Great place for an ultrasound. Receptionist and Ultrasound technicians goes above and beyond. I walked in without an appointment, and even though it was fully booked they accommodated me as I was prepared. They also dedicates a few minutes for my husband to come in as well. Love this place.

Worst customer service. I called for reschedule my appointment if possible. She just cancel it immediately without my consent. So heartfelt and disrespectful.

Great place to do x-ray and ultrasound.
So professional and the receptionist Eva is very helpful even thought last minute appointments.

The worst customer service I have ever received. The receptionist is always in a bad mood and treats the patients very badly. I went many times during my pregnancy becouse is close to my house, I noticed my bad attitude with the patients all the time. One day with an urgen appointment that I booked in advance and I received a confirmation by text message then she told me that she couldn't find anything even I showed her the proof of the text message and she said that I have to do other appointment. The way she handled the situation was very indolent, arrogant and rude. She look like she hate that job, however, the technicians are very kind and they looked for a way to help me. Miriam is very good but the receptionist is not qualified to deal with patients.

Samir was genuinely helpful n so professional.n Rihana (ultra sound), n Eva accommodated my brother last minute when it was quite urgent. We truly appreciate such care n professionalism. God bless

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. MARIAM was doing my ultrasound. She is very professional in her work. The office is clean and the wait time is minimal.

Amazing experience, they were able to squeeze me in between appointments for X-rays and Ultrasound.
They really understand what urgency means.

I booked an appointment for my wife, call center staff was very friendly and booked appointment. When we visited the center, receptionist was very friendly. My wife said Technician Humera and Devika was so co operative and explained us many things about pregnancy.
I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice experience here. Eva you are a God sent. My son was in pain and needed an emergency Ultrasound, Eva went over and above to ensure that we got to do the ultrasound even though our appointment was for tomorrow. I went in there nervous and frustrated as my son was in so much pain and discomfort but Eva made my day. She was so professional, from welcoming us to her quick action and kind comforting words we felt at ease when we walked out of there. I am so satisfied with the service I got there, I couldn't wait to review. Thank you Eva and everyone else!

I visited the clinic for my ultrasound and reached their at lunch time, still the lady technician Mariam entertained me and did my ultrasound very patiently.
She is so good at her work.

Always have good experience here. I have been there couple times and the staffs have been excellent. Staff Maryam did my ultrasound and she was really nice.

My 85 yr old Mother was experiencing severe hip pain so much so she could not stand. Spent time on the internet trying to get an appointment for ultra sound and x-ray to be done the same day. The reviews helped in deciding where to call. Many responses were fully booked for ultra sound. I got through to this Centre and was given an appt rught away. The receptionist was very warm on the phone and we were running late which was not a problem. Once there they saw the pain my mom was in and both the xray and ultra technicians were very patient, caring and gentle as they examined her. I appreciate how comforting they were and will definitely go back in the future. Bless you all.

I was reluctant to go to this center because it’s a longer drive for me than another ODC. But I’m glad I did. Very friendly staff both on the reception and the X-ray lab. Eva on the reception was so obviously busy doing several task at the same time but still managed to be cheerful and efficient. The X-ray technician (sorry I forgot her name) was so gentle with my swollen toe and very professional in doing the process. It’s a good experience over all.

Great Experience! This is the first place where i went for my pregnancy ultrasound. The staff is really nice especially Merium. She is very calm and friendly. I was scared for my first ultrasound but she make me feel so comfortable. She gives the positive answers for all your questions.

Very nice place to get your ultrasound done! Love the lady at the reception, she always makes our day! Ultrasound sound technician Mariam goes above and beyond, always making sure that I am comfortable during my ultrasound. She also dedicates a few minutes for my husband to come in as well. Love this place, especially compared to other places. Keep it up!

I came ODC for the first time and i am so glad to get Mariam the ultrasound tec i like the patience and she is very positive and charming.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. And the guy that guided me to my room and did my ultrasound was great. And to top it off Nazia was amazing. She was soicalable and good at her job

Nazia helped me with ultrasound, very charming lady with lots of patience and positivity. Although the clinic looks very busy, they maintain proper COVID guidelines and staff is helpful and kind. 5 Stars:)

Extremely smooth and hassle free experience. The staff is supportive and friendly. Especially, Nazia who eased me out throughout the process. There was no wait time whatsoever. She was quick with her work and skilled as well.

I was a patient there today and my ultrasound technician there was Maryam and she was very nice she would not hurt me she would talk to me any time i needed to be talked to

The woman with glasses on daily reception in x-ray ultrasound doesn't have nice behavior with patients.when she speakes with you, you think that she is fighting with you.but she doesn't know she is in Canada.

This is perfect Diagnostic centre for me. Very nice staff. Mariam is very nice lady.i feel comfortable with her.she deal very nicely and warmly. So I give 5******.

I have been coming here for all my pregnancy's, every staff here is awesome, very nice and warm. Mariam was so good to me on Wednesday, was friendly with me all through my ultrasound.

I had my ultrasound 2 times here at Ontario diagnostic centre, ist time visit was okay but the second time i got technician Nazia, who was very cooperative and i feel comfortable with her, i was really impressed by her knowledge and skills. Will definitely ask her to do my ultrasound again on my next visit.and I ll recommend this clinic to everyone and technician.

It was an amazing experience with Furheen during my first and second ultrasound. She is so good and knowledgable in her skills and friendly too which makes me more comfortable. Furheen, you are superb in your work and I will highly recommended this centre for ultrasound to others.

My daughter recommend I go to Ontario Diagnostic on Humber Blvd. She had been there previously and told me how nice the staff were there.
I made my appointment and right away I could tell it was going to be a good experience. The next day I arrived and I was taken in right away. All went smoothly and service was excellent. Technicians were professional and the gentleman was clear, helpful and guided me through the x-rays. The staff here obviously enjoy their work and like people.it shows. The company is fortunate to have such a great team!

I will recommend this place to everyone the staff are very professional and knowledgeable especially the lady at the front desk she’s always smiling and very friendly. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to do my ultrasound. Feel free to visit them and get your warm welcome
