Outstanding ultrasound technician- Ms. RAKSHANDA! From the moment I walked in, her friendliness put me at ease. All of my antenatal scans were conducted with great care and expertise. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the process comfortable and reassuring. I drove from Mississauga to Milton and was worth the drive. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at your Milton location when I visited it on Nov 27th. Rakshanda, the receptionist and the lady that took my X-ray were all very professional, courteous and helpful. Great experience overall.

Staff is friendly. I like their portal for the imaging, Easy to access once you have the user and pin they provide you.

This place is perfect for getting ultrasound done. I had my first pregnancy ultrasounds performed by Rakshanda ultrasound technician. She is amazing and very respectful. I highly recommend her if anyone needs to get pregnancy ultrasounds done. All the staff members are very respectful.

Sana is so nice and professional! I went there for my ultrasound and it went perfect. She was gentle and took her time. I would definitely come back here for my next scans.

I walked in for an x-ray today (Dec 29) for my 4yo son to get an x-ray. They were very prompt and really great with my son as he was crying while he was getting his x-ray. The technician was amazing to deal with and he was very patient with my son.

I needed to done my abdomen Ultrasound so I got an appointment at 611 Holly Ave, Milton. I was in and out in half an hour. Rakshanda who done my Ultrasound was very thorough, Incredibly courteous, and very professional. I have done ultrasound quite a times but I am really impressed with Rakshanda and Highly recommend! I walked in there and asked for a mask as my toddler had cut my mask. The white lady at the front desk came and said, No we dont have masks. I said, please just give me 1. Then she said every other place will have you reschedule, i said No, every other place will actually give me a mask, then she told the other lady at the front desk, they were 2 on March 24,2021. Then the white lady said “then you have to reschedule, i said “you will not use that power on me” i have booked this appointment since the beginning of February. She said then “get out” i said No? I have to do my ultrasound. She said “well then, i’m calling the cops” the attending cops was also white and they both kicked me out. Thats who they are at this place, racists, entitled and WICKED! Only a frw technicians here acts like humans. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE A PERSON OF COLOUR. Its a home of racists.

From the beginning of my pregnancy until the end this was my location for all my ultrasounds. What a wonderful, clean, quiet and peaceful location. Never have I felt less anxiety about going to an ultrasound (normally you are waiting 30+ minutes past your appointment time). They take you as soon as your appointment begins and sometimes sooner if you are earlier. I especially want to give a shout out to my favorite ultrasound tech and truly one of the biggest comforts of my pregnancy- Rakhshanda. She made my experience so comfortable, always reassuring and her knowledge and skill is beyond. I have never seen an ultrasound picture the way she was able to capture my son. She was with me from 6 weeks until 36 weeks and I would hope when it is time for my next child she will still be there because there is no one else I would rather!

I had my 20 week ultrasound here as well as my 12 week and Rakshanda was great. She's very kind and gave me great ultrasound pictures. She takes the time to show me how baby is looking. I will only do my ultrasounds here from now on as I had a bad experience at another ODC which left my stomach tender for 3 days. Rakshanda is very gentle and it is a very pleasant experience.

I had an ultrasound at this clinic today and had an amazing experience.

Let me begin by saying I was late as I was having troubles finding this place. My GPS kept directing me in the wrong direction. When I first arrived, I was so apologetic and was comforted by the receptionist who assured me it was no problem which was very nice as I felt horribly.

Then I was seen by the amazing Rakshanda and this experience had quickly become the best ultrasound visit I had ever had. Rakshanda was very warm, friendly and personable; not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or make me feel that I couldn't ask questions like other ultrasound clinic's have done in the past. She even went above and beyond to have me lay back down so we could get a more clear picture of my baby for me to take home with me which was soo very much appreciated as I was not able to get one at my last ultrasound at another clinic.

Rakshanda, you are wonderful! Thank you for being so great today, your kindness is appreciated, ODC is very lucky to have you!

