They try there best, they are very busy! I said I manage ODSP. Just to let you know I pushed the wrong bottom. I do not manage ODSP!

Any good reviews on this place are 100% fake. Nobody knows what they ate doing here. It's a sketchy location. They bounce you from worker to worker and it takes forever for a worker to get back to you. They also don't pick up the phones at this location. Pitiful system for disabled people.

Bad service, because I dropped off my letters 2 times and they stamped it to be confirm they get it and the case work said I didn't get it

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Barely deserves half of 1!
I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life! My worker gets changes without notice constantly, and none of them ever help! They are so rude and disrespectful! Nothing is ever explained and it takes multiple attempts to reach anyone, to still never get a direct answer!
Worst experience EVER!

When I lived in Ottawa I walked to office one day took me an hour.saw worker for maybe 20 mins.doesn't know what she's doing and she's been there a while and homeless guy sleeping on first floor this place neeeds to be investigated

Seems impossible to get clear answers! Lack of knowledge! Lack of communication! Lack of concern! Waiting on incontinent supplies since jan 11th!

This doesn’t even deserve one star. They switched my worker 3 times THIS year. I have epilepsy and now a broken jaw in 2 spots, I have been trying to contact you guys since Jan 16. I am on a liquid diet and I am not currently working anymore since my jaw is WIRED SHUT. You told me you would cover my drinks and let me know who my new worker is and it’s 9 days later. DISGUSTING.
