Okay, all I have to say is that AMANDA BRISTOL goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! She truly cares and I mean is genuine in regards to how she interacts with the general public.

Not only is she extremely professional, Amanda puts her heart and soul when dealing with Hamiltonians!

She is empathetic, kind, caring and intelligent! Keep up the fabulous work darling! We appreciate you!

Helpful most of the time. Although a certain social worker should really look for another profession. Especially when they include these words in a conversation " I don't care " when dealing with a client

The Ontario Government Leaders have much to learn about disabilty and living expenses in Ontario.
But the Staff and my Case Worker Tera, do certainly empathize with me, and have helped me to the best of their ability!

Was giving my current situation and telling Sadna that i went to college for video game development and design and was told that she believes that the gaming industry was for poor people and should be a side job to have while having a "Real" job.

I am on ODSP and also homeless for the first time of my life. Everything I went through, killed my perception that I am a human being. Being under ODSP in Hamilton it's the worst experience I ever had. The words like compation or empathy are the wishful thinking. My worker Lane quiet easily showing her power. None any supportive, positive word. I am anxious and scared. I have to be on the top of every policy. I used to be RN. I need to pay for licences and she clearly stated, that personally she will decide, if she sign the paper or not. She mentioned, that she doesn't want to lose her job. I believe my future, my life is the last thing, that she takes. Thankfully I have met in my life "the few good man". I will fight. I believe bad karma it's coming back like boomerang. I am hoping to see it.

I have never had a problem here. However, I do believe Ontario Disability should make a statement about the pandemic right now, and if there are any updates about services ect. I think its important that all agencies discuss what protocols they have in place, and address any questions concerning disability plans.

This is an ever changing situation and there are a lot of vulnerable people relying on these services. Also there are many in the midst of applying for disabilty.

I think there needs to be something put in place over the internet or by mail for those who do not have access to the internet.

Once on the program (have to provide everything short of your blood sample haha) the opportunities to be a contributing member of society whilst on disability are many. The number of provided services and supports are great - you need to ask questions and you need to be proactive in utilizing these services as no one will hold your hand and point you to them. It is tedious but for those that need it it does the job. Again, this is a barely liveable income when one considers the hugely inflated rent and daily living costs.

As long as photo copier it up and running in and out here but if need to talk poor set up and very long wait. Need to get better set up to get people in and out.

The staff is always helpful and patient. They assist my family with a smile and efficiency. Always a good experience.

They do not know what disability is and then expect you to live on about $100 for the month with the cost of rent these days.

Dropped off required forms easy access central location there is also branches at community centres in the city so check for your worker to see if there is a closer location

Impossible to get help with what I needed. Bad a result I'm now cut off off my disability support.

Great professional service servicing people in need of assistance due to the challenges of physical and mental disabilities.

Some of the best people in the services sector work at this location. Their patience is unrivaled, and they deserve respect.

To get ODSP very slow but the phone service if you are already on ODSP depends on how is your case worker
