I took my mum for her immigration medical exam and we were elected to be attended to within the advertised timeline.
I will recommend Ontario Diagnostic Centre for all your medical diagnostic needs.

In and out in 10 minutes. I had an appointment so that is key but they were on time and very pleasant.

Got a dr req, booked an ultrasound appointment. Showed up. They refused to do it. No good reason. Booking staff are rude, incompetent and lack knowledge. The technician was even worse just flat refused to do the ultrasound as ordered. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE AWFUL

The techs have a lack of respect for human dignity and you are railroaded through like cattle. No regard given to previous injuries or disabilities. I will NEVER go back there again. Please do yourself a favour and chose another place to get you test done. There are lots around to choose from. The 2.7/5 rating I last saw should warn you. It is real, read the reviews. Thank you

I have had xrays done at this clinic recently and they are fabulous! Professional and polite, xray technician was super efficient and prompt. Male receptionist was fast and polite. Quick service and hardly any waiting time. My go to clinic for all xray work.

I would not suggest coming here for any of your prenatal ultrasounds.
I was rushed in and out and was not even offered the opportunity to listen to the baby’s heart rate at 12-13 weeks.

What was supposed to be a 30 minute appt ended up being only 15 minutes.

Will not be returning to this location for future ultrasounds.

Technician Indira did my mammogram and she was very nice and did an excellent job. Thank you.

Scheduled ultrasound at 10 did not happen on time. Walked away and cancelled the ultrasound.

Do not go here if you are looking to have an ultrasound done. Extremely un professional staff, inexperienced. The entire office is filthy, scanning rooms, washroom, everything is so dirty.

Don't go there if you're getting an ultrasound. The techs are completely incompetent, rude and inconsiderate. While I was getting my transvaginal ultrasound done, the tech had to call another tech in because I suppose she was inexperienced. She left the room, and forgot to close the door! She left the probe inside, got up and just left! I was naked from the waist down and facing the door. Can you imagine? ! So unprofessional. I'm never going there again.

The CT report reversed. I do have mass in kidney. Your diagnose were totally correct! Good examination I have to say! Thanks you.

I have been doing all my x-ray and ultrasound since this Diagnostic centres. It is clean, all technicians are professional. Especially the nice ladies at the front desk.

Unorganized center, I visited for ultrasound 10 min before my appointment and had to wait 40 mins.receptionist was shuffling appointments herself and moved mine several times. Worst center I visited. Pls consider it as a last option. Also the receptionist has no understanding of COVID-19 temp check, just doing for formality

If you want to get an ultrasound do not go into this place. I’ve been there a few times I’ve known the office for many years, as for my family doctor used to be on that side of the building now she’s on the other side, the one lady with the scarf on her head the ultrasound technician and she’s been there for good five years or more.

I’ve had numerous of encounters with her or she’s rude I was told it was a new technician there I just had her this morning she’s younger also has a scarf on her head no change the same rudeness. I’ve had ultrasounds done other places but these two women that do the ultrasounds there they are so so rude they really need to get somebody in there who enjoys doing their job, if they don’t like doing their job they need to find something else, they are rude.

I could barely understand what she was saying she wanted me to sign something I don’t even know what I was signing her to ask her to repeat herself, just flippin rude I will not go back there, will not go back there, ladies don’t there don’t.

The technician Farzana is the worst, especially for pregnancy ultrasound. She ruins the experience for sure.

Aggressive scanning (when they knew I just had gallbladder surgery 5 days prior). The admin assistant at the front desk is lovely but I have yet to have a ultrasound tech who was kind. I would not recommend going here.

I have done my scan & my son's ultrasound scan on this clinic. Ultrasound Techs working there are really helpful, professional & Knowledgeable. I asked many question & they replied nicely. Location is also nice & clean.

After going to a few other clinics in the past with unsatisfying experiences I chose this to be my clinic for any ultrasounds (pregnancy and others) and X-rays.
The wait for appointments-even during Covid-is minimal, staff has been always very friendly, accommodating and professional.
I have recommended this place to numerous people and they are all satisfied with the service received.

The receptionist has been super exceptional with all her customer service skills and trying to manage everyone’s time.

However my technologist Farhana was extremely unprofessional and inexperienced at her job. I did not want to know the gender of the baby after the ultrasound so she wanted to write the gender on the ultrasound picture and then I told her it has to done on a separate sheet and she just put the gender on a tiny sheet of paper and just folded it. What sort of ultrasound technologist doesn’t know that you have to seal the envelope. Also hated the whole hour I was stuck with her she didn’t say a word and it was overall a very unpleasant experience minus the receptionist has always been very friendly and organized.

I Love this place. So quick and professional. I never have to wait more then 5 mins. Thank you for your help. Especially during Covid.

My wife had to redo her pregnancy ultrasound because Farzana did not know how to do her job properly and she almost accidentally told her the gender even though she was instructed not to.

If you have mobility issues and require an assistive device, this place is not accommodating. Change rooms are used as storage with boxes inside and will not even fit a wheelchair.

Disappointed by the staff service. They are very busy even if you make an appointment and you are not treated with respect. Receptionist was rude and said I was not prepared, the doctor apologize because I was. Next time I will go to a different location.

Receptionist was amazing! Got there and barely waited 10 minutes before I was in and the technician was knowledgeable and thorough. Great place for ultrasound!
