The lady that did ultrasound to my son is very good woman.my son did cry or afraid. Thanks alot to all of you who work in that Clinic may almighty Allah bless you all

The ultrasound technician was very nice and friendly but receptionist was horrible! No customer service skills and extremely unpleasant on phone.

I wish I got her name I apologize but she has done my ultrasound many time and she is very gentle and communicates very well during the ultrasound to make sure I was comfortable.

Staff is really nice and kind. Appointment was on time. I was very happy at my first visit there. I highly recommend it

I was there this week and the receptionist had full on Covid symptom - couldn’t get one sentence out her mouth without going into a coughing/sneezing/snotting fit.

Since my test required taking if the mask - I just walked out of there.

This place has contagious people working only because they can.

So much for “healthcare” in Ontario.

Shazia is very professional and will make you feel comfortable. Got the appointment on the same day. Really happy with the services. Highly recommended.

We walked in and within five minutes our son was seen to get his X-ray. Registration was a breeze.

I called up just now at 8am Jan 24th to book an appointment at St. Barbara Meadowvale location. Was on hold for 10 mts, spoke with an extremely rude CSR and the person did not have talking manners. Kept on saying, “I told you…I told you…” with irritation. This is not the way to speak…I was on hold for 10 mts but the recording kept on saying “wait time is for 1 minute” This does not sound like a professional place. The person on the phone was a lady with absolutely lack of phone manners.

Very professional service and excellent staff with complete knowledge and expertise. I had a great experience with Shazia.

Very professional staff, no delays for appointment and good customer service. I appreciate Shazia for doing my ultrasound in 36 weeks of pregnancy, she is professional and patient with clients.

Advice.never come here, go to Credit Valley Diagnostics they never do this to customers.to tell them come for xray and then not take them.the registration lady was terrible. I wish I could give them -5 stars.

I called to ask for an x ray appointment. Was told to just walk in, and they weren't very busy right now. Showed up 25 minutes later and was told that there was no technician available today to do x rays.

I had my ultrasound with Shazia and she’s absolutely a delight to deal with. Compassionate, friendly and warm - she really made the overall experience really pleasant. Thanks Shazia!

Shazia is a great ultrasound technician. She made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Nov 7 - 11: 30pm Went for 5 month ultrasound. The lady there is plain rude. No proper communication, wont show u babys preview. Its 5 months scan, she was supposed to show all parts but no she didnt. At the end didnt even give print out and said printers not working. When asked about gender, she said couldnt she bcoz of babys position. Really? Couldnt she have told me to walk, try to move, something to get position.never going back there. Please dont go there if u r pregnant. Not worth it.

I had a great experience with Maryam a technician during my ultrasound. She is very polite and good nature lady. The services at this centre are great.

I had such a pleasant experience with this clinic. When I first booked my appointment, the receptionist was very helpful. Today my sonogram tech, Shazia, made my experience so comfortable, she was so kind!

New and clean facility, with excellent staff (Gurdeep is the technician who attended in my case, and was very friendly and informative). Most diagnostic centers in GTA are rated low however this one seems to be on the better side. Would recommend for others.

Excellent service, clean environment and friendly staff. The technologist Adeeba was professional and took her time with me. The reception staff was efficient and helped process my queries in a timely manner. Thank you!

Not a big issue.but it is my pet peeve if you are given an appointment at a certain time, follow through with it in 10 minutes, but someone walked in behind me, clearly said they had an appointment at 3: 20pm, my appointment was at 3: 00. Needless to say, I am still waiting. It looks like I will have to go after that lady. So very interesting that I have to wait my turn. Going in half an hour later I guess.

I called as soon as they opened and was able to book an ultrasound for the same day. Very clean and professional. Had my x-ray completed as well. Located in a plaza, lots of parking.

Update: Follow up with your Doctor for results. Although the service was fast, they sat on my results for 12 days because they did not have my doctor's fax number which easily could have been retrieved if they bothered to call.

Despite of Covid situation, I called to book last minute ultrasound. The receptionist answered and was amazing. Understanding, patient, efficient, everything you would need in an emergency situation. She also provided helpful directions on how to find the clinic. All the front line workers took extra cautions for the safety of everyone.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting and casual. My sonographer was very patient and professional, she provided me with pictures to take home in a cute little card:)

The bathroom was also very clean, always a good thing!

Excellent experience over all, I highly recommend this as a place to get an obstetrical ultrasound done. I want to commend the team for their patient, kind, and compassionate service.

I have visited this place on three occasions, staff is warm welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. Also had a great experience with Ali/Adeeba

Very efficient and fast depending on time of day of visit. One of many open on Saturday mornings.

Clean new clinic and nice staff. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for an Xray and my doctor got the results the next day.
