Ontario Diagnostic Centres X-Ray & Ultrasound

Transvaginal ultrasound was very painful! I had done this ultrasound before and I know is uncomfortable but this time it was really painful! I could tell the technician has no experience or empathy for other women. I don’t recommend.

I don't recommend this location. The way this lady answered my call. And trying to explain to her my situation she just hanged up on me. She is very rude, so unprofessional the way she handled my call. Should at least try to explain it to me and not just hanged up in the middle of a conversation. What a shame!

Did not follow requisition instructions even though they were very clear. Claimed they did not do a test, which they did and they failed to provide results to my gp. Do not go to this location unless you plan to repeat the same tests at another location.

As a first time mom this experience was absolutely the worse. The first time I went there the lady was super friendly and nice. The second and third time I ended up with this other lady and she was very cold and robot like. There was absolutely no conversation or feeling of warmth being here. I understand they do the same thing day in and day out but at the end of the day some people who are going in for an ultrasound are experiencing the joy of motherhood for the first time. I do feel that if your in this profession there should be some sort of compassion and love for it. For my anatomy scan both my husband and I were very excited to find out what the gender of the baby. This appointment was an hour long whoch we were both prepares for. After holding my bladder for 45 mins starring at the ceiling with this robot technican who said nothing during the whole now asked me to go release my bladder. After doing so I had a bit more of a scan and this robot technican was also using the tool in a way that was starting to hurt my stomach (which later resulted in me not feeling well for the rest of the day cause I was feeling pain around my stomach). She then showed me the screen and when I asked her to let both my husband and I know the gender she mentioned she can't tell us. I felt EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as a first time mom/parent! I knew my husband was also waiting for this moment so as soon as he walked in I mentioned to him that she won't tell us.i could tell on his face he felt disappointed. He asked her again and she said that she's not allowed to tell us. I'm just confused as to how others recieve a result of the gender during an ultrasound but this place is not able too? An ultrasound is an ultrasound and it's our right to know if we want too. I was so flustered that after getting into the car I opened the ultrasound picture and it was so heartbreaking cause the technican took a shot of the baby's head only. She clearly didn't want us to have any idea of what the gender was. What is wrong with her? Management really needs to reevaluate the people that work here especially if your encountering people's first moments of being a parent. Seriously have some empathy.

Overall I wouldn't go here as a first time parent or for anything else for that matter. The experience has left me feeling sad and I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience.

I have constantly called non stop for weeks as well as left messages for an appointment but they are the worst! Nobody ever gets back to you and they never pick up the phone.

Awful awful service!

Just because these services are covered by a health card does not mean that you treat people this way. I understand with covid there are new regulations etc but come on how lazy does the government system need to be.

Seriously go anywhere else. What a waste of my time!

There is no respect for clients time at this center, I was booked for 3 pm and I had my ultrasound at 3.25 pm.

It's a decent clinic, some things depend on which technician you have. I had a good experience with one and would specifically request her and they allowed that. I never felt any technician was rude but some are more personable than others.
The only thing was I had my anatomy scan done here (18-20 weeks), my daughter was born with a large VSD and small ASD (congenital heart defect) but neither was detected, we found out after she was born. However, I am hesitant to blame anyone for that since I've heard it's not too uncommon to be missed.

Terrible. First off they told me my son was going to have a cleft lip that would require surgery right away and he had heart growth issues.

Went somewhere else and got an echo done and they said everything was fine.

My last 2 ultrasound scan pictures they gave me were like something from a horror scene. Absolutely garbage. We ended up paying for 3d scan to get better pictures.

They have no idea what they're doing here. Call a different one on your req sheet!

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if it was an option. I have never been asked to get fully undressed for a dating ultrasound even at the hospital until this place and ontop of that I had to change in a closet that was about 2 feet by 3 feet. The room that I had my ultrasound done in was hotter then Mexico, the bed was extremely uncomfortable with no padding or any support. The technician was somewhat rude and not welcoming or inviting at all, her phone went off twice in the middle of the appointment. She was very aggressive and was putting lots of pressure down to the point where I was very uncomfortable and in pain. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is not good. They are very rude doesn't even show the baby properly. Avoid this place.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The technicians were very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