Just had my 30 weeks ultrasound done and had a wonderful experience the staff is very welcoming and nice with me she give me proper time even my baby was not coperative but she had so much patience and she know how to deal with my baby.highly recommended.

Recently I had to go get an ultrasound done. For what I needed The closest place for me was this location. It was only 30 mins from Guelph.
When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist.
The technician Rakshanda was amazing, very friendly and informative and very professional.
Honestly it was a very pleasant experience,
I would strongly recommend this location.

Thank you very much for taking me in just before closing on Friday and helping keep my appointment despite being late. Sorry again to make you stay extra few minutes after your closing time.

The lab tech Rakhshanda was very knowledgeable, nice and polite - she was very diligent and took her time to explain what she saw and answered all my questions patiently. I've been to this centre twice now and actually requested to go back for my second appointment. The lab tech Rakhshanda was very diligent and took her time to explain what she saw and answering all my questions. I appreciate that they take you in for your appointment time quickly and the cleanliness of the space.

This diagnostic facility is truly the best place I have ever encountered. I travel from to Burlington to Milton to go there. There is no waiting for hours to be seen. I go right in. The staff and technician ae wonderful. I am pregnant and confided in her about the three babies I lost before this one and she was very compassionate. She even went as far as finding the heart beat and letting me hear it to put me at ease. They are very warm, kind and professional. I will continue to choose this location for any and all my ultrasound/diagnostic needs.

Had a fabulous experience here getting my 18 week anatomy ultrasound. The technician Raksandra (sorry if that is spelled wrong!) was great. She explained what we were doing today very thoroughly beforehand. During the ultrasound she would explain to me what she was seeing. She was very thorough. She printed 3 pictures of the baby for me (no place has done this for me before and this is my 4th ultrasound for this pregnancy and each ultrasound done at a different place). She allowed my husband to come in once we were finished with the measurements and showed him many views of the baby which made him very excited! She was knowledgeable and friendly and caring. Highly recommend coming here, was much better than my previous experiences at other places:)

The reason my doctor referred me to this location was due to a lump I found in my right breast. As you can imagine, this was an extremely stressful situation for me. We pulled up to this location which is behind an automotive shop, and in between a welding company. We walked into the office and they share it with the company they are attached too. I could hear everything that was going on in that office, which I’m sure they can hear any confidential information that is discussed at this office. I get called to the back and am told to put on a cover and that was it. Normally any other place I have been to has told me what room to go into once I was changed. This was not the case. I had to look into each room and even had to call out to her once I found the right room. She starts the exam. She is not wearing a lab coat so her sweater is dragging through the gel on my chest. I felt she is whipping through the exam. All of a sudden there is a knock on the door (I have had many ultrasounds and this has NEVER happened). She screams “WAIT”. She gets up tells me to cover my breasts and answers the door. It is the male administration assistant saying that there was a lady in the front screaming and wanted to see her immediately. Once she’s done speaking to him she just comes right back into the room. There was no knock letting me know she was coming back in. So I covered my breasts quick. She comes right back, doesn’t change her gloves to new ones (she’s was touching the door) so this is right away unsanitary. THIS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I’m certain she didn’t know where she left off. She finds my lump and takes no time with it. I couldn’t wait to get out of that place. If my results come back with no information I will not be surprised and I will ask to get a referral to a professional office. If your doctor refers you here ask for another request to the other professional ultrasound offices in Milton.

VERY impressed! After being given the run around at another clinic in town, I was delighted by the Ontario Diagnostic Centre in Milton. I walked in to have a X-Ray taken at 11: 06am and was leaving their parking lot at 11: 25am. Not only were they friendly, competent and efficient, but they have portal access for patients to view their images for FREE! They also don't make you feel as though your're inconveniencing them by asking for copies of your images. Will definitely be returning to this clinic exclusively for all my imaging needs.
