My wife went there twice for an ultrasound both times she had an appointment and was only seen 30 minutes after. When they had people walking in and got called first. Staff late and then sit there talking to each other while people wait. Place need a big time upgrade.

I went in to schedule an appointment for an X-ray and ultrasound. I was told they could do the X-ray right away, and if I was willing to wait less than 30 minutes for the ultrasound, they could do it the same day. They took the X-ray almost right away and asked me to wait in the change room for the ultrasound. Approximately 20 minutes later, they told me they were running behind and that I would be waiting another 10-15 minutes. I was there for an hour and still they were not ready for me. I would have been good if they were respectful of peoples time. Had I known I'd be waiting such a long time, I would have insisted on having an appointment time. This is the second time this office has done this to me. Never going back. They should be honest with people about the wait time. I wasted so much time for nothing. I left and got my ultrasound somewhere else.

Great experience. Best place to get your imaging exams done. Gunjan went above and beyond to help us and took us right away with no waiting time. This place prioritizes patient care.

I was there for immigration exam. The staff was very kind and professional. Everything was on time. I have only good impressions

They are never open on time. I have an 8: 00 am appt. Need to let out some of this water they told me to have 1 hr.prior to my appointment almost 10 after and the are just opening. Happens every time I have a morning appt.

I had my first ultrasound today and the staff was Amazing. The staff welcomed me after booking an appointment and the technician was great. Will choose this location every time. Thank you

Unorganized office. Told me the wait time was 20 mins and had to wait over an hour to see someone. Go somewhere else!

No time management, doctors and technicians come late. Nothing on time, scheduling is ok but not follow on schedules.

My doctor gave me a requisition for a chest x-ray today because this is Day 7 of Covid for me and there's still inflammation in my chest which could be the start of pneumonia or bronchitis. I phoned this x-ray clinic first and learned that I didn't need an appointment so I drove there immediately. It was about a 10 minute wait in the waiting room which was reasonable. There were three others waiting.
When I was led to a change room, I told the female attendant that I had Covid. She frowned, which was understandable but I felt badly anyway. I said that was why I was wearing a mask and latex gloves. She didn't ask for any details.
About 5 minutes later, the Receptionist approached with the miserable one and asked if I had the START of Covid; she said it would be too soon to get the x-ray. Of course. I told her that it was Day 7, the doctor referred me today, blah, blah. The doctor would not have issued the requisition if it was too soon. I felt slightly insulted but didn't say anything.
Okay, another 10 minute wait or so and then I was told by the frowning one to go to the end of the hall for the x-ray.
The male x-ray technician, when I told him it was Day 7 of Covid for me, was very kind at first and said nice things. But, when he was instructing me on how to position myself standing up for the x-ray, I automatically took off my eye glasses and placed them on a pillow on the bed, thinking that I shouldn't be wearing something metallic because it could ruin the x-ray. My mistake.
This technician rebuked me, saying: "Now you're spreading your Covid germs around. " I apologized and went to grab my eye glasses but he said: "It's too late now. " He said something like I should know what to do about positioning myself in front of the screen. He wouldn't touch me, of course. X-rays were completed. He apologized to me and said that he realized I was only trying to be helpful. He told me to stand somewhere and then he opened the door for me to leave so that I didn't have to touch the door knob even though I was wearing blue latex gloves to stop any possible spread of germs from me. I was properly masked at all times, of course.
I dropped the blue gown in the bin and left without saying anything to the two other ladies working there.
It wasn't until I left the x-ray clinic that I started to cry because I felt so badly about messing up and the x-ray technician being upset with me, even if only temporarily. It's bad enough being sick with Covid without getting into trouble for it. I'm an old lady and expected better of all three of these x-ray lab professionals, especially the technician. I am not happy with anyone in this clinic right now but it is conveniently located for me so I will have no other choice in future than to return there. Hopefully not soon. No recommendation from me to go to this clinic.

Worst place to visit. You need wait up-to 30 to 45 even after your scheduled appointment time because their technician is on break.

We had an excellent experience today and highly recommend this X-ray clinic. The receptionist was kind and cheerful. We were seen right away with little to no wait time. The male X-ray technician was an exemplary human being. He was kind, patient and caring. He took his time to explain everything about the foot X-ray. He accommodated a seated X-ray so that I did not have to transfer to the table. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. It is nice to receive genuine care and kindness as well as outstanding professional service delivery. We wish them continued success and are grateful to have them in our neighborhood when we need their services.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would.
Went in for a chest x-ray around 11: 30am, last Thursday. Was told to wait 20-25 mins because the technician was on break. The receptionist insisted on suggesting I leave and come back, but I chose to stay and wait. I fell asleep in my chair only to wake up 40 mins later. Went up to the receptionist and asked when I would be next as 40 mins have now gone by and she had said 20-25 mins. She seemed surprised to see me and said "Oh, you are here! ". And said it would be 2-3 minutes. 5 minutes went by and I asked her again, at which time she went to the back and came back to say "2-3 mins" AGAIN! This was unacceptable, I sat in that chair DIRECTLY across from her for 40 mins. Which means at NO POINT during ALL THAT TIME did she look up to check if there were any patients in the waiting room. Instead, I saw her talking on her personal cell phone, and chatting on WhatsApp, right there at the front desk. HORRIFIC Service. Not to mention, the door has a sign advising all who walk in, to WEAR A MASK, BUT SHE DID NOT HAVE A MASK ON. I am absolutely appalled! The owners, managers and staff should be ashamed to have such an unprofessional person working their front desk. As the 1st point of contact in a MEDICALLY ASSOCIATED FACILITY, the receptionist should be held to a much HIGHER standard than what is currently going on there.

Extremely long wait times for an ultrasound with constant reassurance from the administrative staff that it'll only be 5 more minutes. Appointments aren't done sequentially and don't get prioritized over walk-ins. Had to reschedule appointment due to the long wait.

Went in two weeks ago and asked if they could perform the xrays listed on my requisition form for my daughter and they said yes.
Come in this afternoon and was told no, they don't do them there.now I have to start a search for a clinic that does perform the x rays I need and my appointment with the specialist is less than 2 weeks away! TELL YOUR STAFF WHAT YOU DO AT YOUR CLINIC AND WHAT YOU DONT DO.

Confirming all the great reviews. I was in and out in 10 min (X-rays). Both the receptionist and the technician were super nice.

Terrible experience, this place hates men and will not allow you to attend your partners ultrasound for your child if you are a man. I wasn’t allowed to go in at all to see my soon to be child, what a horrible way to treat someone, especially men. If you want to see your soon to be child and are a man, DO NOT COME HERE.
