The technician who I had was simply amazing! Compassionate and kind and gentle. Definitely a great experience

Every time I have an appointment at the Johnson Lane location, my experience has always been very positive. I never have to wait to be called into my appointment; I arrive, check-in and just wait a few minutes.

The technicians for my mammograms are very efficient, professional and courteous. I have been going to this location since 2002 and I am very pleased with the services provided.
As well, I always receive a follow-up letter from the Ontario Diagnostic Centre (Cancer Care Ontario) stating the results from my most recent mammogram.

This is my second visit I had appointment last year but I forgot to go. When I went there for booking appointment same day they did my Test. I was surprised. I Thank for them.

Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Clarkson Centre. Quick, efficient, and friendly service!

I have been to this clinic multiple times for xrays, ultrasound, and bone density. I really do not get the negative reviews.

Of all the Ontario Diagnostic Centres, this one is the cleanest, the nicest, the most professional.

I have to drive quite far to go there, but it is worth it. The owner is a lovely lady, and most of the staff are great. (The young receptionist can be a bit of a bear, but I put that down to Covid.)

Parking is great. No hassles and plenty of it.

Some of those people giving bad reviews should visit some of the other locations in Mississauga, then they would REALLY see ugly.

I don’t know why it’s a lower review rating, I have a quick and good experience knee x-ray when I walk in there. So I have booked appointments as well.

I have been here before and all the ladies there have been good with me. But this time (Monday July 18th) two people helped me out and made what could have been a negative experience positive.

The x-ray couldn't be done through no fault of the technician. And the next day the lady at the desk found my form and gave it back to my husband who picked it up.

Both ladies were patient with me and explained the reasons why. Thank You.

It took technician less than 10 minutes to do an ultrasound of my full abdomen. I tried to call their head office to ask questions, but I was told they don't have it. I spoke with someone not sure if it was an another location or the appointments booking line, and I was told their technicians are quick. I am not convinced that less than 10 min is sufficient to take good images of entire abdomen. I have this test done regularly and it takes about 30 minutes at other places. I am not sure who to complain to, but I would like the test to be re-done with another provider.

The technician I had today was exceptional.
She was very kind and gave me all the details about the procedure so that my nerves are calmed.

Receptionist was lovely! I was in and out within 15 minutes. Excellent, efficient service, and staff. Very impressed.

The receptionist was very rude. I was there asking about my appointment and she asked me for something I did not understand what it was at the moment. When I realized what she was asking for i apologized for not undersranding and gave her the information. She then asked me to fill outa form she threw the form and the pen in a very rude way. I think there should be a person with good manners willing to treat patients with respect. It was today January 18th at 2: 00 pm.
I will never visit that center again' such a bad experience.

2 things: THEY LOST MY BLOOD SAMPLE after taking it out of me.

I also had to go in for an X-Ray, rescheduling my appointment from 2pm to 2: 30pm. When I got there, the receptionist greeted me kindly, but the technician BERATED me for being "late. " I told her I reschedule the appt, that I wasn't late, and the entire 10 minutes that she was with me in the room, she went on an on about how her time is important, how I wasted her time for being late.she kept asking me "what were you doing that caused you to be late? " "Why couldn't you get here on time? " "How far away were you that you couldn't get here on time. " I finally said "ENOUGH, I'M NOT LATE, YOUR ISSUE IS WITH THE RECEPTIONIST WHO DIDN'T TELL YOU I RESCHEDULED MY APPT. " She then told me to "put on my clothes and get out. " I was really rattled by this ordeal.

First time for an ultrasound at this location.the receptionist was friendly but the technician was very rude.very rough and unpleasant. I do not recommend this location.

The technicians here are wonderful and very nice. One of the receptionists however is extremely rude and unhelpful. I heard that there have similar complaints from other people as well.

I went in for a pelvic/kidneys ultrasound at this location on May 21st. Right after the test, my doctor called me within a few hours saying the Ultrasound report had shown a 2.4 by 2.1cm complex cyst on my left kidney. This was worrisome news and a CAT scan at the Oakville Hospital would be needed. I know that CAT scans expose the body to a lot of radiation and was really sad I needed to undergo this test.

Anyway, I went to the Oakville Hospital and today my doctor called me back saying the CAT scan was completely clear. They did not detect any cyst near the kidney and he also advised to not go to this place again.
Really sad that Mr. Nazih who had done the ultrasound for me misdiagnosed the whole affair and as a result caused me, my family and extended relatives undue harm and worry assuming this may be a cancerous cyst.

Please be aware of this place and its diagnosis capabilities!

I don’t know what the fuss is all about. I was in and out for an X-ray in 20 minutes. Very courteous staff. I’d go back there in a heartbeat. If you have your requisition and health card ready and are courteous too, everything should be just fine.

I did my pregnancy anatomy scan here with all of my children. I am giving 2 stars because all staff including the desk staff here are nice and hard working, however there is one female ultrasound technician who is very lazy and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. She wasn't personable at all. She also won't tell you the gender, legally they are not supposed to. She also initially didn't even want to burn me a CD with pictures until I pressed for it. The other female ultrasound technician with short hair is nice and friendly so you'll know who it is right away. I won't be coming back here because of the other worker. I wonder how people like that can get hired?

I highly recommend this clinic, the staff are amazing, very pleasant and welcoming. The technician are very gentle always on time. If you need ultrasound, x-ray, mammogram ODC Clarkson is the place to go.

I got my X-ray done from Trina at the Mississauga location. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed with the service. Organized and professional front desk.

I had to get an ultrasound and xrays for my extremely painful knee and I did not have to wait long. The staff here are just wonderful. Very professional and caring. They are patient and helpful. They took great care of me. I will continue to go back there for all of my imaging needs. Lovely women to deal with.

The clarkson location is convenient and organized. Unfortunately the customer service people are rude and unprofessional.

Saturday, busy but dealt with quickly. Technician Sue polite, competent. My CD was done very quickly. Rosemary very nice
