Receptionists are on point with operating their systems to help assist their clients. They take time to address each member effectively and efficiently in dealing with their matters at hand. They helped to set up with their My Benefits with next to no issues. Friendly and professional workers who help mitigate personal confusion as best they can. Highly recommended office for those on Social Assistance seeking to maintain proper procedures.

I have had great workers for the most part. Dealt with say seven and only 1 was not helpful at all.she was actually nasty. UPDATE.ran into a worker that was a bully and wasn't impressed.won't give the name but did speak with a supervisor and had a great worker help fix everything and paid attention to the facts

I'm still waiting basically been struggling and waiting since 2017 when i first applied. I just want to get off the streets and love normal again. This is going to kill me waiting for this. Its destroying my mental health I'm homeless until it processes and I can't eat or Even rent a room or motel room and it's starting to get way too cold to be able to sleep outside! I don't know what to say yet but they will be saving my life at this point on my finals straws ive lived completely broke for Way too long and I can't work because the way my mind works I have ptsd and chronic insomnia and adhd, I used to have crippling anxiety and depression but I learned how to cope and deal with it, except it's all getting horrible again. I need to be able to atleast rent a room I'm fighting for my kids and stuff back and it's impossible waiting for disability and living homeless. I don't Even know who to contact they just keep saying evrrytjjng processed and is filing. I absolutely need disability before I end up freezing to death outside or end up extremely ill physically and mentally. I need to get off the streets and basically cant until they process my stuff. I wish you all the best I absolutely desperately need this to process for me and my kids it will help me so much more when I get my children back too it will help me get them back. Not always the easiest people to try to work with. Now some workers are great and actually do what they are in that position for. And others, are impossible to work with. Very rude at times. But more or less it's like drawing straws.

The secretaries are more qualified then the actual 'workers'. The supervisors are like the witches from my childhood nightmares and they're legit hiring social workers that are not registered with ontario colleges of social workers which means they're illegally working cases and you can tell most are only in it for a paycheck thinking they can't change a broken system anyway... Honesty and integrity go so much further than belittlement or entitlement, But not here.

Very nice and polite usually get back to me in a timely manner but never sent me travel money for Christmas, and now I'm two months behind again broke and hungry because I have to pay to go see me doctor out of town ️

Trying to get thru to your worker is never going to happen. I tried mine for 3 hours, if not longer and nothing. No call back or anything even though it was urgent. Not pleased with that. And I called 45 times in a row, I know little excessive but I need my ODSP card and now I've got no money for the weekend.

Just really difficult to see a caseworker and unreasonable situations that could have been avoided
