionalism. The Centre is decent, quite and provide fast service. Keep up the good job.
