I just called asking for an appointment to be set. A lady responded in a very rude way and the call kept cutting off and pausing. I'm not sure wheather she deliberately did that or there was an error in the call. All I know is a lady with an Indian accent shut the call on my face immediately after I told her "Thank you so much".
I don't know what i did to deserve this treatment.

I had a positive experience overall. Though I have to wait for almost 30 mins because there are a lot of people (I have a booked appointment) the staffs are friendly and helpful. I had a rather unfriendly experience in other ODC branch.

A wait time of 2 hrs 45 minutes for an X-ray that only took 2 minutes to complete, was rather frustrating. I understand I was a walk-in patient, without an appointment but a long wait time like this is not justified.

Excellent communication - from booking to reminders to completion. Receptionist was super helpful. Technician efficient and skilled. Reporting to the doctor with results was timely.

I came to book at 1 pm, and was given appointment at 3 but got in at 4 as a last patient for the female technician. But the worst thing was that during xray, the male technician was about to enter, as I screamed, I M WITHOUT HIJAB. They should respect us, Admins must take a note of this.

My wife went for her ultrasounds at this location. Told to book an another appointment as there was missing scans during first one. Why can’t do all scans at once even after spending one hour. When went there for second time, the person who did scan was very rude, didn’t bother to answer the questions asked in a polite way. Staff really needs to work on the skills of treating people in a good way. At least, if you can’t give copy of baby scan, talk to patient in a polite way. Even after long wait of scan time, she didn’t get to see baby. This happened second time, that’s is why giving review

I had my second ultrasound scan and was very disappointed by the technician. I will not mention her name here even though she does not deserve that courtesy. She was training a shadow technician and while doing so was very rude to me because I did not drink enough water, she kept shaking her head and would not let me finish my second less than half of a water bottle left, keep in mind this was at 8: 20am.

She kept explaining to the shadow technician, pointing at the screen, shaking her head and saying “this number is 70 but that’s inaccurate” and “this shouldn’t be like this” etc.this goes on for the entire time. I was crying at one point because she gave me so much anxiety about the health of my baby. I asked her if I can reschedule the appointment, she just says no you are fine. I will make sure I do not get this lady for my future ultrasounds.

I called my doctor afterwards and explained what happened because of how worried I was and found out that I did not even need to drink this much water for this type of ultrasound.
Completely unacceptable behaviour from a technician specially during a sensitive time of a pregnant woman.

The original review was "The staff are rude, disrespectful, and did not give any instruction" but apparently I have to add that the management is unprofessional enough to reply to my review that they could not find name on their records as I can't be Patient companion. I had to keep questioning every requirement needed to translate to the patient then technologist slammed the door in my face. FYI, THE TEAM ACTED THE SAME RUDE WAY WITH EVERYBODY ELSE NOT JUST ME.

Just visited this location for my x-ray The staff at the front desk is polite but unfortunately the technician who did my x-ray was rude, totally lacking in bedside manners and seemed to be in a rush. My previous experience for an ultrasound was not a good one as well. The management needs to really emphasize ethics and good clinical practices with the technician's. Very disappointed, not a good experience

I had an abdominal ultrasound here, I forgot the technicians name and called to inquire about it, but they have a policy in place about not revealing their name unless she told me personally. Anyhow, She was very thorough, professional and took her time to accurately take images which I appreciated. I attended my appointment 5 mins early, was called in to the room on time and didn’t have to wait. Glad to have attended this location. Thank you for all your help

I’ve been here twice recently and each time I waited no more than 5 minutes. Also, technician staff were great. Both were very calm, explained the procedures in detail and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend.

I have had the worst experience at this location. I’ve been trying to book a bone density scan since April and I have been rescheduled 3 times. And today the receptionist calls again to ask if I can come on Friday instead of Thursday because the tech has changed her schedule 3 days before my appointment and she can’t do anything about it because her manager approved it. I I’ve been waiting over 3 months to get this appointment and I booked my work off because it’s a 3 hour appointment and arranged a ride and now I have to do that all’s again. This is incredibly frustrating, this location is one of the worst healthcare centers I have contacted with poor management and organization. I have been flexible and patient rescheduled multiple times already, this is unacceptable.

