Was a pleasure working with the team at Ontario Inflatables for our holiday event in December 2023, where we booked the trackless train. Very communicative and flexible options for the rentals. Definitely will be booking items in the future.

Ontario Inflatables was fantastic for our event! They delivered promptly and reassured me when I was worried. The delivery person was great, he set everything up for us, was so kind in staying a bit to ensure everything was running, and was flexible in meeting our needs! We had gotten the money machine, dunk tank, popcorn machine, snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. We were also given a basic tutorial to aid us in operation!

We recently rented big assortment of items for our mega event. Karen did absolutely amazing job in addressing our ever changing needs until it all got finalized. We were offered great discounts and amazing options. I was bit concerned about delivery and onsite install, but the crew was right on time and very efficient. I must mention Zach, an amazing young man, very polite and receptive. Everything was placed as asked and on time. On-site staff was understanding and responsive to our needs. Karen at Ontario Inflatables was such a pleasure! She was very accommodating and made the ordering process very easy to compete! I rented the ring toss and other carnival games for my daughters Barbie Carnival Theme Birthday Party! And the kids had a blast! The equipment was clean and easy to install the legs. We rented the 30ft backyard obstacle course. Karen was super helpful. The obstacle course was a big hit with the kids. We added on a popcorn machine and cotton candy machine my daughter is still talking about her Birthday party and can’t wait for her next party.

Our real estate team just hosted a Halloween Family Dance party in our community. We rented an inflatable obstacle course, popcorn and cotton candy machines from Ontario inflatables.

It is so refreshing to work with a reliable vendor! Karen was a delight to work with. She guided me through the ordering process, her suggestions of what to get and how much of was awesome. When I called her a couple of days before the event telling her about the venue‘s height restrictions, she quickly found us another option that worked quite well for us. She followed up to make sure everything is in place before the big day.

I can’t say enough about their delivery guys.they showed up right on time for both drop off and pick up. They had a bit of challenge carrying the huge inflatable up the stairs— but they did it with a smile and never heard them complain once. Very polite and courteous.

We’ll definitely use them again for all our future needs and we’ll recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a reliable company

They have worked with our plans and accommodated accordingly with how our events have been planned out. With set-up and tear down being done by their team, we have had a hassle free event each time!

So we decided to throw my daughter a birthday party which turned into a very large event towards the week of the party. Knowing we were cutting it close tried our luck with Ontario inflatables and boy did they ever pull through for us. Karen was so accommodating and sweet and we were able to get the perfect inflatable! The 65ft obstacle course which was a complete hit! They came the day of, set up on the morning of and when the party was done they came and picked it up. Made life alot easier then having to run around and do it yourself, especially when your crunched for time and have a billion other things that need to be done. Price was extremely fair, especially for what we had rented and the time we had it for. These guys will be our 'go-to' from now on for all our events!

We had the Race Car 5-in-1 Bouncer for a family night at our Childcare Centre, it was so much fun and such a great experience! The children had such a great time on the large inflatable slide and in the large bounce-play area. The staff and parents knew the children were safe and were able to sit back and enjoy the children's excitement and fun. Thank you Brad and team for providing the best service. Definitely recommend!

We rented two water inflatables from Ontario Inflatables and Event Rentals Inc.for our end of the school year fun day and it was perfect. All you could hear throughout the day were laughs and "this is the best day ever". Courteous staff and well organized for setting up. Strongly recommend this company.

We had Ontario inflatable‘s in for our daycamp once in July and once in August. They were a pleasure to deal with seamless operation. From ordering to delivery and pick up they were no issues. The jumpy castles were a great addition to our summer camp Special events.

The staff is extremely friendly. I rented an air dancer for one day on the weekend called I couldn’t return back on time Sunday morning. I called them they said keep it with you till Monday and they never charged me extra

I’ve used this company a couple of times for renting inflatables and love them. Service is professional and well-managed. They were able to accommodate our last minute rentals where possible and were very helpful at helping me plan for multiple inflatables at a larger community event I was throwing. I will be using them again.

We had a company walk last week and rented the Fly Man as our mascot and cheerleader. He did not disappoint as he did his job really well. See picture attached. It was a great event and very happy with the service we received. We will be renting Fly Man for next year's event.

We rented an air dancer from Ontario Inflatables for our grand opening, it was very eye catching and was recommended by our friend who has also rented previously! The service is awesome and they are very helpful, quick responses are always given. Would recommend and definitely book them again in the future for another event!

Everything from getting a quote at the beginning to tearing down and packing up at the end was a smooth experience. The admin team and the setup team were very professional and knowledgeable, and bouncy castle we got was good quality and durable. Definitely looking forward to renting from them again.

Great customer service! With only a few days notice (after the first company I booked cancelled 3 days before the event) they were able to provide us with an even better inflatable water slide for my kids birthday party. Will definitely use them again!
