Ontario Diagnostic Centres-Albion

I would like to start of by saying that the place is easy to find. It`s across from Albion Mall. I thought the receptionist was friendly and I was seen right away. The diagnostic medical sonographer was friendly as well and told me how long the ultrasound will be. I would definitely go back to this centre.

Very busy centre and the space is very tight space. Not easy to navigate if you require accessibility Eg walker

To begin, this was my first ultrasound for my pregnancy and my first time at this location. I was late for my appt due to an accident and the construction in the area - they called to check if i would make it and I told them my situation and they said ok no problem we will accommodate. Great! Except when I showed up, the story changed anf they told me the technician may not see me but they would check.why not tell me that when we spoke earlier.irregardless, instead of rescheduling me, they took me in. The technician was straight to the point but then when I was leaving I asked if I was going to get a picture from the ultrasound and they said no. I was shocked.who sees their baby for the first time and doesn't get an image to cherish? On top of that, the secretaries didn't think I understood their native tongue and were being rude and disrespectful about me and basically said that out of spite they weren't going to print the picture for me because I was late to the appt. So why even take me then!?
Overall, what was supposed to be a joyous experience was ruined because people put their pride and ego over their job responsibility.nowadays good employees are hard to find and people who take pride in their work - even harder.it was a disappointing experience since we had been to the Kipling location for my first pregnancy and had a phenomenal time.
Would never go here again and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Despicable people.

I go to ODC every 6 months and I’m very happy with the service and staff. Simran very helpful and professional. I strongly recommend the place

The receptionist and the technician were super understanding. This clinic ia really far from my house, I got there late but they accommodate me. I really appreciate the way I was treated there.

Thanks to the Lovely girl Guneet at the front desk.
She helped me a lot by helping me sit down and take care of me. I have never seen or had this kind of customer service ever.
She treated me same way a daughter would treat her father.
I will surely come to this place where, elders are treated with respect and love.
Go ahead for this place. You would not regret your experience.

Odc clinic is very supportive and excellent service! They understand patients situations and help them very nicely and politely. The front desk lady ms Priti was helping all patients very gently! Thanks to odc to keep up good work regarding health care.

The mammogram I had was the most painful experience of my life, not to mention that at no time was my neck covered to avoid radiation that can cause cancer in the nodes. I would never go back to that place. Nothing recommended.

Excellent service. Appointment done in a timely manner. Kumar my technician was very professional. Prior was welcoming and professional upon my arrival.

Horrible front desk staff & etiquette, rude technicians -especially the middle aged male with salt n pepper hair. He
clearly hates his job and I can
say without a doubt, the most abrupt/uncaring xray technician I’ve ever encountered!
The change rooms are so tiny that you’re 99% certain to give a show of your half-clothed self to anyone and everyone walking by!
As I was leaving my appointment, there was a very irate patient who was clearly unhappy about how she was treated and that just solidified my thoughts about my experience.
Go elsewhere if you prefer to be treated like a human being.

Great place to get your Imaging tests done. Professional, Kind and Hard working staff members.
Manager Mr. Amar provided us with fast and excellent experience.
Will surely come back here in the future.
If you are debating to visit or not. Don’t think too much Just go for it.

We got to our 1 hour appointment 15mins late…technician refused to work or even speak to us…we had traffic and came from pretty far, but it’s not an excuse. Life happens people get let, we were kind about it…definitely will not recommend or return here…receptionists were also rude and unhelpful, while another technician stood outside for 1 hour on her phone while we tried to rebook another location…we both took time off work, very disappointed…

Been there twice or thrice but always polite and helpful staff. Made appointments always on phone and always got good and helpful responses. Good to go. All scans done quickly and got results quickly.

WOW! I came to read the reviews and it was my exact experience. This is a clinic for people going through some tough times in their life, or trying to maintain their health. These receptionists are so careless & pushy. I don't even care to explain what happen. But this clinic needs to get their **** together.

These guys are useless and non professional. First they will call you and tell you to come. When you drive all the way there and you are one minute late. They will say sorry at 5.30 that our technician needs to go. Then why would you write 6 as closing time?