Seems like everyone who works here hates their job. So rude and unprofessional and didn't make me feel comfortable getting my pregnancy ultrasounds at all. In fact, they didn't do the first one correctly so they called me back in a few days later and the tech I had complained that it was too early for me to go back in and blamed me.well, I'm not a trained healthcare professional and your admin booked me in so I don't know what you want from me!:) Giving it 2 stars because they eventually got the job done and at least I got a picture of my baby.

I have visited the center for an ultrasound a few times for my pregnancy and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. My technican both times was Saba and she is amazing. Super friendly and very professional. She makes you feel very comfortable and answers any questions you have. The results are also sent to my doctor within a few hours which is great.

I left this place frustrated and angry.
They were on time, the didn't make wait but the technician for the Ultrasound was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never go to this location again

Had a phone appointment with a doctor after an xray and she didn't even know I had an xray done and was asking why I scheduled an appointment. Prognosis was just rest it -_- haven't been able to use my shoulder for 3 months now. Wish we had better health care.

2020: I had my pregnancy ultrasound today and Ghada was very professional and did my entire anatomy scan very well. She was very nice. The clinic staff is also very good. Keep up the good work!

2022: I had another ultrasound today with Sabah and she was very professional and committed to her work. Did my scan very well and was very nice and courteous. Highly recommend!

I had 3 of my other ultrasounds with Waqar un Nisa and she is so professional and committed to her work. My babys position was not fine in two of the ultrasounds but Waqar did a great job with lots of patience and committment. I am highly impressed with her hard work and dedication to her work. Thank you so much!

Worst receptionist I have ever encountered in my life. The staff were completely unprofessional and have major attitude problems.

This is not based off a one off incident either. I've been there at least 5 times and each time I've been treated poorly. I thought it was maybe a one off but they really just couldn't care less about the patients.

Hi just wanted to leave a positive comment, I went to ODC on plantation drive on the 27th and I must say I observed that the receptionist there (I think her name was Suzaet) was extremely hard working, maybe they were short staffed but she was doing the work of 4 people and she was so courteous and helpful to all of us waiting there for our turn - this is what I call very efficient service with a smile, thank you

Supper bad experience! I went to get my ultrasound as I am pregnant for 12 weeks. My appointment was at 11am. I arrived there at 10: 30 because I drank too much water and I feel my stomach is about to explode in any minutes. I was hoping that maybe I can get my test earlier. I bring two forms that my doctor gave me to the receptionist. The receptionist insisted there is one form missing and asked me to contact my family doctor and then wait for my appointment. 11: 15 - 11: 20 they called my name. Since the receptionist said there is one form missing, they took another 10-15 mins to discuss if they can give me ultrasound without the form. Around 11: 40, I finally had my ultrasound. My belly was highly lumped due to long time holding water. Believe me, you never want to experience this. At the end of the test, I showed the doctor (person who did ultrasound for me) the papers that my family doctor gave me. It turns out I have all the forms they required! I really want to know if there is a way to make an official complaint against the receptionist. It was a horrible experience.

Very bad service at the front desk, questioning my doctor sending me for chest xray, suggesting covid instead. Didnt want to service me even after signing covid questionnaire and answering no to all the questions, I was told to go do covid test or prove vaccination status otherwise they wouldn't do an xray. Making up their own private policies and with smile on the face turning away patients who were sent there for a reason.
Gladly I went to different location and had an amazing service there.

I walked in about an hour ago and still waiting.
Very poor way of handling the walk in patients.
I did not see technicians even calling out names more than once or twice. It is unacceptable to wait for just an X-ray.

Certainly not coming next time. It is not that I am in X ray lB first time, I have two seniors that I take care of but never had to wait that long. No respect for the time of the others is very poor practice no matter what kind of service business you are in.

