I had a wonderful experience during my visit here. Udey accommodated me was nice and knowledgeable. He spent hours explaining to me about the features of their various beds and custom made mattresses! I ended up buying a bedroom set cause of the excellent customer service as well as the quality and unique design of the furniture.

Terrible. Bought a couch and they got the legs wrong and the Color shade of Grey for the whole set is not matching each other. I complained and they refused to replace

My family and I just moved in to Mississauga so we needed new furniture for our new home. We tried canvassing to several different furniture stores near our area and ended up buying here at KHALSA furniture store because they have an ongoing sale, plus Udey assisted us earnestly we couldn't help but buy from here. We purchased quite a lot: a dining table set, kitchen table, bed, etc. The piece that I personally like the most from the stuff we bought was this sectional sofa. It's sleek and the quality is superb!

Reasonable prices and nice furniture store. Udey was polite and assisted us with our questions. The delivery team was professional and fast with their work. I was honestly expecting for my orders to be a bit delayed but to my surprise, they arrived earlier than I expected.

Got my first mattress in Canada from here, the service is prompt and the owner is very considerate and gave me a good offer!

Khalsa furniture is one of my favorite place to shop when it comes to furniture I would like to give them 5 star but deducted 2 stars just for poor customer service. They really need to work on front end and need an experienced person to deal with the customers calls
I had an issue with my delivery eg chest leg was broken and few scratches on bed but front end girl kept hanging on me once I mentioned we need to fix it but in mean time she answered the delivery guy phone and ignored my calls
Nodoubt they carry best furniture in the city but please work on front end so your existing g client keep stopping

I ordered 2 mattresses from them more then 2 weeks ago, counter staff very unprofessional, Keep on telling lies to customers when they call. Tell we will call you back but never call customer to update. I will never recommend to any one.

Satisfied with their service. Staff helps you making buy decisions and showing stuff around the shop. Owner is warm and welcoming too. Found the rates were competitive. Post sales service also good. Delivery guyz can be little more professional though.

I bought sofa from Khalsa furniture the colour and fabric of the sofa is fantastic. The staff is really nice and co-operative and delivery guys are really nice and helpful. I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend everyone to visit the store and buy your furniture from them.

Worst services ever. There delivery guys are extremely rude. We ordered sofas, they just thought the furniture out at our living room, upside down blocking stair ways, and entrance to.loving area. Please don't buy furniture from this store if you care for yourself.

DISAPPOINTED
I bought a foam mattress in June 2021. It started giving problem within a month.when I called at store, they told me they will refund me or change my mattress, but when I went there, they didn't.
When I firstly purchased it, they told me it is good quality and will be good for at least 2 years.
I am SERIOUSLY DISAPPINTED with the service. I spent another $150 to buy new mattress. In total I paid $240 for a single bed mattress.
Earlier, I recommended this store to my friends, but from now I will never.
They seriously need to be more efficient and clear in their words when they sale something.

Best place to buy furniture. I bought all my family and living room sofas & bedroom furniture. Quality is very good. Customer service is very good especially girl Harjeet Kaur she had great service.

I bought a sofa set and 2 mattresses all the things I bought were very good quality. They also have very reasonable prices. Lastly the staff there is very nice and always willing to help.

I bought 2 leather sofas and 2 accent chairs from them. The quality is really good but the customer service ia really poor. Accent chairs were delivered without arms. I informed them to arrange pick up and have the arms fixed, they sent nobody for 10 days even after continous follow up. After 12 days they picked up the chair, brought it back with arms after 2 weeks. This time one of the arm was damaged of one accent chair. They sent the driver to pick up after a week. Its been 14 days now and they still haven't delivered the chair. They dont call and inform and when i called they didnt pick up.
Atleast be courteous enough to answer the phone.

Their products are good but the after sales service is poor.

I Got my 3 mattresses from here and got not only excellent customer service but probably the best value for money. Absolutely hassle free experience.

LBought leather sofa from Khalsa Furniture with 5 years warranty but we were not satisfied so went to the store with a complaint but they promised that they will send
someone to check it at home. But nobody came inspite of my various
telephone calls for more than three weeks then last saturday when I went to the store personally to ask them why they are not sending the concerned person inspite of various phone calls then one old Sardar Ji came and said with a very rude attitude that
ASI KISE NU NAHIN BHEJNA TU JO KARNA HAI KAR LE
This is the service we got from them. Now never again. Now I am going to take the help from consumer care department and other Government
departments also.