Terrible service. Called this place for X-ray appointment and I was told appointment is not needed, just walk in before 5pm as that's when they stop taking patients for 6pm close. I took my son there the next day and reached before 5pm (4.50pm) the person at the counter asked why we were there, then I explained to which the person said sorry, we close at 5pm you have to come some other time. I said the printed timings say you close at 6pm and I was told the same but come before 5pm and I did. To this the person said I don't think they would have said that, literally make me look like a liar. I took my son to anoter place and got it dine in 10 minutes.

When I asked why does the prescription has printed as 6pm close. He said that's pre pandemic. Yeah blame your disgusting service on pandemic

My two experiences here were very unpleasant.
The first time I went, the technician was questioning why my doctor would send me to get an ultrasound done, claiming there was no need for it because it "looked fine. "

The second time, was today and I was refused service because I was caughing (for 7 weeks which is why my doctor sent me there in the first place). They said they needed a negative PCR test done within the last few days. I had mentioned to them I received two negative tests initially which is why my doctor sent me to get my x-ray done. The manager refused!

I went to another clinic that heard my story and squeezed me in for an the x-ray done within that hour.

Very clean facility and good experience overall. I had Reem as my ultrasound tech & everything went so smoothly. I was nervous but she was very accommodating and helped me calm down. She was super patient with me & answered any questions or concerns I had. I hear of techs being rough with you but she was the total opposite. She knew exactly what she was doing and I felt almost nothing. Thank you for making my first time such a breeze, Reem!

I saw Ghada Rassam. She was the best radiographer/ sonographer I have ever seen in my life. She was kind and compassionate. She treated me with the dearest respect. I have seen other radiographers in the past who have been very rude and cold with me making me feel very anxious. She took the time to make me feel calm and at ease even though I was going through a difficult situation. She was very professional. I would recommend her to anyone! And any future scans I need I will be personally requesting her. Thank you & Bless you Ghada, you are a credit to your clinic.

Please do not go here if you want to be treated with respect. This is my first child and I was only allowed in the anatomy scan with my wife for a total of 5 minutes.

The front staff are unprofessional and unwelcoming.
My wife came out of her scan in tears because she was accused of lying about her appointment, told she was causing problems as she had to cough twice during the ultrasound and that was too much stress for the technician. We then waited 1.5 hrs in the lobby to be seen again for 2 minutes as my wife “did not drink enough fluid. ” I wish I had read reviews before I picked this location as this should have been a special moment for us.

Staff at this location need to be re-trained. It truly seems as though every employee is about to walk out and quit, or start a fight with somebody in the waiting room just looking to have a question answered.

If you are looking for mutual respect, comfort or even a hello when you walk in, do your research and do not pick this location.

Had appointment at 5: 30, and was 8 minutes late
They said that they cannot do the test cause the technician switched off the machine
Like seriously!? !? !
I tried calling prior to inform that I'll be but late, they responded saying that they haven't received any call.

I wouldn't recommend

The ultrasound technician was very polite and thorough. The x-ray technician was very good and took several different angles to ensure there is a proper diagnosis. The receptionist was very nice and went above and beyond by contacting my physician to confirm the details on my requisition form.

I went in for an ultrasound and the ladies doing the ultrasound behaved very rude and unprofessional! They talk in their own language which is not English and they smile and exchange some jokes while doing an ultrasound. Is this how a Patient is treated when she has her own troubles? These people are not qualified enough to handle patients and someone has to teach them how to behave in a professional setting in the medical environment. I wish i could give a 0 star but I am not allowed to!

Well, I am quite glad my doc recommended this place. Usually you need an appointment for ultrasound. But I showed up without an appointment. It was an emergency. To make it worse, I showed up on Saturday and working hours are 8 to 2 pm. I visited this place at 1.40 pm. So at first I was denied as office was about to close. It was like floor
fell from underneath means your doc needs reports to start treatment but waiting till monday with pain, was like a hell. Front desk guys talked to me politely and the moment they realised I need my test to be done right way, so they went to the tech with a request. And tech made it a case of noblesse oblige. So quite grateful to front office guys and techs for apprehending the needs of people reeling under pain. Thanks a million.

Overall satisfactory experience for my wife's arm ultrasound, starting from booking an appointment to completion of ultrasound, ample free parking, neat and clean facility and enough seating for patients.
